A Haunting Hospital Legend

There is a chilling tale circulating within the hospital: the bodies in the morgue would try to snatch the hearts of the living to revive themselves.

The legend originated from a quarrel between a woman and her husband. In a fit of anger, the woman stormed out of their home, intending to drive to her mother's house. Unexpectedly, while driving on the highway, a car from the opposite direction went out of control, crossed the median, and crashed head-on into her vehicle. The two cars collided and rolled several times before plummeting from the air. An ambulance arrived swiftly, and she was rushed to the hospital.

The woman's injuries were severe; a steel rod had pierced her heart. Despite this, miraculously, she still showed faint signs of life. After a series of examinations, the hospital decided to proceed with a heart transplant surgery. She miraculously survived the procedure and, after a period of recovery, she was discharged from the hospital.

Her heart, having no complications or rejections, was functioning normally, saving her life. Her family was overjoyed, considering her survival a miracle. However, strange things began to happen. She started having recurring dreams featuring a seductive and unknown woman. During one of her mirror encounters, she saw the reflection of the enigmatic woman instead of herself. It had to be the former owner of the heart inside her. Puzzled and disturbed, she decided to inquire with her family about the donor.

Her family claimed that they had no information about the donor; the hospital had determined the heart to be a match, and that was the extent of their knowledge. The woman was determined not to live in this mysterious situation and sought answers from the surgeon who performed her transplant. The doctor reluctantly shared that the heart had come from a person who had died in the accident. The donor willingly registered as an organ donor, and the heart was finally put to use.

Frustrated and confused, the woman decided to investigate further. Sneaking into the morgue alone, she discovered the body of the accident's other victim. To her surprise, there was no wound or evidence of a heart transplant. In her search for clues about the deceased woman, she found a wallet among the belongings. Inside was a photo of her husband.

She called her husband immediately, but there was no answer. She contacted his friends one by one, eventually learning that her husband, upon hearing of her accident and deteriorating condition, had decided to sacrifice his own life by donating his heart to her. He could not bear the thought of living without the woman he had loved deeply.

Realizing the truth, she unlocked the mystery. The visions and dreams she had been experiencing were a result of her husband's enduring love for the other woman, who had tragically passed away. Unable to continue living, he had chosen to save her life by gifting her his heart.

Soon after, she was discovered lying lifeless in the morgue, with her heart surgically removed and lying on the floor.
