<Third PoV>

-Gremory's Territory-

At the Gremory Castle, a beautiful young woman, with red twin tails, violet eyes, big bosoms, and is covered in a grey cape could be seen with another woman who looks exactly like Rias but with sharp eyes, her hair is tied into a ponytail, and she has a MILF vibes, unlike the person beside her.

"Is there something wrong Runeas?" The ponytail woman asked the caped woman who looked troubled all of a sudden.

"Mnnnn-" Runeas felt anxious all of a sudden. "It's just that a really strong devil has entered our territory... Chysis, Did your son invite someone?" Runeas Gremory asked.

"Well, my dear son, Zeoticus did invite someone from the House of Gusion," Chysis stated as Runeas' face crumpled.

"House of Gusion... Ugh!" Runeas threw a small tantrum in the room.

"Runeas, I'm sure they don't mean harm... Hopefully." Chysis stated that she was worried as well, and hoped that the person they invited wouldn't cause trouble.

"Ughhh! That-, incest loving-son @#%&! Bitch Eleonora better not!" Runeas let out some resentment toward Theus' mother.

"Eh? I still don't understand why are you mad at her though." Chysis couldn't understand her frustration, as she was sure they'd only met once.

"We often met each other when she was young... At first, I wanted to swipe that arrogant face of hers, but... WAAARGGH!!" She ruffled her hair in madness.

"That bitch beat me in a 1 versus 1, rating game with her cheating powers!!!" She screamed as there were only the two of them in the castle.

"Just that?" Chysis doesn't see it as a big deal.

"After that... She often picks a fight and bullies me!" Runeas was about to cry remembering the humiliation she received from Eleonora. Even if it wasn't public where people would see it, she still felt shame about it.

"Ummm. I see?" Chysis just picked up the messy things that had been thrown by her.

"Not to mention... Just 17-18 or so years ago she started to brag non-stop about how cute and handsome her son was!" Runeas said as she hadn't seen her son yet.

"How in the hell did she even have a son and daughters in the first place!? Despite not having a partner?" Runeas scrutined that question which was still clouded in mystery in the underworld. Some thought that she had adopted Theus, as the man hides his appearance when going in public.

"Well, speaking of her son. I'm sure that they've invited her son." Chysis stated as she finished fixing the room.

"What?" Runeas looked at her... "Then doesn't that mean that it's him who's causing this pressure around our territory!? Not even Tannin who they recently invited, was able to do it!" Runeas spoke in surprise.

"If it's her son then it wouldn't be surprising, Eleonora is, after all, a strong female king... If she had participated in rating games she would've dethroned Roygun Belphegor, as she would easily counter Roygun's Crack with her Reality Tear." Chysis doesn't know much about the current lord of Gusion, but after the rumors she had heard about her. Eleonora is recognized as strong, despite not participating in a rating game.

And only based it all on her fights in public where people either tried to fight her or court her for marriage where they were immediately shut down as she had immense disdain for men, she doesn't even have a single man in their mansion except her son, unlike the majority of female lords who had male harems.

"Hmph!" Runeas didn't like the idea that Eleonora had a strong son before thinking for a moment.

"Oh!" Runeas eyes lit up as she thought of a mischievous plan to do with Eleonora's son.

"Something wrong again?" Chysis looked at Runeas, worried that she might do something childish.

"Hehehe- I'll show that woman..." Runeas said. Confusing Chysis.

"You're not going to fight Eleonora's son Theus. Right?" Chysis said as she stepped in to stop her ancestor from doing that, Eleonora might barge into the Gremory's territory, if she had known that had happened. Eleonora was of course well known to be very overprotective of her family but cruel to other people.

"Oh no~ hehe," Runeas smirked. "I'm going to seduce him!" She said as she thought that Eleonora would be annoyed if she managed to have Theus in the palm of her hands, marking it as her victory.

"WHAT!?" This shocked Chysis. "Ancestor! That's unfitting for a first-generation devil such as you!" Chysis wanted Runeas to rethink her absurd plan.

"Hmph! Are you saying I'm too old to seduce a young man?" Runeas glared at Chysis. Even if she's theoretically old, she still has the body and heart of a young woman.

"Uhh, no..." Chysis sighed as she couldn't do much about her as Runeas was still stronger than her. The least she could do was talk her out of it. That it's a bad idea.

"The I'll go outside now~ I haven't been outside, since Eleonora would bully me. Whenever she has the chance to see me." Runeas said as she walked out of the room, leaving Chysis alone.

<Theus PoV>

"What a tiring journey..." I sighed we could've just teleported directly. As I fixed the new glasses that I recently made, which contain several features, like helping me in calculations and boosting magical performance, I'm able to see magical energy around me more clearly and discreetly look things up on the internet. "Welcome, Heir of Gusion." Several servants of the Gremory welcomed Me, Sakuya, and Valerie. And of course, the "Circle" was in my pocket. As they led us to the Gremory's mansion.

