Chapter 14- Changes Pt.2
Time felt as if it went still as the final Yellow Eater eye'd the grey haired assailant. It looked at him with weary eyes before began charging forward at Tru.
'He he nice to make this easy!' Tru grinned befor launching the Ifrit's Shot at the beast. The fire balls exploded as they hit its side cause it to launch and tumble side ways.
"EWESSSsssssss"
The beast helps of pain were cut short as the fire consumed it. Tru wiped sweat from his brow before going around and collecting the rest of the magic stones. He grabbed the last one when suddenly his leg was pulled deep into the ground.
"What the hell, I'm stuck!" Tru struggled as he attempted to free his leg, when a Yellow Eater appeared before him. It used Stone Claw and sliced Tru's chest leaving a large gash.
"ARGGGGGH!" Tru howled in pain before using a Ifrit's Shot a blasting the creature back. He eventually pulled his leg free and stood up when he saw long black flash wrap around itself around the magical beasts neck.
"SSSKKSSSS"
It used Constrict and squeezed hard as the beast went from yellow to pale white. It's easy were filled with fury at the sight of the beast harming its master. It continued holding its neck while it used Shadow Fang and bit into it side viciously.
The creature eyes rolled back and went stiff yet Shadow kept squeezing. The Necrocoil had begun to draw in a large pool of mana as small flickers of flame spilt from its mouth. Soon a small flame emerged from the tip of its tail.
Tru watched with wide eyes as the flames weren't from orange to deep scarlet. The flame on the tail even changed to the color. It made shadow look like a wrathful flame spirit.

Shadow then used Elemental Breath and released a crimson stream of fire. When the flames collided with the beasts corpse it was burnt to ashes instantly. Shadow continued this for a few seconds before stopping.
It looked down and saw that there was nothing in its grasp but a pile of ashes below it. It then left and went over to Tru who had witnessed the Necrocoils anger. Tru patted Shadows head as he stared at the ashes.
"Uh hey just remind me to never get on your bad side, ok?" He cast the black snake a nervous look while the latter returned a confused one. He shook his head before going and collecting the magic crystal.
He placed them on the Black Gauntlet and watched as they disappeared. He then went and found a spot to sit and catch his breath.

Tru scoffed at the messages as he poured the healing potion all on the bandages. Shadow sat and watched with curious eyes as Tru placed the bandages over his injury. He winced in pain and wrapped them up to hold.
He sat for a moment and stared at the clouds while Shadow chased around a few Bloom hawks trying to make one a meal. Trj closed his eyes for a moment when he was nudged awake by Shadow.
"Ok ok I'm up I'm up, no need to be so pushy man." Tru stood up as Shadow took up its favorite spot and began walking through the tall grass. He walked for a moment when he saw some of the tall grass rustling.
He paused as out stepped a small brown porcupine like magical creature emerged. It was no bigger than a child's ball with spiky rocks in stead of quills.

It sniffed around when it saw Tru and looked up and seen Shadow. It immediately started shaking at the sight of Shadow who slid down closer to inspect the creature. Shadow grabbed it with its tail and the creature began squirming.
"Hey Shadow I don't think that's a good ide-"
"YEEP YEEP YEEEEEEEEEEP!"
The Young Stone Quill immediately started yelling loudly. It squirmed in mid air helplessly as Shadow held it. Not even seconds after a medium sized boulder rolled in at a high speed. It unrolled itself to be a large Stone Quill with little rock horns.

The Alpha Stome Quill huffed and blew smoke from its nose. It looked at Shadow who was still dancing to Young Stone Quill in the air. Its eyes enlarged furiously at the sight it scraped at the ground threateningly towards Shadow.
The latter laid no mind to the angry stone bull, instead it opened its mouth wide and swallowed the infant magical beast whole. The sight made the Alpha Stone Quil eyes literally turn red with rage.
It curled up into a ball as Geo Magic collected red into a ball and sped towards Shadow. The Necrocoil easily moved to the side out the path of the Stone quill. It quickly turned around and began going for Shadow.

Shadow taunted the rolling balls with its tail as it neared it. It was about to go backward when a Rock Pillar shot up behind it. The Stone Quill crashed into Shadow while slamming it dead center into the pillar.
"Shit Shadow! " Tru gritted his teeth as he ran over to Shadow fast as he could. His scarlet air flared as he used Ifrit's Touch against the deadly rolling stone. The latter dodged effortlessly and headed towards him.
Tru manas raged when he placed a red orb on the ground between him and the attacker. The beast rolled forward on top of it when a small blood red explosion knocked it off its track tumbling backwards.

After a few tumbles the Stone Quill managed to stop itself. It stood before Tru battered and its rocky quill were broken or shattered.
"GRAAAAH!"
Surprisingly even though Tru had attacked it went back and headed towards Shadow who was laying on the ground. Tru ran and punched the Stone Quill in its stomach, the soft part of it' body and knocked it away from Shadow.
It looks slow it's eyes gained for fury as it plunged the tip of its tail into the ground. In a quick motion it launched a cracked rock that exploded into small sharp flying rocks.

The shards flew past effortlessly slicing the tall grass and Tru as he covered shadow's body. The barrage off attacks lasted a few second when Shadow woke up. It saw the cuts and bruises on Tru and became enraged.
"SKAAASSSSAAA"
Shadows shot out a Shadow orb and rushed at the Alpha Stone Quill who stood there patiently. It was strange to to see the beast not moving when a eerie feeling came over him.
"No Shadow watch ou-"
Before Tru could even finish his sentence a large collection of Geo magic formed at the tip of the Stone quills tail forming a small large rock.

It smashed its tail right in top of Shadow's head knocking him hard into the ground. It then used Burrowing and descended into the ground but not before grabbing Shadow's tail. Both the Stome Quill and Necrocoil smoothly disappeared into the dirt.
"No no , not like this!" Tru ran and immediately plunged down the dark tunnel after borne beasts.
