36 Chapter 36: First Revenge and Events Before Canon.

Pyran and his team were moving in stealth within the Underworld. They got the news that Naberius Clan was starting to move towards the Nekomata clan that split away from the East Youkai Faction. The reason for the separation was unknown but when the Chaos origins informed about the actions of the devils to now-united Youkai Faction, they were requested to save the Nekomata from the devils and return them back to Tokyo.

This also aligned with Pyran as the Naberius clan was more persisting in acquiring a Chaos Origins as they started to stalk them and even made few attacks. This was brought in attention to the Satans but they were being negligent or being stopped by the Great King Council. 

They wanted revenge and this mission was well suited for them. Pyran was wanting to teach them a lesson for a long time as he and Gilbur saw more terrible sights in the labs that they have raided in earlier years. So, he took the chance to invade them and if possible, massacre them completely.

Pyran and his team reached the Nekomata territory in the underworld. When they reached, they saw a small settlement of Nekomata Youkai's. They had about 1000-1200 Youkai living there but if you look closely, you can see the fear and uncertainty in their face.

Pyran and their team arrived at the outskirts. Their uniform is the Standard Uniform that were usually used by normal summoning team. They do not want to attract attention to themselves. They have planned several actions in the upcoming years. So, they decided to act stealthily. 

Once inside, they were met with several Nekomata soldiers, who were ready to fight. But you can see that they are very scared as Pyran and his team can see the shaking of their weapons and the look on their faces. 

One of the soldiers stepped up and asked, "W-who are y-you? W-what is y-your p-purpose of c-coming here?"

Pyran thought for a moment and said, "Relax guys. I'm Pyran and this is my team. We were commissioned by elder Mageri of Youkai faction to come here. Can you please ask the one incharge here. We would like to discuss something with them." He wanted to deescalate the situation and move on to next step.

The soldiers were stunned and there were murmurs in the background. Pyran can see the look of hope raising in some of their faces. Then the soldier said in an urgent tone, "Wait a Moment, I will ask the elders to come here." Then he ran into the settlement.

Soon, an old Nekomata elder came with the soldiers. He was accompanied by some guards. The Elder came infront of Pyran and his team and said, "Greetings visitors. I'm Tenichi, one of the elders. Can you follow me inside to discuss about your visit?"

Soon they were led into the settlement to one of the meeting rooms. Inside they can see several old and young and old Nekomata people. Tenichi then said, "I believe that you are from Eternity. And you said you are Pyran, correct?"

Pyran nodded and said, "Yes Elder Tenichi. I'm Pyran and this is my team. As I said to the soldier, we were asked by Elder Mageri to come here. We got the news that the Naberius clan wanted to eradicate the settlement here. We are not sure about the details, but when we informed Youkai faction, they commissioned us to come here and take you guys back to Kyoto. And if you don't mind me asking, what happed here and why are the devils so adamant on eliminating this settlement? I can see that all here know something."

Tenichi and the other elders looked and each other. Then a female elder said, "For explaining this we have to start from the beginning…"

It turns out that about 50 years ago, Fujimai, a Nekoshou elder fell in love with a devil. The devil was a researcher in the Naberious clan. Against all the opposition from the Youkai faction, she migrated to underworld to live with the devil. 

The thing is that she was a Nekoshou, a rare kind of Nekomata, who has the ability use both Youjutsu and Senjutsu. When she moved out, there was a faction of Nekomata moved with her which included few Nekoshou. 

After moving, she was helpful at first as there were few who supported her and followed her here. But after few years she was rarely seen in the settlement. Then the devils started to harass and bully them. No matter how many times they complained to Fujimai she did not take any action to elevate the situation. 

She was so in love with the devil, she started to neglect her clan. But the love was one sided as the researcher only seduced her for his experiments. The whole Nekomata settlement was a plus. During these years she got pregnant. She gave birth to two Nekoshou. But she even presented the kids for experiment and only helped her lover.

The Father of the kids only showed interest in the kids for their race traits. But the kids were well taken care of. But due to an accident 5 years ago, both the researcher and Fujimai died. But soon, other researchers from the Naberius clan came and took both the Nekoshou kids and the tribe was unable to stop them. 

