6 6: Training

•~•~•~•~•

One day, I was mastering my gained Force Controls when I came to a conclusion about the Emotion Ability.

The Emotion Ability was a weird Force Control to use. It was different. Unlike Hydro, Cryo, and Gyrokinesis which spread throughout the whole body, the Pathokinesis focused only on the head, more specifically the brain.

But, I can understand why it focuses there. It's because that's responsible for the emotions we feel.

Anyway, enough about that, it's been a few months since the event, and I've made some good progress with my gained Force Controls.

First, is the Emotion Ability. It's not to the point where I can manipulate others' emotions, but I can sense them.

Secondly, the Gyrokinesis. It isn't as strong as shown in the series, but I can "push" objects down... But to be honest, it's like I'm blowing air onto them. Wait, no, blowing air would be stronger. Also, I can levitate some things. M-mostly feathers or leaves... But hey, considering it has no relevance to my original ability, it's good f*ck progress...

My Gyrokinesis is extremely weak right now because I prioritized the Patho and Cryokinesis Force Controls. Of course, I didn't neglect my original ability.

A thing I managed to do with my Hydrokinesis is, with the help of the Cryokinesis Force Control, I could make my water freezing cold.

I tried it on Subin when she wouldn't wake up. She got a Cold the next day...

Also, on a completely unrelated note, we started going to school. We're going to separate schools tho.

Subin goes to an all-girls school. They probably did it because there is literally no mother figure she could idolize in our house. The closest thing to a mother figure for her is the maids...

...

Well, moving on. I'm doing well in elementary school, considering I did it already in my past life. But... I have a problem with that.

I already know some of the stuff they teach in elementary, granted I'm in a different country with different traditions, but still.

Also, the things I'm going to learn right now, in elementary, are useless. I've already been thrown into the Awakeners' World, which is a f*ck hellhole for a weakling like me. There is literally no need for normal elementary school.

...

I doubt that I need to find work. My father already runs one of the most well-known groups of Awakeners in the country.

That's why I want to study abroad. Once I finish Elementary, I'm going to study Highschool, abroad.

And not in a normal school, no. I'm going to go to an Awakeners' School, just like the one the gang goes to in the series. I'm planning to go to the World Awakened Academy.

Someone might ask, Why not just go to the one in Korea? Well, it's messy as hell. It's just been opened. There's a division in the students. Affiliated and Unaffiliated, it's too troublesome.

The students may be assholes in the World Awakened Academy, but I am one too, I'll admit that! Asshole and another asshole cancel out each other!

Anyway...

I just hope I can convince my father and my grandfather.

And, speaking of my father... He just took on an apprentice. His name is... Seongha Park. Yep. You heard it right. It's Wooin's babysitter.

Apparently, Jisuk's father recently took on an apprentice. If I have to guess, it's probably Inhyuk Goo. That would explain the rivalry between Inhyuk and Seongha...

I really have no idea why my father took on an apprentice. Even the old man didn't take on an apprentice until much later in his life. Well, maybe he felt left out, so he took on one too.

...

My monologuing was cut off by the sound of a bell.

"Alright, everyone! That's all for today! Don't forget to do your assignments, okay?" told the teacher in front of us.

"Yes, teacher!"

...

Coming out of the school, a black car was waiting by the gate.

A young man was outside of the car.

"Young Sir. How was school today?" he asked me as he was opening the door.

"It's alright. How was your day, Seongha? Did you get hypothermia again?" I say in a teasing tone.

"H-how did you- N-nevermind." he sighs.

I could sense that he was embarrassed. I'm surprised that he is... This is a normal occurrence ever since I met him a month ago...

Well, him being embarrassed just gives me another reason to bul- Ahem, I mean talk to him.

...

Arriving at our huge house, I was greeted by Subin practicing her Ability in our front yard.

While sneaking, I quickly conjure an ice cube and float it towards her.

It falls on the back of her shirt and she jumps.

"What the heck!?" she shouts as she turns around.

"Oppa! Why? I don't want to get a Cold again!"

With a smile, I walk toward her and say, "I'm just messing with you. Anyway, wanna spar?"

"No! Maybe next time. I still have to beat you, you... butt!!"

Dang. She still needs to learn the real curses.

"Okay, okay. I'm going inside now."

...

After walking into our house, I quickly go up to my room and change into more comfortable clothes.

Looking outside of my room, there wasn't anyone there, so I sit on my bed and start practicing my Gyrokinesis Force Control.

I levitate my energy and once it reaches the highest point, I aggressively drop it down.

Once I master this and the Cryokinesis, I have a move I want to try out.

I'm so f*cking excited.

Ah, sh*t... I'm going to focus on this now, aren't I...

•~•~•~•~•

After an hour of manipulating my energy, I suddenly have a genius idea!

I'm a Waterbender, right? And what can Waterbenders do? Turn water to ice and... manipulate blood.

Bloodbending.

When I master my Hydrokinesis, will I be able to do Bloodbending as well?

Ha-ha-ha-ha!

I really am a genius.

Mount Everest ain't got sh*t on me, b*tch!

[A/N: Does anybody recognize the song?]

What did you think of the chapter?

P.S:

The World Awakened Academy Arc might be a long one, folks. If I insert Shinji in the canon early, this fanfic would end really fast...
