Ch-10 , Parents and Goals

The Drake family adults return and the mother throws a big feast for the children and their new friend. Apparently, the trio were able to find an apartment closeby for Valerie to live.The mother Drake notices Valerie and tells her that she is free to hang out with the trio.

Ace finds his father alone in the attic and he goes to him and says,

"Dad, I want to be a Hero."{Ace}

Zach is surprised as he knew that Ace never had any interests in Heroes until now. Zach is an underground hero with a quirk "Dragon". He can transform his body parts into dragonic counterparts and also fully transform into a dragon. In his draconic form, he can use various energies which his wife terms as 'magical' energy.

Zach was a normal hero until he discovered the use of magic. The Hero association put a lock on his quirk status to prevent supernaturals to attack him. He still remembers being hunted by devils and him being blasted away and ultimately saved by his wife Anna.

Anna unlike him doesnot have any quirk and can use magic. She is a healer swordmaster meaning a swordswoman with infinite health and stamina. Zach still remembers how they trained together and how he was handed his ass. They gradually fell in love as Zach grew stronger and stronger and Anna left Church service to spend time with him.

"Are you sure??? I will train you harder than Gil . You will also grow to know about many absurd things in this world."{Zach}

"Yes, I am ready."{Ace}

Zach sees his resolve and answers.

"Good, now we will start training from tomorrow and No slacking."

I knew that Mom was quite special in her own. Whenever I was close to her, the Excalibur in my treasury resonated with full pulse. I usually had trouble to hid this. The resonance was even stronger than Arthur's resonance when I entrusted the legendary sword to him.

One day I sneaked and saw Mom practicing swordsmanship in the garden. The swordsmanship was so exquisite that it felt like a well -choreographed dance. Mom noticed me and I came forward to ask,

"Mom, who taught you ??" while pointing towards her sword.

"Ara~~ Gil kun do you want to learn ? It may change your life as it also did mine. Still before I tell, you need to know some things as you are too mature than the others."

I was mediocre in swordsmancship even in my previous life. I was a archer as well as a caster even if my god mother told me I did have talent in sword. Maybe, I should try something new.

I nod and Mom begins to explain about the supernatural world and how she was an exorcist. She told that she was once trapped in a ritual by devils who wanted to revive legendary swordmasters in her body and replace her. The ritual failed and the summoned souls only attached to her for some time only.

"…. And I was attached with the Souls of Musashi Miyamoto, Kamizumi Nobutsuna, Sasaki Kojiro and Joseph Bologne. They admired my swordsmanship talent and urged me to travel to Japan to learn katana martial arts. Bologne san also taught me fencing . Soon I combined all the arts learned into my own style with healing magic as a support. The souls vanished and I challenged Vasco Strada and Ewald Cristaldi to defeat them and became a Sword Saintess in the process. I was undefeated.. until I met your father."

My mother giggled and I understood how powerful were my parents in this world. Mother explained that she retired herself by using an excuse that fighting with Zach had injured her magic core and she was bound to him. The Church was not happy but ultimately shook this off as Dad promised to help them in their time of need.

'So, Dad is as strong as All might in the Hero rankings. I can't believe that they are as strong as....'

-------------------Ken POV---------------

Gil and Ace were keeping our parents busy. I think that they began to talk about their training. I also need a curriculum to train.

I have been interested in the Hero association as I entered their webpage in a computer. There were clips of people being saved by heroes and I activated my Rinnegan to observe their level.

In one particular video, there was All Might saving people. I observed him and was astonished by the info.

Quirk:- One for All

Abilities:- Super Strength,Stamina,Dexterity and Endurance.

Magic Level:- Super level

Magic:- Quirk Amplification, Body Amplification

Estimated Level:- Super Devil.

'I think they nerfed him to match his standards to that of the world. This means that Dad is also quite strong and so is mother.'

I search for other heroes and found all top 20 heroes to have a Lord level class of strength. This is only in Japan. There are also numerous Super class heroes across the world, some hidden ones but none better than All might.

'The humans do have a solid front, especially against the Supernaturals. Unfortunately there are also villains in the roaming, especially in Japan.'

I still remember Shigaraki, All for One and Overhaul who would fuck things up in the future. The world is more dangerous.

China, the homeground of all cultivators also have serious problems as their cultivators continue to fight amongst them and other beasts to prevent them from entering other parts of the world. Apparently, the Heavenly Courts are real and they fiercely work to ensure balance in China. Still, people like Wukong still find ways to chill.

India is currently stable as their Gods had brilliantly suppressed all the insane beasts. Apparently the beastly race of Rakshashas have become civilized enough to mingle with other Gods with a certain Indra still mad at the status quo. Lord Vishnu is still lazing around as well as Lord Brahma who has become hell bent to remain neutral in all conflicts. Shiva comes out often but still has his family problems.
