59 Overseers Meeting

Within a dark cave illuminated with candles, a meeting is starting. Sitting at various points around the central table are various peculiar beings; a giant half-asleep toad, a white cunning snake, a bulbous slug, a white humanoid-looking man with a red swirling gem on his forehead, purple eyes with concentric rings, and a long white robe.

They all had one thing in common though, they stared at the last remaining member of the meeting; a black-haired, blue-eyed, moderately good-looking young man with a confident gaze dressed in a suit that did not match the environment aesthetically.

"Well everything is in order and now, all we have to do is decide when we want to start the timeline. Any suggestions?..." the young man posed to the beings.

"Mr. Oscars, it will be best if it's after the warring states. Divers need some sort of stability and structure for them the meld well into the new world, since they cannot leave before dying, they need "the village system" to quickly integrate into The Shinobi World..." Katsuya spoke gently with a caring tone.

Some time passed and it was finally decided to start the timeline at the year 105. This will allow a year for the Divers to get acclimated before the start of the second shinobi world war, assuming they can...

"Mr. Oscars, I recommend that after the fourth shinobi world war, we do not reset as you have planned. Since there is no additional Otsotsuki other than me and Kaguya, after that war there could be peace....true peace."

"It would be a good experiment to see what would happen if worlds are left to their own devices...moreover, we can restart to the warring states era as planned whenever you deem things 'out of control'...the pale-skinned man mentioned respectfully.

Raven pondered this suggestion. He was curious how the world would develop if his overseers didn't ensure plot integrity...something good? total destruction?....maybe this was a good chance to see...

After minutes of silence, Raven finally made a humming noise and nodded "Hagoromo, that's a good idea. We will restart if something happens but there is plenty of time to change our minds before the fourth war..."

Time passed and the meeting finally came to an end. "Well, I will head back to Altissia since you seem to have everything ready to go for the opening of the tele pad next week. Thank you all for your hard work..."

Raven stood up to leave under the farewells and polite bows of his overseers, using the flying thunder god technique to vanish from their sight. The overseers sat in silence for a moment before they began to stand up to leave...

*Tap* *Tap* *Tap*

Footsteps halted them as each was the most powerful being currently living in this world yet, no one sensed someone approaching...

"Be at ease my children....be at ease. I merely wish to talk for a moment..."

The four sages were stunned as the woman who appeared before them is none other than Otsutsuki Kaguya who was supposed to be sealed until the Fourth Shinobi World War.

They stared at her shocked and frightened, they didn't know what to do until her words were finally processed...
