Difficulties, frustrations, one last attempt.

Around the early afternoon, Team 6 approached the riverbanks in the southern quadrant of the Perennial Forest. Due to the almost titanic vegetation, accessing the riverbanks was always challenging because of the dense flora surrounding them.

Unfortunately, luck wasn't on the team's side, as they didn't encounter any Iron-Tailed Monkeys. Kizaer then led them southward, bordering the territory of the Winged Lizards. Although the Winged Lizards were Common Beasts, they were still territorial and attacked anything that invaded their space.

Apparently, the monkeys were hunting some lizards, as the solitary creatures became easy prey for the packs that attacked in groups.

After half an hour of walking, Kizaer abruptly stopped and slowly turned to the team members, placing a finger to his lips, signaling for silence. After they nodded, Kizaer pointed to the treetops ahead. There were four Iron-Tailed Monkeys, apparently feasting on a slain Winged Lizard.
