Curious Bout My New Toy

I stand behind Sona's group of kids after watching Rias pass her exhibition match. Theyre still a long way off from Ultimate class but they'll get there before Canon or ill beat them until they get it. Sona's the first one to turn around with a smile once she recognized my voice.

"I wont go easy on you just because i like you Sona" i teass her. She blushes while the rest of her peerage just laugh. I walk over to the circle and stand in the middle, everyone looks over at me in curiousity. Half the Pleiades are spectating while thd others are doing their own things. I wait with my eyes closed before realizing no one is moving. So i look over in Sona's direction and she finally catches my drift as she walks forward. Her peerage follow her but stop just shy of the circle to await their turns.

"What are all of you doing? The fight is inside the circle." They look around in confusion before i clear the air "Come together i don't have the patience to evaluate you all one by one."

With a nod of understanding they all fall in line behind Sona. "Do you plan on hiding behind your king? Should it not be the other way around?" They look around sheepishly before awkwardly standing in front of Sona. She sighs before stepping up next to them and making herself battle ready. Her peerage also ready up with her Queen and 2 Bishops readying themselves.

I smile before taking a purple and silver box out of my pocket and Adelheid is so shocked she exclaims "You cant be serious about using a Box in a simple game Hibari?"

Everyone in the courtyard unfamiliar with boxes looks on curiously before i say "No im not using him, im not gonna fight at all. Its them vs my box alone." Sonas peerage looks taken back but then gets serious knowing i dont say useless things. Even the gremory peerage are curious.

I raise my right hand with my cloud flames dancing along my ring. Everyone looks on curiously as i insert my ring into the box and flood it with cloud flames. The box shines as i call out 'PORCUSPINO NUVOLA' and a small tan hedgehog with silver spikes emerges on my shoulder. I hear multiple Kyas so cute from the girls in the background. I tune them out and speak to my little Rolls "Good morning Rolls, would you be so kind as to take care of these 4 in front of us? But try not to hurt them too much oaky buddy?" He nods excitedly before jumping off my shoulder, i exit the circle and tell the girls the rules. "Simply beat my rolls and you win, if you lose then All of you will run 10 kms undee heavy gravity wearing seastone so no magic reinforcement." The gulp before Momo launches a fireball spell which manages to land but does no damage to rolls. He sneezes and launches his spikes everywhere over the battle field. Tsubaki rushes him but he simply grows in size and starts spinning using his spikes for traction and momentum as he launches himself at the Queen. She dodges but just narrowly as both Sona and Ingvild conjure up a wall of water to stop and surround Rolls. Sona invokes another spell to try and freeze him when Momo notices all the spikes expelled earlier are just multiplying and getting bigger. She begins to freak out and warns her friends but the second they turned their back Rolls launches more spikes destroying the ice and nailing the girls to trees and building outside of the circle. I walk over with a smile and start petting Rolls.

"Sona youre too slow to act, it's not chess where you can take your time. Make a decision in less than a second and then let that decide how the rest go. Tsubaki you need more experiencing actual combat. The skill is there now you just need experience to help you hone it. Momo you need a bigger repertoire of spells as a bishop abd maybe some short of dagger for close range. And finally Ingvild you're a Leviathan so i know water magic will be your strong suit but dont let that be your anchor. Explore possibilities and let those possibilities form a style that says Ingilvd, instead of Leviathan." I look back at my buddy rolls before i pick him up and tickle his face. Withour wasting time i throw a light blue box and ring to Sona, and tell everyone to go home for the day. Its been a very productive day and i even managed to figure out how my box weapon works in this world.

With a simple command, Rolls disappears into the box which i store inside my pocket. Maybe i should make a chain or something for this.

"Master was it wise to give the girl a box? What if someone manages to recreate it?" questions Adelheid but i simply pat her as i walk back towards the mansion.

"They could try for years bur first theyd need to understand rhe dying will flames, then they'd need to get dying will ore, also rings, plus Sona isn't the bragging type. My guesses fight now she's trying to figure out how to open it."

With Chrome and Adelheid falling into step on either side of me i can smell dinner being prepared. "Oh ladies before i forget you two as well as Aika and Ashleen, suit up because tomorrow we're going to Korea for a bit. I need to speak to this Frankenstein guy."

""YES SIR/BOSS!"" Man sometimes its great to have such great subordinates. i must remember to reward these ladies for always going along with my whims. I'll think of something before next weekend hopefully. We only have another week before the next term of school, which leaves 2 and a half months for Sera to search and for us to consolidate our powers and influence. Im gonna be a very busy man. Sigh
