Overall honest review, no big words: Characters are introduced well enough that you wouldn't forget their names starting the first chapter itself. Eklu is straightforward with no unnecessary lip-service which is what I like. She doesn't regret the decisions she makes—doesn't matter if they are bad. Koko and the traveler hold their respective personalities very well too. I absolutely love Koko and then I love Faye—she's a darling character. The scenarios speak for themselves and are described well allowing an accurate imagination. The pace is great and does not leave you bored. However, I would like the author to add pauses between huge descriptions and dialogues—sometimes they get harder to catch up, and giving the characters a pause while talking would add more weight to the picture.
