Low Class.

Middle Class.

High Class.

Ultimate Class.

And finally… The Satan Class.

But Kento knew this was a lie.

There was a level beyond that.

Special Traits: Ajuka possess an intelligence quotient that is not measurable by human standards. His unbeatable calculative ability allowed him to create the Kankara Formula which allows manipulation of phenomena that occur in the world by using his demonic power.

In this world, there were countless beings with incomprehensible power and abilities. And when everyone was a monster, one had to be beyond terrifying to rise above them.

And the two beings in front of him were beings that stood at the peak.

'These two can go toe to toe with the Shinto faction.' Kento was baffled. 'And even then it says their true form… Their true power is sealed. What kind of monsters are they if they have to keep their true form sealed?'

"That was quite the show you put there." 

Kento saw the green haired devil speak. While he expected them to be furious for making a noble devil look pathetic, their actual reaction was totally different. 

They were nonchalant.

"Lady Phenex was quite furious when she saw you torturing her son." Ajuka explained the situation. "However, the heir of Phenex was able to stop her from interfering in the match as you and Riser had already made the deal. And once someone swears on their name, they are not supposed to go back on those words… Especially when that promise is made by a noble."

"So, I will not be facing any consequences?" Kento asked, aware that there was still a tiny chance of facing repercussions.

Contrary to the green haired devil, the crimson haired one had a totally different reaction.

Laughing at the question, Sirzechs answered. "They might be a little hostile towards you but they cannot do anything about the outcome. It was Riser that swore on his name and as such, the consequences are something he has to live with."

"But to be able to take down two Phenex devils with so little effort… That is a feat not many can achieve." Ajuka continued. "Phenex devils were some of the devils that fought in the great war and thus they had to face holy weapons. So, just by having a sword that can inflict damage on them should not have been enough to defeat Riser."

Sirzechs nodded. "If not for your other skills and you making him lose his rationality by enraging him, you would not have won with that sword alone."

That was indeed true. While Riser was not necessarily strong, he was still a devil with quite a bit of fighting experience. Just a sword would not have been enough if Riser was smart.

But even without the sword, Kento knew that he would have won. His massive reserve of skills would have exhausted the demonic power of the Phenex devil in one way or another.

And once the devil exhausted his demonic power, his immortality would not have worked.

"Kiba said that you got the sword from a hermit." Sirzechs smirked. "Which is quite an interesting story."

Kento got defensive as he heard this, but his reaction made Sirzechs laugh even harder.

"Do not worry." He said. "We don't mind you hiding the truth. The sword does not have any essence that links it to being related to the angels."

Kento noticed something off about his reaction. When he showed the sword to Kiba, the boy became furious. Even with the other devils, they were quite irritated by the presence of the sword and the possibility of it being related to their archnemesis. 

However…

'They are totally unbothered by it…'

Kento wondered if it was the difference in power and experience that made the two Satans react that way.

'After all… They know that even with the sword, they can erase me with just one attack.'

The power difference between each class was massive. Not to mention that the two beings in front of him were classified as two of the strongest devils, if not the strongest.

He knew what would happen if they decided to attack him.

"I would have loved to run a few tests on the sword," Ajuka said as his expression softened. "But I believe you will not like to hand your weapon over to someone."

Kento agreed. "This is indeed something I want to avoid."

Ajuka nodded, understanding his reason. "That is fair."

But Sirzechs had a few more questions in his mind. 

"Your abilities…" Sirzechs asked. "They are not from a Sacred Gear, are they?"

Kento widened his eyes, amazed at how he was able to tell. "They are not."

The reason he told the truth was because his answer would change nothing.

"I figured that much." Ajuka said. "From my research on Sacred Gears, I have never come across a gear that displayed so many different abilities."

"Cloning, Elemental Manipulation, an unseen fighting style." Sirzechs listed.

"And items and weapons that do not come from a gear." Ajuka rubbed his chin. "For someone who did not have any relation to the supernatural world, you sure seem to have a lot of secrets."

Kento felt a little uneasy at being asked so many questions. He came prepared with a lot of truths and lies, but he knew that the devils had enough skill to look into his past.

'If not for Susanoo covering my trails… My interaction with the Shinto faction would have been revealed and I might have been in a little bit of trouble.'

He knew that the devils were not on bad terms with the Shinto faction, but he also knew that it would raise a lot of questions if he revealed the truth.

'Susanoo did say that the time to reveal it will come soon.' Kento recalled. 'Till then it is best not to speak unnecessarily.'

"However…" Sirzechs took a deep breath. "Interrogating you is not why I requested your presence."

Ajuka nodded.

"I called you over to express my gratitude." Satan Lucifer said.

"Pardon?" Kento asked, surprised.

"Thank you for helping my sister," Sirzechs said. "I know that she was not happy with the marriage and since you were able to help her regain her freedom… You have my gratitude."

Before Kento could ask further, Ajuka interjected.

