I've been in the barrier that Sakuya created for a couple of weeks now inside.

The barrier system shop only works the outside time, unfortunately.

*sigh* I've only comprehended two techniques on it.

Such as a body-refining art, which enables me to refine treasures and integrate them into my body.

What are treasures? Things like a core of a pure-blooded yokai, devils, angels, or dragons.

Why? Because their physique and anatomy are valuable to ordinary humans, take a dragon's lungs, for instance, it enables the dragons to breathe fire. Or the blood of a pure-blooded devil, like Rias for example.

Rias' power of destruction which she inherited from her mother, is unique only to the Bael clan's, a noble in the underworld.

With this technique, I can become like an abomination that can integrate a lot of bloodlines, in a single body which is impossible other than becoming a chimera which are ugly creatures.

Though, I know how to do the refining I don't have any materials or anything valuable for me to integrate into my body in the mean time...

The other technique that I learned in the Nine Serenities Scripture is the Ghost Dragon Claw, which enables me to temporarily semi-turn my hand into a ghost dragon, in addition to this I can combine it with my shadow magic which has a good affinity with it.

So... My next goal is to go to Kyoto and yoink some good and unsuspecting yokai, and hope that the Yokai or Shinto faction doesn't interfere or come trouble for me.

A day has passed and 4 weeks for Vile who is on the time barrier.

Vile who came out had unsuspecting grown his hair long. To Sakuya, who had only been waiting for Vile a day for him to come out.

"Welcome back master." She greeted Vile with a soft tone.

"Hello, Sakuya-chan!" Vile was quite happy about the time barrier she made for him.

"So has there been anything out of the ordinary Sakuya?" Vile asked his maid.

"Nothing, other than the woman that knocked a few days ago, came to the front door just a few minutes ago." Sakuya was referring to Akeno.

"Oh... She wants tea time huh, so did you let her in?" Vile asked.

"Oh, no master told me not to let anyone get inside the room," Sakuya replied.

"Good job!" Vile gave her a thumbs-up, before patting her on the head.

....

A day passed and Vile was in Kuoh academy planning how to get some Pureblood, or corpse so he could refine it for himself.

'Man thinking things like this is making me even more aligned with the demonic nature after practicing the Nine Serenities Scripture.' I thought to myself.

I looked around the room and saw Kiba who entered the room.

'He must be here for Issei again.' I thought as if there were no reason for him to come for me, other than wanted to ask advice for swordsmanship.

"Vile-kun, President wanted you to come to the ORC room," Kiba said softly after telling Issei the same thing.

"Why?" I asked.

"Well, President just wanted to ask for a favor," Kiba said as it piqued my interest.

"Alright." As I stood up and followed him.

'Now I will test a chance, whether Rias knows how valuable her blood to her is.' As I planned to ask for her Bael blood for me to refine.

"We have arrived president," Kiba stated as we had arrived.

As we entered the room and looked around and found a Sakuya-look alike, silver hair, long braids on each side with a bow at the end, and was even wearing a maid uniform.

"Ara, Hello Vile-kun." Akeno spoke seductively to me.

'Why does she keep lookin' at me weird, is she interested in me?' I asked myself seeing the actions she had been presenting to him so far.

"Hi, Akeno-san." I greeted back.

"And who is that?" I looked at the maid, who seemed familiar.

"Oh, She's Miss Grayfia." Issei answered me.

Hearing that I immediately recalled her as Rias' Brother's queen piece.

"So everyone's here." Rias stood up with a serious expression.

'Why am I included?' As I inspected the room I saw that all of her current peerage was present, except me who was still human, and Grayfia could sense it as she was looking at me.

"Lady Rias, if you don't mind may I have your permission to speak openly?" Grayfia asked permission from Rias which she nodded.

"Let's hear her out." Just after Rias finished her words, a magic circle appeared in front of the room, accompanied by a loud chicken screech and flames.

'How flashy, now I know why she called me here, Ricer!' I thought to myself as this was the first arc I believe.

"Phoenix..."

"And Riser has arrived, in the human world!" A blonde man, with dark blue eyes, in a red suit spoke.

"I've come a long way, to see you my beloved Rias, soon to be Phenex." Riser stated while looking at Rias.

"Okay, who's this douchebag." Issei glared at Riser.

"This man right here is Lord Riser Phenex... He is a pure-blooded devil of a noble birth." Grayfia stated.

Upon hearing that, a disgusting smile started to form in my face, which I attempted to cover up with my hands.

"He is the third heir to the house of Phenex." Grayfia added.

"And what does that mean?" Issei immediately asked Grayfia.

"Riser is also engaged to the next head of the House of Gremory." Grayfia answers his curiosity.

"What!?! You're joking!" Issei couldn't believe his beloved master had a fiancé.

"I am not, Lady Rias has been engaged to him for quite some time now." Grayfia clarified to Issei.

"They're about to get married!?" Issei felt shocked as his crush was about to get married.

Riser who was sitting at the club's couch with Rias, and is served tea by Akeno.

