Dance battle

Ellen interrupted. "It as nothing to do with them. Don't involve them in this. "

"Yes!. We all know, what you guys do in the name of Dance battle. " Iris finished.

"I didn't start it!. It's your dear friend, who started it". Phoebe said looking at me challenging.

" I don't think it's safe, Kris. Phoebe and her gang are famous for braking person's bones in the name of Dance. They even went to the extent of killing someone last year " Kate whispered in my ears.

"No rules. Only Dance!. If you win you guys, enter the National fest. Deal? " she asked.

"On one condition!. If we win, you will not trouble us again." I said.

"But... " William started.

Austin stopped him.

"Promise on your gang! " he added.

Phoebe was silent for a minute. "Scared? " Austin asked in a twisted tone.

"Deal! " she said. I can tell her gang wasn't happy about this.

"Today evening 3 at ground! " she said and left the room.

"Sorry... "

"And thank you so much! " Ellen and Iris said with tears in their eyes.

I hugged them with a smile. Austin stared at me with his comforting eyes.

At 3 clock we went to the ground. I was little nervous, because it involves Ellen and Iris also.

"You are Brave!. I thought you guys would have left TESKA already " Phoebe said.

"Let's see, Who is going to do that! " Kate said staring at her aggressively.

As the curtains rose, my heart accelerated.

It was a face-off. I should say, they rooked it. It was aggressive to the point, it could have killed someone.

It was our turn. Ellen and Iris went forward first. But they didn't leave them to dance. In fact, they moves was so dangerous that Ellen got her shoulder hurt.

I decided to go alone. It was me who initiated it.

Kate told me to remove my bracelet, to allow me alone on the stage. The lights on the stage turned bright and the rhythm started to pulse into me. My foot tapped to the steady beat.

Back and forth, I swayed as the beat picked up pace and at the same time I can feel each and every move Phoebe and her gang made. I dogged all the attacks made by them while dancing easily. I guess it was because of the powers I had. I felt like flying. In fact, I was able to see clearly before they were able to make the move. I took revenge for Ellen and Iris.

I ended my dance, by pretending to do air walk straight in Phoebe shoulders. I never thought I would do something like that. But I don't feel guilty. She deserved it.

It was like a second beat. Phoebe was lying on the floor and the crowd present there was cheering for me. Austin was smiling at me and Kate, Ellen and Iris came running to me and hugged.

I hugged them back, smiling.
