Riser brought up seriously the topic. Even Rias became quiet after that, but her sharp eyes doesn't change. Riser patiently explained to Rias who continued to rebel against the marriage.

"The newly produced Devils, the ones like your servants, the reincarnated Devils, are expanding in terms of strength but that would make us, the Hugh class Devils with old history background lose our place. There are old nobles who gets close to the reincarnated Devils because they are very powerful. Well, that might be alright. The newly produced Devils are also important for our future. But we can't allow the pure blood Devils to go extinct right? You and I were chosen in order to prevent the pure bloods from going extinct. My house is safe because I have my older brothers. But there are only two siblings of your house. And your brother is someone who left the house. Then there would only be you, Rias, who can inherit House Gremory. "I'm not going to crush my house. And I am willing to take a husband."

"That's expected from Rias. Then lets–"

"But I won't marry you, Riser. I will marry the one I acknowledge. Even the Devils from old noble house have the right to choose."

This time, Riser's eyes turned sharper. His face turned serious and looked like his patience is reaching the limit. His casual and usually smirking face was gone.

"You know, Rias. I'm also a Devil who carries the name of the House of Phenix behind me. I can't let the name get bismirched. I didn't even want to come to a small old building like this in the human world. Rather, I don't like the human world that much. The fire and wind of this world is filthy. For a Devil like me who rules fire and wind, I can't stand it. However, I endured it all just to come and see my beloved fiance." Riser said.

"Lady Grayfia. Don't you think this situation required sincerity on your part? I've heard that in an attempt to break off the engagement, Rias has offered her purity to this small fry. Even if it happened between master and servant, doesn't it seem like you're disregarding my Phenex family?" Riser sounded furious this time.

"Ngh..." This time Issei took a step back. Nobody should've known about what happened yesterday night. The only people who knew should be him, Rias, and Grayfia.

Truthfully Riser's anger is justified. There's already been an agreement between both houses, and with the Demon King Lucifer gave his blessings at that.

If the other side wanted to break off the engagement because of trivial things like love or emotions, they are making a fun of them. It would dishonor their family's name. It's a huge insult throwing mud and spitting at them, that's how it looked.

"I truly apologize Riser-sama. In behalf of Sirzech's sama, I'll do my utmost to comply on your wishes." Grayfia apologized.

Rias had a trace of guilt on her face. But still she believed that she did nothing wrong. Her purity is hers, how is it wrong to give it to whomever she wills?

They have contrasting views.

"No matter. I'm not such a petty man that makes a huge fuss over such things to dishonor my woman. But there will be no next time." Riser's aura intensified making the surrounding atmosphere in the Occult Research Club room thick and heavy.

Riser only released a portion of his power enough to intimidate the people inside. Especially for Issei and Asia who are newly reincarnated devils felt the pressure more significantly.

"I will take you back to the Underworld with me, even if I have to burn all your servants."

This time, the intensity of his aura flared up stronger than before. The temperature rosed sharply and the air could burn their longs if they breathe. The hostility and killing intent coming from Riser is so strong it felt suffocating.

Rias also flared up her aura of Destruction. She offsetted most of the impact as their auras clashed directly into each other. It's a battle between Conquerer's Haki. However it still wasn't enough as Riser looked like he had the upper hand.

"Asia! Cough!!"

Two of the weakest people inside the room couldn't stand the heat and started coughing violently.

Thankfully Grayfia moved swiftly in time and erected a barrier to shield them from the searing flames.

"Riser is much talented than anticipated." Grayfia assessed.

Grayfia already saw Riser's records of Rating Game history. However it was just only now that she could verify his strength closely like this. The quality of his aura is completely above an ordinary High class Devil.

"Ojou-sama, Riser-sama, please calm down. If both of you were to continue, then I won't be quiet about it. For Sirzechs-sama' honor, I won't hold back."

Rias and Riser both withdraw their clashing auras immediately. It seems like both of them are afraid of her.

"To be told that by the Strongest Queen, I guess I'll had to withdraw for now. I definitely wouldn't want to go against Sirzechs-sama's group, which is known to be made up of monsters." Riser said as he smirked. Even if he wouldn't want to, he is still confident of his own strength.

"Master, Sirzechs-sama, and those from the House of Phenex knew it would turn like this. To tell you the truth this was to be the last discussion meeting. Everyone knew that it wouldn't be solved, so they decided to make a last resort."

"Last resort? What do you mean Grayfia?"

"Ojou-sama, if you wish to push your opinion forward, then how about you settle it by having a Rating Game against Riser-sama?"

"Just as you know, Ojou-sama, only mature aged Devils can participate in official Rating Game. But if it's unofficial match between pure blood Devils, even immature Devils can participate. However in this case–."

"When it involves the family and household problems." Rias sighed.

"In other words Otou-sama and the others decided to have a game as a last resort if I was to decline right? Just how far are they intending to interfere in my life to feel satisfied?"

"Then Ojou-sama, you are saying you would also decline to participate the game?"

"No, I won't, since this is a chance. Alright then. Let's settle this with a game, Riser."

Riser smirks after getting the challenge.

"Heh, so you're accepting it. I got the feeling that it will end up this way. But I'm already a matured Devil and I have already participated in the official game. Right now I won most of the games. Even so, you still want to play, Rias?" This time, Riser fought back with an even more provocative words with an evil smile.

"I will. I will blow you away, Riser!"

"Hehe, that's the spirit. Fine, if you win, do whatever you like, I won't care if you're house fall to extinction. But if I win, you will have to marry me immediately."

Rias glared directly into Riser's eyes. However Riser wasn't even taking her seriously and have a laxed expression. He's already taking this as his win. Well weather it was in the anime or in reality, Riser is fated to win this Rating Game.

"Understood. I, Grayfia, have confirmed both sides opinion. I will be in charge of the game between two household. Is that okay?"

"Yes."

"Yeah."