"A tea prepared by my beloved's queen is rightfully delectable!" Riser praised Akeno's tea.

'What a fuckin douche, no way Rias is going to marry this guy.' Issei thought to himself, as he could say it out loud due to their class difference.

"That's enough, Riser." She got up and walked away from Riser's grasp.

"And I have no intention of marrying you not ever!" Rias clarified to Riser that she didn't want to be with him.

"But my beloved, I Riser knows the circumstances in your family, you don't need to be selfish." Riser casually stated.

"I will not cause to bring my family to ruin, you understand?" Rias refuted him.

'But you will gain something from it though.' Vile thought as the Gremory will gain a lot of supply of Phoenix tears, which I heard could heal fatal wounds.

"My husband will be on, and only be my choice!" Rias stated, that she did not want to be forced into a marriage.

"Remember Rias, us pure-blooded devils, need to remain pureblood, as we are still recovering from the last war." Riser stated.

'That is true, that's also why they also do incest stuff.' Vile agreed jokingly thought.

"Not to mention that your Father and your brother Sirzechs, had already agreed with our engagement." Riser added.

"It's my choice, and I will. Not marry you!" Rias stated.

"I do not care, your family has the final say Rias, and I could just burn everyone in this room, whenever I want to." Riser refuted her.

'Oh? Shall I take this chance and take an organ or two? I remember that he can regenerate fast, though I don't know if Grayfia will make a move.' Vile thought, as he found this opportunity to take blood from a pure-blooded Phenex.

"Hey!" Issei roared at Riser who was threatening his master.

"There is no need to incinerate anyone in the room Lord Riser." Grayfia politely interfered.

"As you know I am here, as per Sirzechs orders, as there won't be a fight going on today," Grayfia stated.

"Well... Since the strongest queen said it herself, even I Riser have to back down." Riser stated.

"Since Rias is reluctant to marry Riser, she is to settle this by a rating game with Lord Riser," Grayfia stated.

'Rating game... Hehe hehe he.' Vile thought as he could ask to fight in Rias' place.

"Riser has placed a lot of rating games my beloved, but for you my beloved Rias, you haven't experienced a rating game before." Riser stated, that only mature devils are allowed to qualify in a rating game.

"Rias my dear, if you are planning to have a match with me with this group of servants you have, I think you should have to retire, seeing that you haven't even filled all the pieces." Riser stated that it was evident that Rias does not have a full team in her peerage, saying that Riser's peerage appeared in a magic circle.

"Riser has all 15 pieces filled Rias." Riser stated, showing off his harem.

"What the, that's his peerage!? They are all hot as hell!" Issei screamed and cried.

Riser and his peerage looked at Issei as some weirdo.

"Why is your servant looking at me and weeping?" Riser asked Rias.

"He always had a dream to own his harem." Rias flatly replied.

"What a creep!" "I know right?" Riser's peerage started to comment on Issei's behavior before turning to Vile who suddenly spoke up.

"Huhu, is that so? Yubelluna." Riser called out to his queen, a busty woman with purple hair came forward, and started to kiss him, to show off to Issei.

this caused Rias to be even more disgusted with Riser.

"You will never have a harem like mine, you are nothing more but a lower-class devil." Riser mocked Issei's dream of owning a harem as he groped Yubelluna.

"Shut up! Once I've done doing devil shit, I'll soon get all the ladies whoever I want, bastard!" Issei roared at Riser.

"It's wise to know your place lowly devil when you speak to me." Riser said as he is a high-ranking noble devil.

"I don't give a fuck about all that stupid games, I'm about to kick your ass now!" Issei roared, as he readied up his boosted gear.

Just as Issei was about to rush at Riser, Vile immediately restrained him with his shadow magic.

"What the hell is this!?" This confused Issei as he was restrained by the shadows.

"Well... Now now Issei calm down." Vile suddenly spoke up softly, which gained the attention of everyone in the room, as the only human.

"What the hell Vile. This bastard is going to take Rias!" Issei roared at Vile.

"Oh? You finally spoke up human, you've been in that corner for quite a while now." Riser stated while looking at Vile.

"Speak human, I'm sure there is a reason that my beloved invited you into this room." Riser gave Vile a chance to speak.

"Well, seeing that you wanted a challenge in a rating game, how about I take Rias' place to settle it," Vile spoke while looking at Riser.

"Is that possible, Miss Grayfia?" Vile looked at Grayfia.

"It is possible, as long as Lady Rias agrees," Grayfia answered Vile's question.

"YES! I allow it!" Rias immediately gave permission. As she knows she can't win against Rias, with her current peerage.

"Then that settles it~." Vile spoke feeling happy as he was about to end this man's career.

"Very well then, a one versus one it is." Riser stated that he was confident that he alone was enough to deal with him.

"Oh, you misunderstood something, Mr Riser~," Vile said playfully, catching the onlooker's attention.

"What do you mean human?" Riser looked at Vile in confusion.

"You will need all the help you'll get, because believe me, you'll need it." Vile coldly stated.