"Sirzechs wanted to help her. However, you must have noticed that despite being born to a certain devil pillar, we do not possess that pillar name any more."

Kento nodded at the statement.

"That is because we obtained a new identity after becoming Satans. Sirzechs is no longer a member of the Gremory pillar and I am no longer a member of the Astaroth pillar. We are Lucifer and Beelzebub respectively." Ajuka explained.

"While our parents and siblings are still our family…" Sirzechs explained further. "We cannot intervene in matters regarding the pillars. We cannot be partial to those pillars just because they are our family. We have to remain neutral." 

Both Sirzechs and Ajuka left out the part that the two of them would have taken matters into their own hands if everything else were to fail.

"Since you helped me when I could do nothing to protect my sister." Sirzechs smiled and stood up, surprising Kento. "I swear on my name as the Satan Lucifer to fulfill one of your requests in the future as long as the request does not put the devil race into any dangerous situation."

This promise not only made Kento shellshocked, but Ajuka as well.

"Sirzechs…" The green haired devil had his eyes widened in disbelief. "I hope you know what you just did."

The crimson devil smiled at his friend. "I do, Ajuka. But it is the least I can do."

Ajuka was not too happy with that, but there was nothing he could do about it.

"I–" Kento was at a loss for words. "Thank you…"

Ajuka sighed. "Keeping that promise aside, even I had something I wanted to give you for helping Sirzechs."

It was because he cared about Sirzechs and since Kento just saved them from the trouble of having to interfere in a matter that was strictly forbidden for them.

"I don't think I can ask for anything after such a grand reward."

Ajuka shook his head. "My gift is nothing compared to Sirzechs' one…"

He looked at the boy. "Since we had to look into your background to know that you were not linked with the angels… We discovered that you do not have any specialized place to train your powers at. You go to a barren land just to practice which sounds highly unconventional. And if the human government learns of this, you will be in trouble."

This was indeed an issue that Kento was worried about.

"To prevent that, I want to build a facility for you to train at." Ajuka said, surprising Kento. "It can be an underground facility right under your house protected by multiple magic barriers if you want."

Kento was taken aback by the offer. However, he did not even have to think about this one.

"I would love that." Kento replied. 'I can never say no to such an offer.'

"And if you need, you can always come to the Underworld and train." Sirzechs said. "But since it will be unconventional for you, Ajuka's solution is quite a good one."

"I am grateful." Kento gave a slight bow, making the two devils smile.

"Kento. I once again thank you for helping my sister." Sirzechs said. "And I hope you remain a good friend of hers in the future."

Kento smiled. "That I will, Lord Lucifer."

As he was going through the skill description, he heard a voice.

"I did not expect to find you here."

Looking around, Kento saw a handsome golden haired man walking towards him. 

'He looks quite familiar to Riser… Just far more handsome compared to that fool.'

Special Trait: Being from the Phenex clan, Ruval possesses the ability to regenerate from any injury –almost making him immortal– however his regeneration ability is directly proportional to his demonic power. If his power is exhausted he cannot regenerate. 

And his regeneration can be negated by holy magic or abilities.}

Now, this was a Phenex that Kento felt he would not want to fight.

"Err… You are?" Kento asked, already figuring out who the person was.

"I wanted to meet you right after the match ended, but was unable to because of reasons." The man said. "My name is Ruval Phenex, heir to the house of Phenex and also the older brother of the devil you just fought."

Kento showed a surprised expression at the revelation. "Oh, Pardon me, Mr. Ruval." Kento said, recalling that the Satans told him it was Ruval who stopped Lady Phenex from coming to him.

"Don't worry." Ruval laughed. "I am not here to avenge my brother. Instead I am here to thank you."

"Pardon?" Kento was confused. "I expected to get yelled at by you, not thanked."

The Phenex's smile grew wider.

"That would have been the case if it was someone else. But I have my reasons for thanking you." Ruval said. "Riser had been far too arrogant, refusing to believe that our ability is not all mighty. However, you cutting through his immortality was a good lesson for him."

The devil continued. "If you would have just beaten him without punishing him, he would have blamed you of cheating. But since you destroyed his ego and made him beg, it turned out to be a good lesson for him." He sighed. "It was painful to watch but it was necessary for his character development. So, thank you… Kento Yamazaki."

Kento did not say anything. He knew that he didn't have the appropriate words for the situation. 

"And don't worry. Our family will not pursue this matter any further." He said. "I promise this as the heir of the Phenex pillar."

"That… is quite the relief." Kento said, making the devil nod.

"That's all I had to say for now." Ruval said. "I have to discuss a few things with the Satans. So, forgive me but I will have to end this conversation here."

"It's alright." Kento said. "There are things that are more important than others."

"Indeed." The devil nodded. "Well, have a good day ahead."

"You too."

Saying this, the two parted ways –with the devil making a visit to the Satans and Kento deciding to meet Rias.

'She said that she had something to discuss something with me.' He wondered. 'I wonder what it is.'
