CH 4

As I was heading to class, I heard a bunch of people talking about issei calling him a liar and such. He's been asking people about his so-called girlfriend saying they met her. Nobody is able to remember Yuma since the fallen wiped their memories of her.

' doesn't issei realize it's pointless to ask that yet? it's obvious no one remembers who Yuma is.' 

I walk into class and take my seat and look over to issei talking to his to friends trying to convince them his girlfriend is real, but they don't believe what he is saying at all. " Look I'm telling you guys for the one hundredth time she is real I introduced her to you guys. " Says issei as he looks mentally exhausted and confused.

' Why is he acting like he doesn't know? Didn't rias already fill him in on what's happened to him? ' its obvious now by his energy signature that he is a devil, and rias was the one to reincarnate him as her servant.

I look at him and he sees me looking at him and walks my way." like we're telling you issei it simply isn't possible for you to have a girlfriend maybe all that porn has caused you to start hallucinating. " Says motohanma as him and matsuda start to laugh out loud.

" Look it is true, and I'll prove it. " He says to his two friends before he looks at me." Hikari, you know Yuma right you even talked to her. " Issei says to me as he looks at me with a pleading look on his face. Just hoping for someone to agree with him because he knows he isn't crazy. He remembers what happened that night and that was no dream but nobody but him can seem to remember.

" Oh Yuma " I say as I tilt my head looking as if I know who he is speaking of.

" Yeah, that's right, Yuma. " Says issei with hope in his eyes.

" Long straight black hair, big pair of boobs, and purple eyes with an innocent face, right? " I say with a smile on my face and my hands under my chest to emphasize Yuma's boobs.

Issei's eyes light up and smiles at what I said. ' She knows Yuma she really does I knew it I'm not crazy. ' Issei turns around to tell his friends but is grabbed by his collar and pulled.

" Ow what the hell. " Issei stumbles back as I pull on his collar holding him close to me.

I pull issei close as I speak in a low voice so only that he can hear. " Look issei you're not crazy okay but nobody is gonna remember her since their memories are wiped. "

He looks at me confused obviously. " But you remember her. " He says in an almost pleading voice.

I sigh as this will be difficult to tell him. " Look issei I'll answer all the questions you have after school okay. so, stop asking people about Yuma cause it's pointless. " After I was done saying what I had to I released my hold on his shirt. Issei just nodded and sat back down at his desk now silent and dwelling on my words.

School passed on peacefully with no problems and now I'm just waiting for issei at the school gate. ' there's no reason for me to help him anymore than I should. He is rias servant now so why hasn't she told him what's happening to him? ' it is obvious that he is already a devil he has the same dark murky soul as the rest of them now.

"Hikari" issei calls out to me making me turn my head to look at him as he walked over to me.

" Alright your here let's go. " I say as I begin to walk. Issei keeps up with me walking by my side.

" So, Hikari you know what is going on right? " He says sounding unsure.

I nod my head. " I know about you and Yuma or raynare the fallen angel is who she really is. "

Issei seems to be in a state of disbelief at what I said as he looks at me as if I am crazy. " a fallen angel? Surely, you're joking right. " Anyone would find it hard to believe that all the things that you thought were myths suddenly became true one day I can't blame issei for not believing me.

I look at him with a completely serious look. " no I'm not issei what you saw was real. the pair of black wings to the spear of light all indicate a fallen angel. "

' So, I really did die that night then. ' He looks down as if my words are finally soaking into that thick skull of his. " But why me? " He says in a low and sad voice. He has a painful expression on his face remembering his date with Yuma. Even I would feel down if I got betrayed like he did.

I point my finger at him. " Cause of the sacred gear you have, possessed a threat to the fallen angels here in kouh. "

" Sacred gear? Oh yeah, I think I do remember her saying something like that but what is it. " he asks as he looks at me for a answer.

" right, I'll tell you now they were created by God wh- "

" oww " issei clutches his head in pain.

' oh yeah it slipped my mind that saying God hurts them. What a stupid weakness. ' i think to myself as issei finally lets go of his head and looks around in confusion.

