Why are otsutsuki so superior in naruto, besides their abilities so op?

Looking at the woman in front of him, Godwyn feels a slight headache and says; "I'm not being disrespectful or anything, but you obviously know what happens next"

"You will hunt him down" Says Radagon with a dark touch.
