Im sitting here with all my subordinates going over the final details to the games. After these invitations go out then everything changes. We cant pretend that i dont exist for much longer. Even now i feel myself getting stronger. Plus i have 2 weeks until i can storm the underworld and i want them to know im someome they can't fuck with.

So yea im sitting with my counsel discussing various things. I have Adelheid, Aika, Ashleen, Chrome, Law, Perona, Merlin, Hephaestus, Reborn, Verde, and Lal March. The Pleiades are working around the castle. While Colonello Fon Viper and Skull are setting up some more of the events around the island.

"Alright ill start the reports, Currently in Japan the areas of Interest are Tokyo which is reporting a lot of Ghoul activity, Merlin reported weird magical fluctuations in and around Fuyuki City, Im reading high Devil contract energy from Ishiyama, and unusual high amounts of Spiritual power from Karakura." - Verde

"That's a lot... alright avoid Tokyo we'll deal with that after the games, straight up avoid Fuyuki let them settle their shit themselves. Ishiyama? Send them an invitation since theyre the contracts of Baby Kaiser de Emperana Beelzebub. And Karakura send an empty flame box with an invitation to a candy shop name Urahara. Teams of 5 arerequired to participate."

Verde nods and makes a few notes before sitting down. To which Lal stands and continues

"As of right now only one of the 6 isles are ready to be populated. Considering youre turning the central island into the main Castle, Magic school, and even the world tree. We will have about 4 islands total for populating. "

"Which is where i came in" - Perona "After sending my ghosts around the nearby countries ive learned there are quite a few magical communites that have no stable civilization." These outcasts and such will be the first citizens.

"The veela from the Uk, dryads from around the world we just need some more trees, some werewolves under a guy named Remus Lupin has asked if they can relocate since they're being hunted. Although they seem weird. Instead of wolves they seem more cursed. A colony of Dhampire in Washington are looking for a new place along with a shape shifter. Mermaids from around the world will relocate since theyre being hunted down right now. A pack from New Orleans is looking to escape after being bit by an original blood sucker. Ive contacted Frankenstein and he says that he's fine for now but apparently the Nobles would like to be able to exterminate the mockery of blood suckers to their profession. And lastly some herds of centaur called the party ponies asked for a plot of land."

That's...a lot. I specifically sent Perona since she can meet any group in her ghost form and not be affected by them.

"My lord by the time the games are done we should have at least two islands ready to start moving people in. I suggest we bring in the lesser wild species first and have them around for the games. That way we can see on a smaller scale how the larger factions react to such a gathering." suggests Adelheid.

"Hmmm the hotels and hot springs are ready for the major events so how about we bring in The Veela and Dhampires for now. They can't cause too much issues. As for the cursed werewolves I shall speak to them after the games. The centaur. im not sure if i wanna keep party ponies running around my islands but why not. Contact them and bring them to one of the uninhabited parts thats still not explored. Let them clear out any hidden creatures. The dryads will come naturally once we plant a world tree. And we'll have Ashleen go meet with this pack of wolves in new Orleans. But for now get the veela and dhampires allow them to work with the Pleiades and get settled in to the hotel before hand. We're opening a magical school in a few years and I want to know how each of these people's magics work and what makes it work. Any counter measures you can come up would be appreciated. The room goes quiet before Aureole standing behind me asks "My lord who all are we sending invitations too?"

The whole room perks up on this. This event will be huge. Humans and Magical creatures alike are going to participate. After this event, everyone will know the Phoenix lives but while they're looking here on this isles for my movement ill be back in my mansion doing some "recruitment".

"Send invitations to Rias, Sona, Sairaorg, Frankenstein, The four Maous are allowed to use champions if they wish to participate lets show them our power so they know to seriously search the Phenex family territory, Yasaka is allowed to participate and ask her to invite the chinese Yokai as well. The norse pantheon, The greek pantheon, The roman pantheons and the Shinto pantheons. Then send some out to the big current magic schools. Their education system only goes up to 17 but ours is more like a magical college so this is a great advertisement. Hogwarts, Beaubaxtons, and Illvermony. The Nobles are invited and send word to the Tepes family as well. Lets have the maximum age be 25 to participate and theres no minimum age. For the prizes ill give out weaker devil fruit and items they've never seen to pique their interests but not enough to make them a threat. Now is everyone clear? Good. Send out the invitations.
