Not all uses of time are equal, and this simple truth can make a big difference in life. People who spend their time doing more profitable work make more money. People who spend their time investing in others build better relationships. People who spend their time creating a flexible career enjoy more freedom. People who spend their time working on high-impact projects contribute more to society. Whether you want more wealth, more friendship, more freedom, or more impact, it all comes down to how you spend and value your time.
Anthony was a very lazy boy and always used to postpone things. One day his father called him and made him understand the value of time that one should always do things on time. Anthony promised his father that he would never postpone things.
One day, he came to know that he had won the first prize in a singing competition that was held the previous month. He was asked to collect the prize the same day. He didn't care and went to collect the prize the next day. But the prize became useless for him, as it was a ticket to a circus show, which was held the previous day.
Anthony learnt a lesson from this incident.
Time is a funny thing, isn't it? When we're having a blast, it's like someone is pushing the "fast forward" button. In contrast, if we have a two-point lead with three minutes left in the game, it seems like an eternity.
Whether time flies or moves at glacial speed, we have 24 hours in a day and no choice in the matter. We use it or lose it
Ever heard the phrase that "time stands still for no man"? Well, it is as clear as that. Time is always in motion. It does not stop for no one, rich or poor, famous or ordinary, Muslim or Christian, man or woman. Each person is given 24 hours a day to either utilize it or waste it away.

We should try to spend every moment of our life enjoying it. So whatever you enjoy doing, do more of it.
We shouldn't spend too much time regretting the past, otherwise we lose the future. Instead of hanging on past mistakes, build up from them and continue forward.

Then, the answer would be, 'Time is the most precious resource in the universe'. Most of us don't realize the value of time unless it gets away from us. Never waste time meaninglessly / without any reason in your life. We all waste time on entertainment and other activities.
In our busy schedule of studies/ work, it's necessary for us to spend time on recreational activities for leisure so that our minds stay refreshed. Apart from using the time to do your studies/ work or the job, you can use it to do anything you love. Such as, you can use it to pursue your hobbies/ interests.
For example, if someone loves to do Gardening, they use their free time in planting trees and watering them. If you use your time effectively, then you can be a successful person. Every successful person knows the value of the quote, 'Time is precious', and they never waste a second of their life.

Time is one of the few things, once lost can never be recovered. Money once lost can be recovered, but that's not for time. Most people don't realize how precious time is until they are in the later years of their lives. Because when time is lost, it is gone forever. You know very well that, time is always in motion. It doesn't stop for anyone, be it – rich or poor, Hindu/Muslim/Sikh/Christian, man/woman, young/old.
Time waits for none, however, it gives us equal duration to follow it or waste it. There is a famous proverb, 'The best things in life are for free'. This saying is very much true for time. It is the best thing that our life has given us. No living being on this earth will be able to buy time.
The word, 'tide' meant 'time' when this proverb was formed. It might have been the alliteration of words that appealed to the people. The word 'tide' in this proverb is usually thought of in the term of the sea, and that doesn't wait for anyone. As no natural processes wait for anyone.
The statement, time waits for no man means that some things are inevitable, such as birth, death, the rising sun early in the morning, the setting of the sun, and the passage of time. No man can control such inevitable natural phenomena of life on this earth. 'Time waits for no man' is a part of this proverb.
The entire proverb should be, 'Time and Tide wait for no man' where the word 'tide' refers to the rise and fall of an ocean, which is a natural phenomenon that no human can control.
