The Haunting Bathroom Encounter

One night, as Xiao Ming and his friends were in the middle of a game, he suddenly felt a strong urge to use the restroom. He decided to go alone, and the night was quiet. When Xiao Ming entered the empty restroom, he heard a faint voice coming from one of the stalls, saying, "Can't open it, can't open it." The voice seemed to come from the farthest stall.

Curious, Xiao Ming walked closer and asked, "Who's there? Who's inside?" The voice continued, "Can't open the door?" Xiao Ming reached out and pulled the door, which made a creaking sound as it opened. Xiao Ming chuckled and said, "Well, it's open now." However, to his shock, there was no one inside!

Frightened, he let out a loud scream and quickly ran back to his friends. They discussed what had happened, with one of them, Xiao Zhou, suggesting, "It must be the ghost of Ren Chen! He had a heart attack, and the door lock was broken, so he died in the restroom."

Another friend, Wei, scoffed, "Nonsense! There's no such thing as ghosts in this world. I don't believe it."

They decided to go back and check once more. Upon reentering the restroom, there was nothing unusual to be found. Wei felt triumphant, saying, "See? Xiao Ming must have been mistaken." They all scolded Xiao Ming, and the group returned to their game.

At this point, Xiao Zhou pulled Wei aside and said, "Wait for me here for a moment, alright? I need to use the restroom. Just don't leave." Wei reluctantly agreed to wait. When Xiao Zhou entered the restroom, Wei had a mischievous idea. He imitated the ghost's voice, saying, "Can't open it... can't open it."

Xiao Zhou, alarmed, immediately pulled up his pants and rushed out, his face pale with fear. Wei, watching his friend's reaction, burst into laughter, teasing, "Did you wet your pants?" With that, Wei entered the restroom himself.

Xiao Zhou, still angry, muttered, "I'll get back at you." Wei went into one of the stalls, but suddenly, he heard the voice again, "Can't open it... can't open it." Wei assumed it was Xiao Zhou playing a prank on him and continued opening each stall one by one.

When he reached the last stall, he was met with the horrific sight of Ren Chen's distorted face, eyes larger than teacups. Wei screamed in terror, "Ahh, there's a ghost!" Ren Chen coldly chuckled a few times before vanishing.

By the time Wei's friends arrived, they found his pants were soaking wet.

The story ends with a warning: "Don't look at your reflection in the toilet bowl at night. If you see an old version of yourself, it's fine. But if you see a young version of yourself..."
