Taking a moment to release a deep sigh while enjoying the silence of being home alone for once. I kicked back my feet on the small table as I stared into the dank ceiling. Huh, I've never noticed how dirty the basement ceiling was until now.

I was finally allowed to leave Kyoto. To pay for the damages caused by the roach army, I ended up signing a contract stating that I would assist in reinforcing the new buildings with my own brand of wards/bounded fields. luckily no one died from the assaults or else they wouldn't have let me off so easily.

Apparently my magic was desired due to not being seen before in the world. Goes to show how impressive Serafall was to be capable of figuring out how my bounded fields worked, despite never seeing it before. Although it might be due to the 5x boost increasing her talent and abilities with the arcanes as well. Unsure, I'm too lazy to confirm this.

On a side note, I'm home alone right now. Left everyone back at Kyoto for them to have some fun away from the house. I'd join them but I'm still on a busy schedule. I don't think I need to check on Akemi and the rest of the Gremory group, she can handle it.

Koneko could probably handle it as well, since her body became surprisingly durable after she intruded on the body enhancing bath. Seriously after some tests to see the effects it had on a devil's physique, she was capable of deflecting low level holy blades with her skin. It was fascinating but I wasn't very interested in researching it too deeply as it was sort of awkward to be around her at the time.

But back to business, it's Friday evening and my dates tomorrow.

Oh god I have a date tomorrow.

Now that I think about it, I've never been on an actual date. I've had one night stands and similar stuff but never an actual date. Not only that, Serafall never actually specified on who was making plans. Where the hell are we going? Do I actually need to dress more fancy? Shit, I don't actually own any fancy clothes.

By the 42 original R.O.Bs I have no idea what I'm doing.

I was so distracted with my internal thoughts, that I didn't realize someone walking down the stairs.

"Hey Gold, where did everyone go?" My eyes glanced over to Akemi before shifting back to the ceiling.

"They're at Kyoto." I answered on auto pilot as I was still focused on other things.

"You didn't go with them?"

"I was there for a bit, but I have a date to focus on so I left early." Whenever I'm on auto pilot I end up giving fast answers without thinking much.

"But enough about that, weren't you training with the Gremory group?" I asked as I let my brain cool down before I started over thinking again.

"Oh were all taking the last day to rest before the match-....." She started speaking, however I noticed her voice get lower towards the end as if she just realized something important.

"Oh that reminds me. Since you're a girl, any chance you know what to do on a date? I don't exactly have experience with dates." I just realized, she's a girl that's been on a date before. Granted her date attempted to kill her after the date, but then again mine tried to kill me before the date.

"Wait! Stop!" She raised her hand in a stopping motion. "What do you mean you have a date!?" She lifted me up by the collar, wow she is getting strong.

"Wow, gettin assertive there huh?" I commented, noting how she was able to effortlessly raise me to the air. I'm impressed, mainly since I'm still wearing my armor.

"Stop changing the subject!" She dropped me back on my bean bag.

"Well Sona's sister apparently found me and stuff happened, then I asked her out." It was basically what happened.

"I thought you said and I quote 'I am a single independent badass.'" Oh right, I did quote that a few times when she asked if I was seeing anyone.

"Well my attempts to deny her failed when she destroyed my armies and my workshop. I found it to be too much work to refuse her, so I just gave up and asked her out. Besides, devil girls are hot and sexy." I stated with a nod. The amount of work it'd take to refuse her out-weighed the alternative.

I noticed Akemi was silent for a moment as her bangs seemed to overshadow her eyes. "I've decided." She finally spoke after the awkward silence. "I'm gonna be a devil."

"Well good for you." I clapped since she would be doing it by choice this time instead of being forced like the original protagonist.

"Then I'm going to get a harem." I could see the burning resolve in her eyes.

"I'm proud of you. You're finally accepting who you are." I smiled with some pride bubbling up in me.

"Then I am going to make you my first harem member!" She pointed at me as I paused for a moment.

"Wait what?"