'' What was that? " Says issei looking around for what could of caused it.

" Right my bad I forgot to tell you something very important... but your no longer human issei. "He looks at me with a wary and confused look on his face.

" What do you mean I'm no longer human? " issei questions me with a slight glare in his eyes

" I didn't do anything to you so don't look at me with that look unless you want to get beat up. " I say sternly as I glare right back at him which causes him to flinch and nod his head.

"Sorry." he nods his head apologetically to me. 

" it's fine now back the main topic but you noticed it right? the weird things happening to you since you woke up how the sunlight hurts you and how saying the big man's name give you a headache and how you can suddenly hear very well right? "

He nods his head. " Yeah, that's right how did you know? " He says with a shocked look on his face as I state all the things he has been feeling.

" Cause you were reincarnated as a devil. " I say bluntly, and he just looks at me shocked at what I just said.

" A-a d-d-devil right? That's a good joke. " Says issei nervously. "Right?"

" Nope I'm one hundred percent serious you are now a devil. I thought your master that reincarnated you would have filled you in by now of what was going on. " 

We continue to walk as I fill issei in on the details of what is happening to him and the three biblical factions all the way to sacred gears and peerage. The darker it got issei noticed things such as he could see in the dark and could hear things from far away which only made him believe what I was saying more believable. I also told him about his sacred gear and how it is a part of the thirteen Longinus sacred gears created by god and the dangers of wielding one. I'm pretty sure that once the information of the user of the boosted gear gets to heaven there will be some gods that will want me to kill issei as a safety measure. however, I'm keen on keeping him alive mostly because it is issei he is weak, and incompetent for the most part and he also isn't very smart and is easily trusting of others so if I do need to kill him it will be fairly easy to. another thing is that if he does die the boosted gear will go to some else in the world and it could go to some else with a dangerous personality and lofty ambition's causing trouble for the rest of the supernatural and since he is in Japan we can keep a close eye and watch his progress.

' it's kind of funny in all honestly his own weakness is the reason why he is still alive. '

We finally make it to the place I was headed to which was at the fountain in the park that issei got killed at. There are some spots of blood still on the ground from where he was stabbed. I take a seat at the edge of the fountain and look up at the night sky enjoying the cool night air.

"So, all of it is true the supernatural huh." Says issei as he looks at the spots of his blood on the floor accepting his new reality. his fist clench tightly in anger as he remembers what happened at this very spot last night. 

" Yep. " I say as I watch the night sky change to a dark blue and purple all of a sudden. I get off of the fountain in a flash and get in front of issei pushing him behind me as I sense danger. 

" Well, this really is unfortunate that you ran into me of all people. " a man step out of the shadows he has a fedora on his head while wearing a trench coat as he walks towards me and issei stopping a couple meters Infront of us.

' a fallen angel huh not a problem. ' I think to myself as I Crack my knuckles it's been a while since I fought anybody. I look over my shoulder to see issei shaking in fear of this fallen angel as he starts hyperventilating as he looks at the fallen with fear in his eyes.

" Issei calm down he isn't going to harm you since I'm here. " He seems to calm down at my words as he looks at me and nods, his breathing begins to slow down. The fallen angel looks at issei then me.

" Human I'll give you a chance to flee from here I only intend to go after that stray devil cowering behind you. " He says as he points at issei.

" Issei go hide somewhere I'll take of this feathered chicken for you. " I walk towards the fallen angel as issei nods and runs to take cover somewhere in foliage of the park.

The fallen angels eye smirks in amusement as he forms a spear of light in his hands. " it doesn't matter if he hides, I'll find him but first I'll dispose of you if your so intent on protecting that devil scum. " He summons a spear and throws the spear of light to me aiming for my heart. I run towards him becoming a blur as punching the spear of light breaking it easily not stopping as I close the distance fast.

The fallen seemed shocked to see his spear be broken like that but regains his composure and forms another one as he jumps back trying to create distance between us, but it is no use as i close the distance as fast as he makes it. he Slashes the spear of light at me.

