"Hey, are you okay?" the lady on her midst twenty approaches me and sat beside me. The room was filled of laugh and voices of kids, apparently I'm currently sitting on my chair quietly. I'm not in the mood to talk to anyone unfortunately this lady keeps on bugging me since our teacher commanded her to keep her eyes on me, like what the heck?! it's really irritating.

I rolled my eyes and look at her, "I'm more than okay if you'll stop looking and bugging me" I replied.

She suddenly laugh, "you didn't change at all. I forgot that you just lost your memory and not your tounge" she commented.

"Well, I don't even need your opinion" said I. She remain in silence for awhile so I watched those kids playing, if I am just like those typical kids, I maybe also doing those kind of shits. Playing and laughing, wasting their sweats for some nonsense things. Too boring.

I prefered doing some mathematical equations, doing codes and programming and at the same time exploring the technology world, where I'm really belong, and lastly but not the least. Planning on how to kick those worthless pieces on my boardgame, well I really don't give some damn on those maggots.

"So, where's your boss?" asked I, cracking the atmosphere between us. I really am not that type of girl who keeps on talking and starting a conversation. She didn't answer me, instead she tap something on her phone when it rang.

"The kid is asking where are you" said she. Probably, she's talking to miss. I don't really know their names, it's not that I'm not good in remembering names, it's just I'm not interested on knowing them. May narinig akong ilang hikbi mula sa kabilang linya, tinignan ko ang babae na nakakunot na ang nuo habang nakikinig sa kausap nito.

"I-i got raped" my eyes get widden after hearing what she said on the other line.

I approached her and give her some water. She looks so pale and she's not even talking unlike before. Nandito kami sa waiting area within the courthouse. Well, I've been here before when I tried to get the justice for my father, so this isn't new to me anymore. This lady is considered as a witness in trial so she's not allowed to go inside the courtroom until the specific time. She's the victim of sexual violence and she have to testify on this case agains't the alleged perpetrator. Just like me, sya lang ang makakatulong sa sarili nya para makuha ang katarungan sa nangyari sa kanya.

The familiar man in his black suit approached us. He's the attorney I met before. His sight diverted upon me, ngumiti ito sa akin at inilahad nya ang kanyang kamay. I noticed the I.D he's wearing 'Prosecutor. Clarenze A. Witts"

"It's nice to see you again Ein" I just nodded at him, kaya tila napapahiyang ibinaba nito ang kamay nya at ngumiti ng pilit.

I don't know what is he doing here, but I think he's the escort of this lady for the trial later. He started to discuss something on the lady and I noticed some people outside the Supreme court protesting, there are also some media. I feel a little bit discombobulated, I understood that this is a raped case and people want a death penalty for this case that's why they're protesting. Pero hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit may mga media rito, unless there is some higher profile people that involved on this case that catched the attention of the media.

Someone called us to proceed already inside the court room. Some familiar polices accompanying the man who's wearing a civilian shirt while his hand was handcuffed. He smirked at me when his sight brushes upon me. My mouth gaped open, I can't absorb what is happening. He's the same police I talked with before, and probably he's one of those people who killed my dad. My fists closed firmly, the fire inside me is blazing in anger. If this is the case, malabong manalo ang babaeng biktima sa kanila. They can easily manipulate the justice.

Mas lalong kumulo ang dugo ko nang makita ang mga juries, ilan sa mga ito ay mula sa executive branch. This explains everything, the case is a national topic. A police raped a teacher and the increasing rate of the sexual violence. What would I expect from this people? using this case for their political agendas. I wonder what would be their plan, lalo na at alam kong kasabwat ng mga ito ang may sala. Pero hindi ako papayag na hindi mabigyan ng hustisya ang nangyari sa biktima. If I failed to get the justice for my father, I swear that I won't fail again.

The trial started, I'm just watching the lady on the witness stand she's still trembling while looking at the man who harassed her. The feeling of testifying is not overwhelming, infact it's intimidating. I've been on that situation before, but for some different reason and I know that there is only one thing we wanted to get. The justice.

A survivor of sexual violence on the witness stand to testify, I know that it was hard for her. Everyone responds differently in sharing their experience publicly, and testifying in court is no exception.

As expected, the lady answered each questions of the lawyer, and some questions from the judge. The prosecutor showed some evidences of the victim's medical examination, the arguments started again and I didn't expect that this prosecutor had gathered a lot of evidences and informations on his sleeve. I don't know where did he got those informations, I think he got been too far. Lahat ng ipinakita nito ay sobrang nakatulong sa kaso para mas madiin ang may sala. What more he can do? he somehow amazed me.

I never expected that he can get those informations. The way he talked, and stand infront, he's amazing.

"The prosecution rest" huling wika nito.
