Chapter 39 - Vali vs Issei

A few days ago Vali was shocked to hear that Azazel knew about what she was trying to do and actually let her do as she pleased. Though the most shocking thing the one she been trying to find was actually living with her soon be rival the red dragon emperor.

It didn't stopped there as she later found out about the two dragon gods are the mate of this person. She was pleased that this person is strong enough to make the strongest being to fall for this person.

She's dying to know and fight him. Now when she arrive with her group found the beautiful mature woman with long scarlet braided hair. Instantly her sacred gear spoke in shock.

"Ara~ if it isn't albino. Its always unpleasant to see you."

[How did you gain back your body!?]

"That would be my mate. He helped gain back my body. Perhaps if you offer yourself to him then he'll give you back your body."

Irene teasingly said which made albino annoyed that her eternal rival were suggesting something. Though she was interested in this mate of her but was shocked to feel almost nothing from Issei. Literary nothing like an endless abyss devoid of power.

Issei was suppressing his power constantly which cause him to better control it. If he were to stopped then it would released an aura that cause everyone to suffocate. He was regaining back his power which includes Irene domination.

Kuroka teasingly smiled then did the unthinkable and bit Issei marking him as his mate which surprised Issei from the action. Her heart somehow knew it was the right thing to do. The instinct of her eternal mate was ringing ever since she saw Issei.

This is the same as Koneko but her constant refusal to use her Nekoshou side hinder it. However, now she would be in heat once Issei go back.

After few minutes, Kuroka calmed down while asking question about her sister which Issei happily told her but Vali interrupt them saying she want to have spar now. The spectator move far enough to not be affected by the aftershock. Azazel one of his gadget to have panel to watch them.

Irene remain close to watch the battle. Vali annoyed for being understatement but her instincts telling her it was the right chooses. She quickly use her scale mail armor enveloping every part of her body while radiating a powerful aura.

Issei remain stoic unfazed by the power that could easily rival an ultimate class or weaker super-class. He took a deep breath and took a stance not even planning to use his sacred gear. Vali saw this felt offended by his action.

"Why aren't you using your boosted gear? Don't tell me its gone after you revive, the red dragon emperor?"

"First of all, she has name and that is Irene. Second, no I still have my sacred gear. Lastly, it would result in an instant defeat if I do that."

Issei was annoyed when Irene is not called by her name making the latter smile. She was glad that Issei was getting mad on he behalf despite not minding it.

Both of them arrive in the mountain in mere seconds by Issei grabbing Vali face. She couldn't even have time to react from the attack but didn't waste time and use her divine divider to absorb Issei strength.

Vali increase her power then flew in the sky where both of them fought. They moving in tremendous speed faster than the speed of sound while their power collided a large force cause the nearby mountain quake.

She was struggling to keep from Issei who seem have bottomless amount of energy. Vali had already been absorbing an absurd amount of energy from Issei but he didn't felt tried by one bit.

Those watching was surprise to see Vali getting serious to someone who hasn't even display any other power beside physical strength. Issei using his devil strength which provided by the True Maou bloodline.

Vali took distance away from Issei who knew what she was planning to do. Everyone watch in anticipation from the ongoing battle.
