39 Want Some Popcorn?

Soon, a deafening sound could be heard from far away.

BOOM!

"It's already started, huh?" Then he bought a bag of popcorn and some soda in a can. "Want some popcorn?"

The three of them was confused by him. "Why are you eating a snack in here, senior?" Su Ling asked.

George rolled his eyes when he heard that. "The show has started, so we need to eat something like a popcorn, right?"

"What are we watching again? We didn't see anything.."

George replied "Just wait for a while!" and then there's a lot of explosion sounds coming from the pagoda. "Here it comes!"

BOOM! BAM! BANG!

All sort of explosion sounds could be heard from outside the pagoda, and it was followed by a loud scream of those demonic cultivators of the Nine Demons Pagoda.

"Wh.. what is that sound?" Mu Yifei asked.

George smiled proudly. "It's the sound of art! Art is an explosion!"

The three of them looked at George weirdly. "What an eccentric fella!" they all thought.

In admist of the loud explosions, Su Ling suddenly called George. "Umm.. Senior."

George looked at her in confusion. "Mmn? What is it?" Said George while he drunk his coke with a straw.

"I've decided!" She proudly replied.

"Decided what?"

She smiled and said "I want to be your disciple!"

"Pfft~" George spurted all of the coke he just drunk. Not long after that, the Zhaohao's branch of Nine Demons Pagoda collapsed with a big explosion. A flying figure with three heads could be seen emerging from the ashes of the pagoda. And that wither boss were followed by a lot of wither skeletons that emerged from the dead bodies of those demonic cultivators.

"Cough! Cough! Wh.. what did you just say?"

Su Ling repeated "I said that i want to be your disciple!"

George narrowed his eyes. "Uhh..."

Unexpectedly, Sun Zhou also asked George to make him his disciple too.

Then Su Ling and Sun Zhou looked at Mu Yifei at the same time. Mu Yifei only laughed awkwardly and said softly that she wanted to become George's disciple too.

George facepalmed when he saw what's happening. "HOW? I can't even cultivate properly, and i have to babysit these guys?" He felt that his head is going to explode when he think of that.

George then replied sternly "Then.. what will happen if i refused? Oh, yeah you still owe me about a hundred of spirit stones!"

Su Ling's face twitched when she heard that. "I'll work hard and pay it off, so please let us be your disciple!"

"Nah! Just go back to your parents, or something like that!"

The face of those brats suddenly changed to aggrieved one. George furrowed his brows. "What's wrong?"

"I was only an orphan that was adopted by one of the elder inside the Soaring Cloud Faction. He died because of those demonic cultivators!" Said Su Ling.

Sun Zhou, with a sad face said "My parents were an elder in the Soaring Cloud Faction, same like Su Ling, they died.."

As for Mu Yifei, she simply replied. "I didn't have any parents.. My mother died when she was birthing me, and my father died of a plague not long after that. Then my relatives stole all the things that my family's had, after that i was abandoned on the middle of the street. Because of the knowledge that was given to me when my father still alive, one of the elders saw my talent of medicine, so she brought me in to be an outer disciple at first, after a long time cultivating, i became a inner disciples not a long time ago! So.. i actually didn't have any place to go.."

When George heard that, he felt that they are really pitiable, especially the last girl. If you tell such story while auditioning a talent show, she would definetly win it.

When the wither sensed that George was retreating, he ignored them and continued to attack the remaining humans inside the Nine Demons Pagoda. Fortunately, all of the surroundings were already devoid of humans, those demonic cultivators seems to killed those poor humans for making special kind of elixir that the baldy pedophile boss, A.K.A the Branch master Wang had mentioned before.

The best thing about using a wither is that they wouldn't just fly away and attack another city without reason. They will only attack when there's a humans or some creatures nearby.. and it will probably just stayed inside the city and roamed it aimlessly, before despawning naturally. So, the possibility that there's some disaster created is very slim, as the humans in that area basically null. But, who knows if the wither boss could despawn like inside the game or they stayed until it was killed. The important thing is that the only people that's going to suffer were probably those demonic cultivators from the Nine Demons Pagoda.

While they ran away, Su Ling just snorted inwardly. "Fine! If you don't want to accept us! I'll just camping in the front of your shop for as long as possible!" She planned inside of her mind.

Meanwhile, in the main branch of the notorious Nine Demons Pagoda.

A burly man furrowed his brows and said impatiently. "Why do the big boss called us this early? I was still sleepy!"

"Early? It was already afternoon! And i dare you to say that again in the front of the grandmaster's face!"

The burly man snorted. "I heard from all of the clattering that the pedophile died? HAHA I know that with the way he does thing, he'll eventually get killed by someone. All of us built the branch secretly and in a very hidden place, only he made one in the open air, besides.. he also liked to destroy all kind of sects and factions just to have sex with those disgusting kids."

A domineering woman also snickered "Ahaha! I know right? He's too flashy! I also heard that he wanted to make two kids to becomes his dual cultivation partner. And one of the kids was a boy, isn't that too funny?" Said she while wiping the tears from her eyes. She laughed so much that a tears comes out from her eyes unintentionally.

But soon, their big boss came to the room with a darkened face. All of the branch heads suddenly stopped laughing at the Branch head Wang's misery.

They knew that their big boss isn't in a very good mood, as one of the branches were destroyed because of the incompetence of a certain person.
