Blake is now the finishing touches on the sword, he drill two holes at the base, or tang, of the blade to help fasten it to the hilt.
'As for the hilt, I will use the hilt of murasame so that I won't waste any second' Picking the murasame's hilt and put the tang inside seeing that it's perfectly fit he pulled the hilt as he put Habaki(Blade collar), then he put next was the Tsuba(Guard).
After putting the tsuba he placed back the hilt 'As for securing the sword, to make sure separate from the hilt, nor hilt peg won't work'
After knowing what to do he bring to reality a proto-adamantium pegs. Blake insert the hilt proto-adamantium pegs through the holes in the blade's tang and fasten them to their anchors. And he attach back the leather with weird symbol.
Now for scabbard of the sword, he brought the adam wood that as big as a body builders arm into reality it's enough to create a scabbard. He cut it in half, he started designing the shape of the scabbard is quite straightforward.
First, Blake have to place the blade flat on one of the boards. Then, taping a piece of wood 1/4" wide against a pencil and use it to draw the contour of the blade. Blake end up with a shape roughly 1/2" wider than the size of his blade. He repeated this process of operation on the second wood board.
Once again, he place the blade flat on the board, but this time he trace the exact contour of the blade with a pencil. He also done the same on the other board.
He began measuring the thickness of his blade (just past the handle) and divide it by 2. This means is the amount of wood Blake need to remove to get the blade to fit into the scabbard.
Using a hand-held router, set the depth of the bit to that dimension (add a little bit more to get the blade to slide nicely). Blake started to carefully carve the wood. Making sure the craving will stay inside the pencil line.
And before gluing the 2 sides together, Blake applied a bit of wax where the blade will slide. This will ensures a fluid movement of the blade.
He use some wood glue to assemble the 2 boards. And once the glue dried, he can now smooth the edges using a spokeshave. He's way too careful so that he wouldn't not carve too deep as he don't want to cut through the thin walls of the scabbard.
He then use a file and a series of sand paper (grit coarse to fine) to get the surface free from any asperities.

After finish the the scabbard, he's now at the scabbard design phase, after all just a wood is boring to look. Blake took out the different color types of paint appeared in front of him.
He started designing the scabbard, with excitement in his eyes. His design on the scabbard is a blooming sakura tree and Serafall's name engraved into it.
He began designing on the paper a chibi Serafall 'Too cute, ahhh... I'm turning into a simp due to her, I just love her even in my previous life'
He brought the chibi Serafall into reality and duplicate it. He punch a hole on the pummel and attach it on the pummel, the second one is attached on the knob.
He brought out the molded leftover of the melted amalgamation of metals, Blake shaped the sword to fit on the Koiguchi(Scabbard mouth) the metal part of the scabbard that protects the scabbard everytime the sword is pulled out from it's scabbard.
Blake sheath the sword, he really felt connected to the sword, as for bringing it he brought out a Demon Slayer Costume Sword Belt Waist Sheath Scabbard Holder.
'This suits with my business attire, changed his clothes in to his business attire he fixed his hair and strap scabbard holder and placed the the scabbard with sheathed sword he also brought out a black leather gloves.
By using reality restoration and wave of his hand the workplace, and the leftover metal also disappeared from the reality of DxD aside frok the sword of course.
He then exited the office, he saw on the floor that many paper litter in front of his office. He read the content it the Occult Research Club again.
'Now this guys became an annoying bunch spanking her butt would teach her a lesson' he snapped his finger, erasing the papers in front of his office door.
Walking on the hallway, her saw the outside through the window, Sona is standing on the gate.
"As expected of her, I wonder why she and her sister are totally opposite of each other" Blake murmur as he continue walking.

Later, he arrived on the school gate, where many female student saw him, and started shouting.
"Kyaa!! So handsome!"
"Was he our principal!? Does he have a girlfriend!?"
"I know him! He's one of the richest guy in world!"
"I know him, he's at the convention with the magical girl, the effects were so cool!"
"Oh! I saw it too, I think that magical girl was his girlfriend!"
"What!? no way!"

Blake waved at them, with smile, they began screaming again like banshees. Blake walk in front of Sona "Yo, Ms. President"
Sona adjusted her glasses "Good morning Mr.Principal, when did you arrived?"
"Last night, then I finish my paperwork that on my table and most of them were Occult Research Club application form" Blake said, Sona sighed and robbed her forehead 'Rias, you're too impatient'
Sona noticed the sword hanging on his waist, she could feel an overwhelming pressure from the sword even it's still in it's sheath. Then, she saw chibi figure it of her sister on the 'Serafall' is written on the scabbard.
Blake noticed her gaze to his sword "You're interested in this sword of mine, do you want hear how, I the ultimate Forge the sword from Cosmic fire!" Blake said with glimmer on his eyes.
Sona face twitched 'Surely this two knew each other, but how and when?'
Sona cough "Mr.Principal, you're embarrassing yourself. Let me guess are going on some convention again don't you?"
'I just want to test the capability of my sword' "*Ahem Yes, I finished everything I needed" Sona sighed and silently said 'Not another one'
After saying goodbye to Sona, his childish side disappeared like it was not there. Blake heading to the abandon church to test the sword as many strays can become his test subjects.
