Moping around again.

I feel good besides the minor hangover I have, it's like a load has been lifted off my shoulders. It's been one hell of a busy week, but I got everything that i needed to get done out of the way.

It's still saturday as time didn't move after we left to the Dream Lounge. So obviously I decided to check up on Akemi and went to watch the match between the Gremory group and Riser. Serafall had some work to do since she was apparently neglecting them for awhile.

"You do realize that I've noticed the glances you've sent my way since I got here." I said without looking over to Sona who slightly jumped a bit due to being caught red-handed. "If something's on your mind, just say it." I can literally feel her staring at me whenever she thought I wasn't looking.

"It's nothing, I was just..."

"Wondering what your sister sees in me?" I guessed. It's probably difficult to see what was so great about me. I can't think of anything considering I'm a coward, alcoholic, possibly a drug addict and a few other things.

"Wondering what happened last time."

"Ah, well we fought each other to the death and then I asked her out." I bluntly stated. It was basically what happened. "What? You asked." I pointed out when I noticed her giving me an odd look.

*BOOM* I turned back to the screen at the sound of a large explosion.

A bit difficult to see through the smoke since I'm just watching from a screen. Pretty sure Yubelluna just bombed Koneko.

"She's still standing!?" Sona yelled out in shock.

I watched Koneko frown at her destroyed clothes on screen. Well I guess universal ecchi rules dictate this much fanservice. Oh shit if I was still on the list, then the FBI would be on my ass again. I breathed a sigh of relief and silently thanked my boss again.

Yubelluna looked absolutely shaken at the fact that Koneko didn't seem to take much damage from her. I was pretty surprised too when I was testing her durability after the body enhancing bath.

I winced a little at the sight of Akemi smashing Yubelluna's head into the ground. Damn girl, that looked painful and now she's arguing with Koneko about something. Kind of sucks that it's difficult to hear conversations unless the screen does a close up of them.

"I could have handled it." Koneko frowned at the fact that Akemi had taken out Yubelluna.

"How about a 'Thanks for the help Akemi, I really appreciate it.'?" Akemi retorted sarcastically as the enemy Queen was teleported out.

"Sarcasm doesn't sound right coming from you." She rolled her eyes as Akemi placed her fingers underneath her chin in thought.

"Oh, I get it. You just wanted to deal with her because her tits made you feel insecure about yourself." Akemi stated in realization.

"What?"

"You probably thought Gold was avoiding you lately because of your flat chest, so it makes sense that Yubelluna's oppai bothered you." Akemi assured herself with a nod as if she was completely sure of the reason. "But don't worry about it, you still have room to grow more like mine one day." She smiled while raising her sizable bust with her palms.

"You talk too much fatty." Koneko narrowed her eyes once she realized the girl was messing with her.

"It's called sex appeal, I'm also pretty sure Gold prefers them big like these." Akemi continued to taunt Koneko with her oppai.

"At least I fucked him." Koneko smirked at the sight of Akemi freezing up.

"...That was an accident and you know it." She pointed out with a blank expression.

"Was it though?"

"What are you talking about?" Akemi narrowed her eyes at the nekoshou as she felt a little uneasy.

"Did you know that Gold could still move while we were in that little tub?" Koneko asked slowly as she let her question sink into Akemi's head.

Akemi remembered that day, she wasn't capable of moving in the tub of body enhancing medicine. She was more busy screaming, but she was aware of what was happening around her.

"Your eyes were open that day right? Did you enjoy watching the way he couldn't stop himself as he grinded into me up and down, inch by inch." She placed her palm at the base of her abdomen as if remembering the feeling. "Unlike you, I don't need sex appeal to be seen as a woman." That was the last straw as Akemi released a dark red burst of demonic power.

The Red Dragon Empress raised Bloodskall towards the white haired catgirl. "Take that back, bitch."

"Make me." The nekoshou cracked her knuckles in response as her cat ears twitched.

Their auras visibly clashed as the spectators were wondering why they looked like they were about to fight each other. Before things escalated furthur, a fiery man interrupted them with his entrance.

Riser Phenex landed on the floor in a superhero landing with flames. He had come with the intent to avenge his Queen. "I AM RISER PHENE-" his introduction was cut off.

""SHUT UP!"" X2. The pissed off Dragon Empress and Nekoshou shouted and lashed out with their attacks, sending him flying through the air all the way back to his base.

