Zhuri

He is about to get in his car but he was suddenly stopped

"Zhuri.. Zhuri.." The shock in her father's eyes could be seen, he was looking behind me so I turned around and I saw Zendaya who's currently looking at my dad emotionless

"Zhuri.. Zhuri.. Is that really you?" Sadness and tears replaced his eyes as he called Zendaya 'Zhuri'

He slowly walks towards Zendaya who was currently just looking at him

"That's you, I know that's you. Where have you been you know I'm looking for you" My dad is about to touch Zendaya but she shook his hand

"I'm not Zhuri you are just mistaken" When Zendaya answered she turned to me

"Let's go I will buy something to eat, come with me" She grabbed me by the arm and pulled me into her car

I just quietly got into the car, just as she was about to start the car my father stopped at the front, she suddenly stepped the breaks causing us to sink into the dashboard

"Are you alright?" She asked me

"Yeah.." I touch my forehead

She rolled down the car window and my father quickly walked to the driver's seat

"Don't leave Zhuri please, don't you remember me? This is me Carlos" He tries to hold Zendaya to stop her from leaving

"If you do not leave I will run after you, so better move!" She said in the cold tone

"I'm not leaving Zhuri, I will not let anyone take you away" Seems crazy he says

"Okay, you leave me no choice" She was about to start the car when I stopped her

He is still my father no matter what he said, I called the security to stop him, a few moments later the security came

"NO! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME ZHURI!" He is screaming while the guards restrain him

"DON'T YOU KNOW ME?! I'M DUXX! I'M THE KING OF UNDERWORLD! HOW DARE YOU TOUCH THE KING!" He was already in a rage and forced to get away from the guard

We have arrived at a restaurant and currently waiting for our takeout food

"I heard what your dad told you earlier, does it hurt?" I turned to her; seriously she is asking if it hurts?

"What do you think?" I said sarcastically as I rolled the sleeves of my uniform, I slung the coat of my uniform over my shoulder

"Maybe that's hurt, your dad is kind of.." She hangs her words

"Weird? I know right, it's surprised me when he calls you Zhuri" That is my first time seeing my dad act like that; he always formal when he is talking to others, and the name 'Zhuri' makes me confused

"Do you know that 'Zhuri'?" She asked as she removed her coat

"Nope, I just heard that name for the first time, I'm still thinking who is she" Our order number was called, I took it to the counter and we walked to the parking lot

*Ring ring ring ring*

My phone suddenly ringing; Seth is calling me

"He—"I didn't finish my words when he speaks

"Where are you? I've been looking for you here in the clinic for a while. I've been worried about you, where are you?" I just laugh after hearing him

"I'm with Zendaya, we are on our way there" It's fun to know he cares about me. I ended the call

"Is that Seth?" Zendaya asked she is now driving

"Yeah"

"He seems to be worried about you; you just disappear for a moment from his sight yet he is looking for you right away," She said laughing, I did not say anything I just smile

"Oh! I remember you said a while ago that you are looking for someone, who are you looking for?" I asked

"You still remember that? Well, he is someone important to me; he suddenly disappeared after entering our school. I have to find him no matter what happened" She said seriously

"Is he your boyfriend?" I guess; I saw her blushed

"Uhm—kind of.." She said as she parked her car on our campus

"Do you have any picture of him? Can I see?" She looked at me with doubt

"Don't worry I'm not stealing him from you, I liked Seth remember?" Hesitantly she took her phone to show me the picture of the man she was looking for

"OH—he's handsome," I said after still looking at the picture

The man in the picture looks like a Greek god; he has orange-brownish chestnut hair, hazel eyes, and pinkish lips, he looked at the camera seriously

"Omo! What is his name? Look, his lips are pinkish it's like delicious cotton candy—" She grabbed her phone from me

"That's enough, you already have Seth; be contented" I pout after she said that

"You are mean, it's like just looking. Do you have his picture naked?" I thought if he was handsome maybe his body was good too

"Even if I have it, I won't show it to you" She got out of the car and carried some plastic bags with food

We are currently hiding here outside the building, I checked my wristwatch at about six fifty-five o'clock in the evening we were just waiting for all the lights to off

Seth and Zendaya have arrived because they need to set up the fireworks

"I've been bitten by mosquitoes" Alma complained as she patted her knee that had been bitten by the mosquito

"You retaliate by biting too," Eunice said we laugh softly

Suddenly all the lights went out signaling that we were about to go inside