"I promise you, that I am going to make you fall for me!" She declared like some kind of shounen protagonist.

"Now hold on a moment-" I was cut off as she started sprinting off

"I'm off!" She shouted before running upstairs and out the house.

I just shook my head, she was probably starting low which was why she was saying that stuff. If she wants harem members then the girl should aim higher for better candidates. She'll figure it out eventually, this is probably a weird phase that she's going through.

"Euclid! Come over here and take a look at this interesting human!" A silver haired man with hazel eyes who looked to be in his 40's was giggling like a little girl as he called over his subordinate.

"A human? Forgive me sir, but I don't see how a lowly human could be even remotely interesting." Euclid Lucifuge sighed as he felt like his leader Rizevim was going through one of his odd phases again.

"Enough of the old pompous schtick and routine. Look at this human! He's truly fascinating!" Rizevim waved off his subordinates prejudice as he enlarged the magical screen.

"It looks like a human, who's completely out of his mind. How uncivilized." Euclid frowned at the blonde on the screen who was high out of his mind after injecting a special serum into his veins.

"He looks like a guy who knows how to have a good time, but that's not the reason I'm showing you this. Keep watching." Rizevim gestured with a smile.

Euclid reluctantly continued to watch the odd human go through the motions, as he was screaming incoherently while high out of his mind. His face grimaced in disgust when the blonde revealed a tiny nymph in the corner of his room.

However his expression became oddly intrigued when he began to use a brand of magic he had never seen before. Despite being completely inebriated, it was plain to see how he displayed multiple high-precision spells at the same time.

"While I admit that his brand of magic and alchemy is interesting. He is still only a human sir." Euclid admitted that the human named Gold Aversis was interesting as far as magical ability went, but he was still just a human.

"Just a human perhaps, but what if I told you that little insect he raised became ultimate class a week or two after?" Rizevim smirked as he brought up another screen displaying the recent assault on Kyoto.

"What!?" Euclid exclaimed. If that were true, then that means that the human could potentially create an army of ultimate class beings. If he could create one while being high out of his mind, then what if he were sober?

"Pack your things, were going to Japan." A black haired young man in clothes that looked like a japanese school uniform combined with ancient chinese attire.

" Cao Cao? What's the occasion? You look happier than usual." A bespectacled man asked from the couch.

"Were recruiting a new member." Cao Cao responded as everyone else in the room started getting up.

"Is he strong?" A two meter tall man with a well built body asked.

"I'm not sure, but we'll see when we get there."

The incident at Kyoto blew up and was the talk of the supernatural world for some time. It wasn't surprising that the Youkai were unable to keep what happened a secret as they were too busy dealing with roaches.

Unknown to Gold, the recordings and information about him continued to spread.

Some called him a heretical mage as his brand of magic didn't conform with the orthodox methods.

Human mages called him a revolutionary and desired apprenticeship under him.

The more paranoid feared him for the insanity he displayed.

Gods considered inviting him to their faction. A few others considered eliminating him. Ultimately the name Gold Aversis was widespread, as the mage who easily created an ultimate class being.

Even Rias had heard about it from her brother who contacted her about forming a positive relationship with him.

Setting down the phone she sighed as too much shit was happening for her to relax. Her head hit the wooden desk with a thud. Rias was completely tired out from the hellish training she had just went through.

She didn't expect Akemi to be such a task-master when it came to training. When she asked her about it, Akemi just shrugged and said that it was what Gold put her through. Despite most of her group being exhausted, Rias was actually confident about her chances against Riser now.

Her peerage members were out of commision at the moment due to training too hard, but a day of rest should be enough.

For now she just let her eyes slowly shut, until the door slammed open causing her to jolt up in confusion and surprise. "Wha-?" was all that she could say before she was lifted by her collar from the Red Dragon Empress.

"TURN ME INTO A HOT AND SEXY DEVIL!" Akemi shouted as her eyes looked like they were blazing out in flames.

Rias didn't know how to respond to her aggressiveness.
