Chapter 18 Retrieving the sword

18th episode

Franni walks into the deepest part of the treasure room, her own footsteps echoing all around the whole place. The whole place keeps getting darker with every step which she takes forward, which leaves her no choice but to switch on her wolf's vision.

"I wonder what the gatekeeper will look like?" She mumbled inaudibly. As she expects her wolf to reply, but all she could hear is her own footsteps which means her wolf wasn't ready to chitchat. Franni was also happy that the idiot didn't reply, because she wasn't sure whether her brain was ready to take in another crazy stuff from her wolf.

She ran her hand against the beautiful drawing on the wall and a wow escaped her lips.

"As if it is a new thing," her wolf complained mentally. "Well, I couldn't blame you, it was your first time."
