Chapter 10 Cean

I wasn't sure how long I slept, but it was deep. When I woke again, I was tangled against a fuzzy, large, warm being. One arm had fallen over the wolf's body, hugging him close to my chest. I must have gotten cold at some point to have done that. My back was cold, but the front of me was so warm that it didn't matter. As I slowly regained consciousness, I sighed and buried myself closer to the wolf in my grip.

I didn't want to move, or do anything else other than cuddle with the furry being. He was unimaginably soft, and with such heat radiating off of him that if we had been in a tent or even a small cabin, he would have heated that whole place by simply just laying there. However, as I was about to fall back asleep, my stomach made the most awful growling sound on the planet. It was loud too and I stiffened right before I sighed into his furry head.