BACK IN THE SPECTATOR'S AREA

"Huh, I wonder what they're arguing about now?" Gold wondered as he never really listened into their disputes while they were at the house.

I ended up leaving after they won, but I still wonder why Akemi and Koneko were fighting each other. Either way I'm too lazy to get involved with other people's problems right now, so I'll just chill and let them work it out themselves. Besides I just realized there's another problem that's not really a problem.

Akemi is actually stronger than I am right now. Actually now that I think about it, isn't everyone around me stronger than me? I mean it's true that I don't really train like at all these days, but godamn I didn't expect to be left behind like this.

People would wonder what I mean when I say stronger than me since I was able to fight Serafall and do other crap like making a big showing at Kyoto.

The thing is, I always set it up so that I was always at my best. Meaning that I always made it so that I would be fighting on my own terms. Like having an entire dimension filled with an army of never ending creatures at my beck and call.

Without having the homefield advantage with the Eye of Magnus as my power source, the amount of magical energy my body has is actually only around the level of a low to mid-class devil right now.

I have the Gate of Babylon but it's hard to count that as it's sort of like an external power. Plus I can only spam it for about 20 minutes before I get tired these days. Also FOR SOME ODD REASON, EVERYONE I FOUGHT HAS BEEN ABLE TO DEFLECT THE WEAPONS SHOT OUT FROM IT. I'm still sort of annoyed at that.

As for Rhongomyniad, besides the fact that I can't use her right now due to that internal struggle she's going through. My body was breaking down when I tried to fight with her against Serafall. It wasn't just Serafall's attacks breaking me down, my body wasn't strong enough to handle Rhongomyniad's power.

So not counting the Eye of Magnus, The Cloud District, Rhongomyniad and the Gate of Babylon. I'm actually weaker than Akemi after she became a devil. Which kind of irks me.

I guess I shouldn't be too hard on myself, she is technically the protagonist after all. I'm just a retired truck driver who'd rather not spend all my time training to get more powerful. It was only natural that she would have gotten stronger than me, plus she's only going to get stronger as time goes on.

"Ow!" I yelped out in pain as I held my head. Who the hell hit me?

I opened my eyes and blinked for a moment and wondered if I've been smoking too much. I see two Rhongomyniads standing in front of me, well two Artorias. One that looked the same as usual with her noble and regal aura, while the other looked like darker alter version.

"Uhh, what?" I said out loud as the two seemed to be giving me weird looks of disapproval. They didn't say anything as I watched them fade away shortly after.

Did Rong just smack me because I was moping? Well Rong(s) I guess since there were two. Unless I really am just that high right now, but I haven't smoked yet today.

Do I have two Rhongomyniads now? I made a mental note to check my inner world again when I got home.

"Huh, it's getting foggy." I noted as there seemed to be a weird purple fog around me. I didn't check the weather today, but I swear it was a clear day a moment ago.

"Gold Aversis." I stopped at the sound of a male voice I haven't heard before call my name.

The purple fog dispersed into the surroundings, is this... a bounded field? No this is similar but different, it's a replica of space which is basically it's own dimension.

"Well hello there." I greeted with a smile when I noticed a group of people in front of me while forcibly calming myself down. It's harder to keep myself calm when I'm sober.

"We are the Hero Faction, and we're here for you with an offer that will interest you." The dark haired man spoke to me with a smile brimming with confidence and charisma.

"I can guess what it is, Cao Cao." I called out his name, unfortunately he didn't personally react to me knowing him. At least some of his group members seemed visibly startled that I knew. "But I'd rather hear it from you first."

"Very well." He nodded without losing any of his charisma. He reached out towards me with his hand. "Join us as a fellow human in our fight against all evil beings that bring harm to humanity." I feel like there's an underlying 'Or else', in his offer somewhere.

"An interesting proposal, how about I get back to you on that another time. I'll think it over and give you a response in a few days." I replied while keeping up the calm act. If I just said no, then I have no doubt in my mind that he and his group would straight up attack me. I'm currently outnumbered and in their territory, I don't have any allies to call upon and I won't win in a battle of attrition.

"Unfortunately we will need an answer now." Cao Cao shook his head in refusal.

"Well then, truck." was all I said

"Truck?" He seemed confused.

"Truck." I nodded with a serious expression.

*HONK!!* They looked up to see my truck descending onto them at mach 10.

*CRASH* God I love my truck.