But recently something happened to the eldest kid and she killed her master and ran away. The Naberius clan got angry and wanted to get hold of her but were unable to find her. So, they came here demanding them to present her or else they will completely eradicate their tribe. They were only given 1 week of time.

Today was the 6th day. They were all panicking and they were waiting for some miracle to happen. Until Pyran and his team arrived, they were all scared that they will all be killed tomorrow. 

As soon as the explanation finished, Pyran and his team got to work. They immediately sent the information to Yasaka and started to gather all the Nekomata people there. By the end of the day, they were all packed and ready to move.

Pyran and his team then created a teleportation circle and started to move them to Kyoto. By the start of the next day, 90% of the Youkai were sent to Kyoto. When they were transporting the last batch of people and their belongings, the Naberius clan soldiers arrived.

Gilbur said, "Well, here comes our entertainment. Saoirse and Adele. They are yours."

They Nekomata panicked but Astrid and Cathy calmed them and said, "Don't worry they will not be able to reach anywhere near 100 m from the gate. Just move at your leisure and get ready for teleportation."

Although they calmed down, they were afraid of being a baggage for the rescue team. So even after several reassurance, they started to move fast. Within next 30 minutes, they were all packed and ready to be teleported. 

After the teleportation, Astrid and Cathy joined the others. They were all spectating the massacre that was happening before them. That was when Karasuna commented,

"Saoirse should really cut back her habit of playing with her prey. Look at her smile, it was like a cat that got a yarn ball."

Nina said, "Yes, she should learn from Adele. See her! She did not waste any movement or energy. Used everything efficiently to get the job done."

Pyran then commented, "Just leave them be. Adele just don't want to waste time with them and come back to Cathy's side. Saoirse just got her fight. She recently learned to completely eliminate her clumsiness and was celebrating her achievement by playing here."

Then they all heard an explosion and looked and Saoirse. There was cannon that fired a shot at Saoirse. It did not hurt her or damage her but it annoyed her. She immediately started gather energy in her palm. Shina sighed and said, "There she goes. Getting angry at smallest annoyance. Yuxuan, you should talk to her about this." Then she created a barrier around the battlefield and called back Adele.

Yuxuan said, "Did you think I didn't. Even Astrid spoke to her about it. She just won't listen."

Then everybody started to giggle at his suffering.

Gilbur then said, "Okay guys, this attack will finish off the soldiers. Astrid, Yuxuan and Nina, go to the Naberius clan lab and see if you can find anyone locked up for experiments. Nina, you take command and Astrid you are responsible for clearing them out and erasing our traces."

By the time the main branch of Naberius Clan reacted, one of their main Lab was completely decimated and all the forces stationed there was killed. Pyran and his team informed then went to Kyoto to inform Yasaka that their involvement should not be informed till they said so.

Yasaka immediately agreed. Over the years, Yasaka got to know Pyran and Trini and had a good relationship with them. Infact, Trini and Yasaka became good friends and when Yasaka's Husband died, it was Trini and Shina helped her get through her tough days. 

While their involvement was kept under wraps, this led to the devil's demanding compensation for the attack of Youkai on the underworld. It turned out that they took the migration of Nekomata and the destruction of Naberius clan territory was taken as an aggressive action from Youkai. After a serious argument the Shinto Gods relinquished the joined governing of Kuoh town by Devils and Youkai to Devils alone.

This led to a strained relation between Shinto gods and Youkai. This also made the Five Principal Clans to get more arrogant. But due to the treaty with Chaos Originals, they did not take any action against the Youkai faction. 

During this time, Pyran and Trini moved to Kuoh town which was governed by Cleria Belial. They wanted to have a normal background in human world for starting their revenge. But after further insisting and coercion from their team, they went to the human world as a well-known business family. But the Supernatural world know them as Chaos Originals.

