Beginning

I felt something extra ordinary when i saw someone who just blew the orc using wind.

I did try to assess myself if I also do have something that i can do but as expected nothing happens.

I planned to go to our families ancestral house to check if it is still standing and if I am able to see a family member, so I picked up some stones to atleast protect myself in case monsters chases me up.

I asked the person who is able to blew the orc as to how did he do it. He mentioned that he just thought of the wind and it just happens.

I tried to asked the person to go with me but he refuses. So I headed out alone and tried my luck.

On my way, I saw Jean one of my classmates who is currently fighting 2 poisonous frogs. It is so cool to watch her fight as flames engulfed her body like it dances around herself.

The battle ended up quickly and the 2 poisonous frogs turned to ash. Jean saw me watching her and asked what super power do I have? I was about to inform her that I dont have some sort when something just popped up.

A screen like message notified me if I would like to devour the poisonous frog. I was shocked and unconsciously accepted, all of a sudden a soul like frog rises from the ashes and fuses to my body.

System notified me that devouring was successful. I do not know what technically happened but I felt like my body is lighter. I thought since I have devoured a monster should I possess their skills too?

Thinking about it, I tried to jump to check but it did not happen as expected. I tried to stick my tongue out but it is still normal. I asked Jean if she is also able to get the notification I received but she did not receive any.

I tried to rack my brain out to know what happened when a sudden alert popped up again.