I dodge to the side of his spear and punch him multiple times in the ribs hearing the bones in his ribcage break upon impact with my fist. I Then spin on my heel kick him in the chest knocking him back a few meters.

*bwhaa* the fallen angel holds his hand up to his mouth as he throws up blood from his mouth. After being kicked in the chest. He stands back up and eyes me with caution. " you are not a normal human who are you? " He says as he eyes me cautiously now wary of me after that short exchange of blows.

" Just your everyday high school girl. " I say with sarcastic tone in my voice as I take a silly pose and stick my tounge out at him.

"TCH" He forms another spear of light in his hand. " I see I'm not going to get a straight answer out of you am I. " he dashes forward to me sending a horizontal slash. I easily duck under his attack and as I do, he kicks me. I quickly put my guard up blocking it easily while I counter attacking by hitting him in the square in the face knocking him off balance as I send an upper cut to his chin knocking him down while he is off balance.

' Wow this dude is not strong at all I didn't even have to use Tokui or ki. ' Seeing the fallen angel laying on the ground I walk over to issei to make sure he is fine.

He comes running out from where he was hiding. " That was amazing your like super strong. " Issei says visibly excited from watching me fight. " Could you teach how to fight like that? " He says as he throws punches in the air trying to mimic me.

I scratch my chin while looking away not used to compliments. " That was nothing special."

Unknown to me was the fallen angel getting back up and forming another spear of light as he pulled his arm back and hurled the spear at issei stabbing him right through the chest. He collapses on his knees falling to the ground.

' dammit this hurts so much more than when yu- raynare did this is cause I'm a devil now. He thinks as he tries to pull the spear out but stops as it burns his hands upon contact with the spear of light.

" haha yes it must hurt for a devil like you light is pretty much poison for your kind now to finish you off. " He forms another spear of light but stops as he is struck by the power of destruction. In that time, I kneel down and crush the spear of light shattering it and start to heal issei's wound using my Tokui to close his wound. I transferred some of my life energy into his body to speed up the healing process and in the matter of a few seconds his wound from the spear was closed and healed. Once I was done, I look at the new group of people who appeared the teleportation.

" Who the hell did that? " He says angrily as he looks at the group of devils that has appeared.

" Keep your hands off of him. " Says rias gremory in a loud stern voice announcing her Prescence to everyone.

The fallen takes a good look at the devils the one in the middle has long red hair and blue eyes, the one on the left is a small white haired loli and the one on the right is a tall woman with long dark purple hair put into a ponytail.

' She really does have a talent for running late. ' I pull issei up now that he can stand.

the Fallens eyes widen as he realizes who is standing Infront of him. " That red hair your rias gremory. " He looks over to issei who is now standing next to me. " I take it he is your servant. "

" He is and if you bring any harm to him, you will get no mercy from me. " He takes his hat off and starts to brush it off before placing it back on.

" Well, I apologize for the misunderstanding it would be wise to make sure he doesn't wander off otherwise he might not meet somebody as understanding as myself. " He shot a glare my why before quickly leaving.

" Well, I'm done here now that your master is here issei. " I look at rias gremory and he follows my line of sight.

" Wait the one that turned me into a devil is rias gremory. Does that mean she is also a devil? "

Rias and the rest turn to look at me and issei. " Yes, issei that's right I am your master. " She says in a seductive voice causing issei to blush as he looks over at her.

" I promise I will explain everything to you. "

' Yeah, a bit to late I already did that for you. ' I turn around and start to walk away.

" Hikari." She calls my name with a bit of hostility. " You are going to need to explain yourself and why you are in my territory. "

I stop in my tracks and turn to face her and start to think should I just go ahead and reveal myself they are already aware that I am involved I'm the supernatural. *sigh* I scratch my head and nod deciding that hiding anymore is useless.

" Ah fine but if you speak to me like that again I'll make you regret it." I say back to her as I point at rias.

" My my you have quite the mouth on you. " Says akeno as electricity sparks from her hands. And glares at me.

" akeno that is enough. " Says rias to her as akeno bows and takes a step back. With that all of us head over to the occult research club.