All the Pantheons were stunned by this development. But they chalked upto the fact that it may be the Youkai faction that asked them to keep an eye on the devils. The devils were stunned but they are not sure how to proceed. If they asked them to move out, they might really cancel the treaty and all the trade will stop. At the end they let them be and just sent a letter of Eternity asking for the details.

They got the reply that those two were sent to experience the world where supernatural and humans live together but humans were kept in the dark. And this made most of the doubts put to rest.

What they don't know was that Pyran and Trini just put out a fishing line for many fishes to Grab on. All the Pantheons were in the dark about the abilities of the Chaos Originals. So, they wanted to know who all will take the initiative to come for trouble. They know that first would be Devils, then Hades and then Fallen angels. But they wanted to know who else will join the fun. This is also the foundation for them to start the Gremory revenge.

In the following years, Pyran and Trini took charge of their businesses in Japan and started to manage them. Trini also started to befriend Cleria, which sent a good message to the devils. Serafall wanted this to be a comeback for devils to regain their visitation rights. 

And it did happen, in a year from their settlement, the first visitation after a long time was given to Sitri and Phenex Clan. They were given a restricted visit to the medical facilities in Eternity. This visitation was given under strict and monitored visits to the medical facilities only. They were not allowed to roam anywhere else.

The Church tried to weasel their way through the peace treaty that was sighed with heaven, for the weapons and supplements for the priests. But they were all shot down as the treaty was only signed with Heaven not the church. This made the church angry and they took the demand to the angels, which was again shot down with the same reason.

During the years, Pyran and Trini made a name for themselves as good business family and a loving couple. They also made two students from Eternity to attend Kuoh Academy. The kids were from orphanage that Pyran started in human world. They were educated 2 years in Eternity and then sent to live with Trini and Pyran. Pyran and Trini were introduced as their guardians as the kids were from orphanage. Another thing is Ingvild Is staying with them. She was a well-known singer in human world too but she did not expose her face. The people only know her singing voice so she stayed there with her husband, Alexander. 

Alex is now acting as a secretary for both Trini and Pyran. Ingvild followed him to human world as she did not want to be separated from her husband. Both Trini and Pyran knew her since she was a kid and they were comfortable with her. She is also a family now so nothing was awkward between them. 

As the years went by, Trini got close to Cleria. Now Trini, Yasaka and Cleria had formed a close friendship. Cleria's easy-going and open-minded attitude played a huge role in developing their friendship. It was not like Serafall's fake cheerful attitude or Sirzech's fake easy-going attitude. Cleria showed a genuine attitude towards Trini. This made a solid foundation for their friendship.

During these years Cleria got close to a Priest name Masaomi Yaegaki. This started as a normal report meeting and slowly developed into friendship then to love. They both knew this will lead to many complications but they were too deeply involved and chose to face the consequences head on. This was also supported by Trini and Yasaka. Pyran had a Talk with Masomi and got to know the genuine love he had towards Cleria. He to gave the green light and asked them to speak with their respective parents.

Masaomi informed that he was an orphan and he only needed to speak with the church. Cleria, after a long contemplation, decided to speak with her parents. But when she came back, she did not come back with a news of their love life but with a scoop of King Piece users in Rating Games. Cleria decided to confide her findings to Masaomi and Trini so that they can help her in making a decision.

But after a long talk, Masaomi told her that she should speak with Diehauser Belial, the current champion, and ask him to take this to the Satans. But before she could do that, she was ambushed along with Masaomi by the Devils and the Church. The devils made a deal with the church to kill Cleria along with Masaomi in the name of them both involved in a love affair in order to hide the news of king Piece being released.

This was all observed by Trini and Pyran. Trini then made the Priests and the devils believe that they finished the job using an illusion. She then saved Cleria and Masaomi. After a long discussion and convincing both were sent to Eternity. There they will start a new life. She was able to inform her parents and cousin that she is alive but she is in hiding. She also said that she will come meet them in a decade or two if all things settle down. 

After this fiasco, the devils again lost the right to visit Eternity even after a long negotiation. All the events before the canon came to close. Now Pyran waited for Rias's arrivals so that he can judge her. This will be last chance he leaves for Gremory.
