Chapter [20]

The man looked directly at Kaito, his eyes filled with disdain. "You must be one of the Devils wandering around here. Disgusting."

Kaito frowned, feeling a wave of anger beginning to rise within him. The man in front of him exuded arrogance, his gaze revealing deep disgust.

"Who are you?" Kaito asked, trying to stay calm despite the growing hatred.

The man laughed, a cold and cruel sound. "I am Dohnaseek, a fallen angel. And it is my duty to cleanse the world of repugnant creatures like you."

Upon hearing the words "fallen angel," Kaito felt his anger increase. The image of Raynare, the fallen angel who had destroyed his life, came to his mind. He could feel the hatred boiling inside him, mixed with the painful memory of her betrayal and death.

Dohnaseek's black wings, imposing and threatening, reinforced the similarity to Raynare, making Kaito's hatred intensify even more. He took a deep breath, trying to control his emotions, but the anger was palpable in his voice.

"Fallen angel," Kaito murmured, his gaze fixed on Dohnaseek. "I hate fallen angels."

Dohnaseek raised an eyebrow, surprised by Kaito's direct declaration. "What does a disgusting Devil like you know about hating fallen angels? You are all equally despicable."

Kaito clenched his fists, feeling his anger transform into fierce determination. "I know enough. I know that fallen angels are treacherous and cruel. And I will not allow you to continue with your plans here."

Dohnaseek stepped forward, a disdainful smile on his face. "You think you can stop me, Devil? You are nothing more than an insect under my feet."

Kaito felt the anger bubbling even stronger within him. He looked at Dohnaseek, his eyes shining with dangerous intensity. "I am not just a Devil. And you are about to find that out."

The tension in the air increased, the atmosphere charged with Kaito's magical energy. Dohnaseek, still arrogant, did not realize the true extent of Kaito's power.

"If you really think you can face me," Dohnaseek said, his black wings beating lightly, "then come. I will show you what a fallen angel can do to an insignificant Devil like you."

Kaito took a deep breath, feeling the wind around him begin to respond to his anger. "With pleasure," he replied, preparing for the battle to come.

Dohnaseek took a step back, his black wings beating powerfully as he launched himself into the air with surprising speed. He hovered a few meters above the ground, his eyes filled with disdain fixed on Kaito.

"Let's see how you handle this, disgusting Devil," Dohnaseek said, his voice dripping with arrogance. He raised a hand, and a spear of light began to form, shining intensely with lethal energy. The light pulsed and crackled, reflecting the hatred Dohnaseek felt for Devils.

With a quick and decisive movement, Dohnaseek threw the spear of light towards Kaito. The spear cut through the air with a blinding glow, tracing a straight and deadly path towards Kaito.

The moment the spear of light was about to reach him, Kaito manipulated the wind around him, creating a powerful current of air that propelled him to the side. His movement was quick and fluid, the wind obeying his commands with surprising precision.

The spear of light passed within inches of Kaito, hitting the ground with an explosive impact that sent fragments of concrete flying everywhere. Kaito, now in a safe position, looked at Dohnaseek with a fierce determination.

"You'll have to do better than that," Kaito said, the anger in his voice clearly audible.

Dohnaseek, visibly irritated by the failure of his attack, gritted his teeth and began to form another spear of light in his hand. "You will pay for your insolence, Devil," he growled, preparing to launch another attack.

Kaito, feeling the anger and determination boiling within him, raised both hands to the sky. At the same instant, the ground began to tremble slightly, as if something were stirring beneath the surface.

"You have no idea who you are dealing with," Kaito said, his voice firm and full of power.

Suddenly, thick and robust roots began to emerge from the ground around Dohnaseek. They moved quickly, like living serpents, towards the fallen angel. Dohnaseek, surprised by the sudden appearance of the roots, tried to dodge them, but they were too fast.

The roots wrapped around his legs and wings, holding him firmly in place. Dohnaseek struggled against them, trying to break free, but the roots only tightened, restricting his movements.

Dohnaseek, now trapped by the roots, looked at Kaito with pure hatred. "How dare you challenge me, you worm? I will destroy you and everything you love!"

Kaito made the wind around Dohnaseek turn into sharp blades, cutting his wings and body. Dohnaseek screamed in pain, feeling the devastating power of Kaito.

"This is for what you fallen angels did to me," Kaito said, his voice full of fury and vengeance. "And this is just the beginning."

Dohnaseek, now gravely injured and too weak to fight, looked at Kaito with a mix of hatred and fear. Even in his weakened state, he tried to use his last card, threatening Kaito with his boss's name.

"You don't know who you are messing with, disgusting Devil. Azazel, my boss, will not let this slide. He will hunt you and all your allies. You will pay dearly for this!"

Kaito looked at Dohnaseek, his expression hardening. The mention of Azazel, the leader of the fallen angels, only intensified his anger. He raised his hand, and the wind around him began to stir violently.

"You think you can scare me with Azazel's name?" Kaito said, his voice cold and full of determination. "I am not afraid of you or your boss. And I will make sure you know that."

With a quick movement, Kaito extended his hand, releasing several sharp wind blades. The blades cut through the air with impressive speed, hitting Dohnaseek's body in multiple points. The fallen angel screamed in pain as the blades tore his flesh, leaving deep cuts that bled profusely.

Dohnaseek's blood began to stain the ground, and he fell to his knees, unable to withstand the pain and blood loss. His eyes were wide with fear and despair as he looked at Kaito, now completely powerless.

Kaito approached, his gaze firm and relentless. "This is the consequence of your actions," he said, his voice laden with vengeance. "And if Azazel or any other fallen angel comes after me, I will be ready."

Dohnaseek, too weak to respond, just stayed there, bleeding and defeated. Kaito looked at Dohnaseek, lying and bleeding on the ground. The fury inside him had not dissipated, and he knew he needed to end this once and for all. He approached the fallen angel, and with a quick movement, grabbed Dohnaseek by the neck, lifting him off the ground.

Dohnaseek, weak and unable to resist, only groaned in pain and fear, his black wings wilted and bloody. Kaito felt the weight of the fallen angel's body in his hand but did not falter.

Suddenly, a magic circle with the Gremory family symbol appeared on the ground beneath Kaito's feet. The circle shone intensely, and the magical energy enveloped both of them, preparing for teleportation.

Kaito looked directly into Dohnaseek's eyes, his expression implacable. "Let's see what Rias has to say about you," he murmured before the teleportation circle fully activated.

In an instant, Kaito and Dohnaseek were enveloped by the bright light of the magic circle. The space around them seemed to distort and spin, and in the blink of an eye, they disappeared, leaving only a residue of magical energy in the air.