"Hello! It's been a while Heir of Gusion." Rias' father greeted me, as his hot wife grabbed my hand to a handshake.

"Yes, I feel the same as well, Lord Zeoticus and Madam Venelana. Also, you can call me Theus." I said, as my attention was on the MILF.

"Oh, we haven't thanked you properly for helping Rias' marriage problem, which I had regretfully arranged before she was born..." He said.

'Hehe, how about I do a NTR play with your wife?' I jokingly thought as the MILF was too hot.

"If only Riser hadn't turned into such a person, who plays with multiple women." He added as if he didn't see it coming from someone in the Phenex clan.

"Haha, if that's so- then that would be their loss," I said, though I didn't even care where Rias was being married to, as I only helped her from my interest. Blood and system quests.

"It wasn't supposed to be funny..." Zeoticus muttered flatly. As he and his wife led us to the dining room to wait for Rias and her peerage to arrive.

I could see Sakuya who was glaring at Grayfia who was standing at the door, making her feel uncomfortable from the glare.

"By the way, Theus-kun is your maid related to Grayfia?" Venelana curiously asked as they do look similar.

"I'm certain that she's not Madam Venelana. She is pure human and doesn't have a single devil blood in her." I stated.

"Then why is she... Intensely staring at Grayfia?" She questioned.

"Haah- maybe it's girl's problem?" I shrugged as I also didn't know the reason.

"Haha- I see..." She still didn't buy the reason and thought that Sakuya could hide her devil presence very well.

"By the way, when are they going to arrive?" I curiously asked as I hated waiting.

"Lady Rias' peerage should be done in their trial by now," Grayfia said. A servant came in to inform us that they had arrived.

"Could you wait for a moment Theus-kun? As we welcome Rias home?" Venelana said.

"Sure, I don't mind," I replied. 'Anything for you madam~' I jokingly want to say it.

"Good~." She stated as she and Zeoticus went outside for a moment.

"Ummm, am I going to finally see Gasper master?" Valerie said anxiously.

"Yes... You'll be fine." I patted her head.

Two minutes later Rias and her peerage who were all covered in dust from the trial, came inside the room.

"Ah-!" Rias' mouth was agape wondering why I was at her mansion. Which I waved at her arrival.

"What are you doing here? Lord Gusion?" Akeno didn't know how to address me now.

"I'm still the Heir, not the lord yet." I corrected her.

"Valerie?" Gasper who was hiding behind Rias spoke up.

"Hello, Gasper." Valerie waved at him, causing him to cry.

"Valerie your okay!" Gasper immediately approached Valerie. Just as he was about to close into her.

I did a little trick with the power of time from Agares, to slow his movements he is currently in slow motion, confusing the others.

"Gasper!" Rias worryingly looked at Gasper who had his senses and movements in delay. He didn't even know he was in slow motion.

"Huhuhu." I giggled, it seemed like the femboy was not immune to time-related abilities.

"What did you do?" Rias screamed. Where I snapped my fingers to release the femboy.

"Nothing~" I shrugged as if I didn't do anything. But to Venelana, Zeoticus, and Grayfia they knew what they've felt. That it was related to the Agares' power of time. And is confused as to how he managed to use it.

"Valerie!!" Gasper cried loudly as it was slightly getting more and more annoying.

"There, there don't cry Gasper." Valerie patted his head, she didn't even let the femboy hug her.

"Uh-umm hey man." Issei came to me. "Sorry for speaking rudely about you a few days ago, I forgot my position where I was back then." Issei bowed to me for an apology.

Frankly, I didn't care whether they were polite or respectful to me. What matters to me is that either I like it or I'm not too fond of it.

"It's fine. As long as you know your place." I arrogantly stated. If it was me back then I would've liked an apology video more as it was more entertaining to watch and listen to...

"By the way what are you doing here, Heir of Gusion?" Rias said respectfully to not come out as rude to the Gremory.

"Oh, Azzy hasn't told you about my arrival it seems." I think I was supposed to ambush their train instead of meeting them here.

"Azazel invited me to beat you all up." I wasn't sure what Azazel was planning, but he's probably going to ask me later to do exactly that.

"He did?" Kiba said, confusingly as he felt excited at the same time. I nodded.

"So after you all have your fill. Be prepared to be beaten by me." I was going to send them to hell... I wasn't the type to train others, but rather I was the type of person to stomp on them.

With that, everyone had their fill on the fairly delicious food cooked by the maids from the Gremory's. I rarely speak with the others and engage more on Venelana in conversation.

"Heyyy!" Azazel called out to me from the distance as he approached me.

"Wanna go to a strip club after we're finished training them?" Azazel had a big smile while talking about it.

"Sure... Why not." I accepted I didn't have anything to do to pass the time when the gathering of youth will be held at Lucifaad.

"Hehehe- I found some great strip clubs where all the hot women are, in the Gremory's Territory." Azazel said as I shook my head and left to beat Rias' and her peerage.
