FESTIVAL HAS BEGIN

The rogue leader's eyes widened in shock as he heard the word Eternal Blade. "Eternal Blade....how's that possible."

Kai sat back in his chair. He leaned forward with a smirk behind his mask. "Everything is possible while I'm around."

With a swift motion, Kai stabbed the ground with his sword, leaving it half in the ground while the other half covered in the rogue's blood.

The rogue leader fell on his knees from the chair, crawling toward the blade. He wiped the blood off the sword with his clothes. As the rogue blood was cleared, the symbols engraved on the sword became visible, clearing all the doubts the rogue leader had.

The rogue leader was shocked as he said. "It is, THE ALL MIGHTY ETERNAL BLADE!"

The rogue leader glared at Kai, his face twisted in anger. "IT DOESN'T BELONG TO YOU STOLE IT, YOU'RE NOTHING BUT A THIEF!"

The rogue leader stood up, determination blazing in his eyes. he grabbed the hilt of The Eternal Blade. "It's mine now."

Kai responded, "You can try as much as you want."

Hearing Kai's words, the rogue leader's face twisted with rage. His grip tightened on the hilt of the blade and strained to pull it from the ground.

"AAAAHHHHH!" The rogue leader shouted, putting all of his strength into the effort.

The rogue leader's hand slipped, and he fell to the ground. All the rogues came to aid their leader.

Kai stood up from his chair and casually pulled out the blade from the ground. "The Blade only answers to me."

Kai started dragging his sword across the ground, the metal scraping against the earth with a menacing sound. He walked in a slow circle around the rogues.

"But there's still something missing," Kai said, his voice calm and yet filled with intensity. "I used this sword on all of you earlier, and yet, here you are, still alive. That means whatever is protecting you is only preventing your death and bringing you back to life, not your pain."

Kai started to close in on the rogues, his eyes gleaming with a mix of resolve and menace. "I was feeling bad for someone who tortured a kid to die so easily," Kai said, his voice cold and measured. "But you have made my regrets go away. Now, I can torture you as much as I want, and you'll just come back to life."

The rogue eyes widened in horror as Kai approached. The reality of his situation sank in.

The rogues asked their leader, "What should we do?"

The rogue leader responded, "RUN!"

Several minutes later, Aiden arrives at Hiroshi's village, mounted on his horse. He saw the entire village decorated with vibrant colours for his birthday.

Aiden dismounted his horse, his eyes scanning the empty village streets. Aiden's footsteps echoed loudly against the cobblestone streets.

"Stand up quick. I don't have all night," Aiden heard a voice, Kai's voice. Aiden quickly followed the voice to the village centre. 

As Aiden reached the village centre, his eyes widened in shock as he took in the scene before him, the ground littered with the bodies of rogues, Kai standing amidst them, his hand and his sword both fully covered in blood. The weight of the moment hung heavy in the air as Aiden processed the sight before him.

"Come on, how much more time will you take stand up already." As Kai uttered those words, he impatiently planted his sword on the ground.

Aiden finally stepped in and said, "Hey, What are you doing here."

Kai looked at Aiden and said, "Who are you supposed to be."

Kai and Aiden stood face to face, a tense silence enveloping them. Kai breaks his silence, "Are you with them," Kai's voice is low and intense.

Aiden shook his head firmly, "No."

Kai responded, "Then get lost you don't wanna be here."

Aiden eyes widened in surprise at Kai's words. "Who are you? And what happens to them."

"They hurt my friend, and I'm just taking my revenge," Kai spoke, his voice cold and resolute.

Aiden got angry after hearing Kai's words he said, "You can't do that there are rules for everything, you can't kill everyone you want."

Kai responded, "I couldn't care less, just leave."

Aiden said, "You are coming with me now."

Kai's eyes narrowed as he replied, "Who do you think you are?"

"I'M...." Aiden stopped himself, then continued with resolve, "I won't answer your questions. Now come with me."

Aiden grabbed Kai's hand and pulled him. Kai, feeling the tug, immediately yanked his hand free with his super strength.

Kai said, "You'll pay for this." Kai called his blade, which flew into his hand.

Aiden, not backing down, pulled out a dagger, prepared to fight. Just as they both were about to attack, a loud sound echoed through the village. Both Aiden and Kai looked at the sky they saw fireworks exploding in brilliant colours.

Aiden said in his mind, "My birthday."

While Kai was thinking about the promise he made to Hiroshi.

Suddenly a dark cloud of smoke appeared blurring Kai's vision, a moment later the smoke faded. Kai saw Aiden was not in front of him. He looked around, the rogues also escaped in the smoke. Kai got frustrated, "That guy will pay for this."
