"Nice to meet you Koneko-san. My name is Mavros. Feel free to call me Mavros with no honorifics." I said to her, She nodded and sat down next to me. I laid back down and saw she started eating some candy. I closed my eyes and waited for the next class which was Gym.

Walking back home I saw a black haired girl with violet eyes. She ran up to me and started acting all nervous. "Is something the matter?" I asked her.

"Um... I... I have seen you around and I thought you looked kind. I was wondering if you would go out with me?" she asked me.

'Yeah, right I just came into this world today. It's not like I don't recognize you from the anime either Raynare.' I thought. '[Observe]' I thought staring at her.

"Oh, sorry my name is Yuuma Amano." She told me.

"Do you even know my name?" I asked her.

"Um.. no... I saw you around and thought you were kind and wanted to date you." She told me. I sighed at how bad her acting came undone when I instantly didn't accept.

"Yuuma-san my name is Mavros Haru. I won't date you because I don't even know you." I told her making her tear up. 'Well, I do from the anime but that's not the point.' I thought.

"I'm sorry maybe there is someone else for you. I need to go now." I said while walking toward my house. I had my guard up just in case she tried something.

When I walked around the corner heading toward my house. I noticed that I didn't hear anyone. I sighed and looked up at the sky.

The sky had a red tint to it and I assumed it was a way for the Supernatural to hide attacks from mortals.

I started turning around when I was hit in the shoulder by a spear of light. I screamed because I wasn't suspecting an attack just yet.

Also, even if I have an immortal body I still feel pain, and even if I'm resistant to holy. I grit my teeth and pull the light spear out of my shoulder.

My shoulder wound started healing but it was still covered in blood covering the hole in my shoulder.

I turned toward the direction of the lance and I saw Yuuma or her real name Raynare looking a bit different. She looked taller and her school outfit changed. She now had on changed a black leather outfit that barely covered anything.

"How are you alive? That should have killed any normal human even if it hit your shoulder." she said with a look of shock on her face.

"That is a secret Raynare." I told her making shock appear on her face until it turned to a scowl.

"You knew who I was from the start and you made a full of me. I had to act like a lovesick schoolgirl. I WILL KILL YOU." she said.

She started forming spears of light and launching them toward me. I didn't dodge I stayed there and grit my teeth, so I wouldn't scream in pain.

While the spears were heading for me I slowly started using Snatch to steal her strength. When the spears hit me they skewered me like a pincushion causing me to fly into the ground.

"Hahahaha, you were weak after all. You couldn't even react in time for a few spears." she said while laughing.

"Well, I guess I'm done here." she said while trying to fly away. Her body failed her and she collapsed to the ground. "Why... do I feel so weak?" she weakly said.

"That would be my doing." I said while still pin-cushioned. She looked in my direction in screamed because I should be dead and from her point of view, I might as well be a zombie. "HEY, no screaming I'm the one looking like a porcupine." I said to her.

"How are you alive and why can't I move?" she asked me with fear in her eyes.

"I'm alive because I'm immortal. You can't move because I stole your strength from you." I told her while breaking the light spears with my new strength and pulling myself up from the ground.

"You know your strength was weak. I was suspecting stealing your strength would tax my body but my strength only doubled. Well, you still need strength to even move, so I guess that strength was important. You probably focused on your magic strength didn't you?" I said to her.

"Don't kill me please." she started begging with tears in her eyes.

"Now why should I do that? You tried killing me because I told you I wouldn't go out with you. What makes you worthy of mercy?" I asked her.

"I'm sorry please. I'll leave you alone." she started begging me full-on crying on me. "

How about I let you live but I take your magic from you. Light manipulation sounds like an awesome ability." I told her while walking toward her.

"No, please don't take my magic. It's all I have." she said trying to make me stop.

"You should have thought of that before attacking me." I told her while reaching for my hand toward her head. Right before I grabbed her though I was blasted by another spear of light.

"Raynare you couldn't even handle one human. What a shame." a middle-aged man with a black fedora said.

"Dohnaseek grab me now and fly away before he gets back up. We need to run from him. He can steal our strength and abilities from us." Raynare told Dohnaseek.

Dohnaseek after being told about my strength stealing ability started squeezing his hand close and opening it. He was noticing he was getting weaker.
