When I died I was full of regret. Never achieved my dream… never really even started my journey towards my goals… I left so much behind… I died alone in an alley stabbed to death… not by an enemy or anything like that… it was all just a coincidence...
Now I am in a void I can't see or feel anything. Then all of a sudden a bright light engulfs me then the next time I am conscious I hear some people talking.
O oh I think I know what this is.
This is… REBIRTH.

Well my new name is Haruto Shimura
I was born in the city of Kuoh… Japan.
Yeah I know right where the DxD plot takes place. Some people might say well… Haruto aren't you just jumping to conclusions, and I would then tell them do you want to die or something.
Are you retarded, are you going to take the chances of it being real or not.
I just got reborn ok, so I am ready to believe in almost anything. I immediately started preparing as soon as I was four months old and started understanding the language and where I am.
I tried to feel my mana. I was able to do so a little before my first birthday and at night before sleep I always expel all my mana before going to sleep.
It might alert the supernatural side of Kuoh but I don't really care cause I am going to raise my power anyway, and I have a baby's mana amount so no matter how much I expel no one is going to notice except if they are specifically looking for me. I have also started running
around to exercise.

I still keep doing that mana expelling and no strange creature has come to my door step yet. And I always do it before sleeping so the devils in town are busy with their contracts and I am really careful and do it slowly a bit at a time.
I still keep running around and have started to show some 'genius' traits to my parents.

I still do the same mana exercise and just running around I really don't want to hurt my body as a kid.
This year my mother Nanami Shimura took me to the park to get to know other kids my age.
And there I surprisingly met a 2 year old Issei. Of course he wasn't a pervert yet so we just built a small sand castle together.
I just kept looking at him trying to sense something or get a hint of him being the Red Dragon Emperor…
But I can't find anything.
Well it doesn't really matter. I don't plan to become his friend anyway, why would I do so when there is no benefit to it.

I look around my room. Which is a normal room. I have a desk, bed, closet and a bookshelf. I take my chair and block the door of my room. No one must be here for what I am about to do next...
I am going to try to check if I have a Sacred Gear.
I really wish I have one… honestly even the weakest ones are better than nothing.
I mean the sacred gears are amazing even the weak ones like Twice Critica arel good, after all doubling your power is an amazing ability. Imagine someone like Sirzechs having twice his power.
Of course that is not how it works.
I believe it works like this for example:
Sirzechs uses Twice Critical, he doesn't get 2x Sirzechs what he gets is Sirzechs + the dragon sealed in the sacred gear... after all that 2x power has to come from somewhere.
I think that is how the Boosted Gear works with Ddraig transferring his original sealed power to Issei. So that means Issei has an absolute max limit of being only as strong as Ddraig by boosting, or using Ddraig's energy to use special attacks, of course he then later gets the ability to use Ophis and Great Reds 'law' power of infinity and dream together with his Ddraig power when he is remade with their flesh and power.
Of course he can only strengthen his attacks with that and not really use their powers directly he can also do a special transformation based on their power. It's pretty much like when he was able to use Albions power but he will lose lifespan if he does that.
The Divine Dividing works kind of different but that is a story for another time.
These are all theories by the way.
There of course are theoretical ways to beat that limit and destroy the seal that is placed in the sacred gear. Even I have one method that should theoretically work.
I don't think anyone has used my method yet in the DxD world.
Anyway as I am in my house which by the way we live in the same neighbourhood as Issei.
My parents are not here but I still blocked my door with the chair just to be safe...
Then I bust out my mana and put all the emotion I can, and I imagine my symbol of strength… which is a gigantic hand… my hand... clasping its fingers around the planet and effortlessly crushing it…. then with a calm voice I say...
" Sacred Gear ACTIVATE."
