Chapter 3

I was currently sitting criss-cross on a flat rock meditating. I feel the natural energy in the air and flowing within me. I focus my Ki to my hands and perform a rapid succession of hand signs.

"Wood Style: Navy of trees!" I said as I slammed my hands onto the ground and 3 feet ahead of me a large forest emerged from the ground. I grin as I feel the natural energy flowing through them.

Once I started training in senjutsu I began to study wood magic so that I could have a good understanding on what to do. Why would I choose wood magic? That's easy, Hashirama from Naruto. He learned and mastered sage art by himself using wood style to help him felter out nature chakra from the air. So I thought if he could do that why can't I do something similar.

It took me a little more than 3 years to finally use senjutsu. Learning Senjutsu and Youjutsu without being a yokai is almost impossible, especially if you are human. To even begin thinking about using either of them you first must be a master in both Ki and Chi because without mastery in either of them basically guarantees your failure.

It took me at least 2 and half years to master them both after during intense physical training and meditation. For training in Ki you would need to exercise until the body gives out and continues on. Master had me train my body by climbing up the mountain surrounding us while carrying a stone statue at least twice my size to the top with just using Ki and then running down the mountain blindfolded to increase my sensory abilities. As for training in Chi master had me meditate in the places where there is high concentration of natural energy using Chi to wash out the negative energies of the world. It was long and grueling but the training was worth it when I unlocked my touki.

That's right I unlock touki before reaching my 20s. The only person who I know of from cannon who accomplished the same thing was Sairaorg. I felt pride in that achievement, though I haven't mastered it yet since I unlocked it 6 months ago. Touki was basically a combination of Ki and Chi on steroids.

I have to explain touki. I would describe it as similar to 'Aura' from RWBY. So when one activates ones touki they are enveloped by their own lifeforce or soul which strengthens ,protects and heals them. Though does that mean that there's a possibility that I might unlock a semblance? A thing to look into.

When I thought about that I started to experiment with it. Touki was never really explored thoroughly in cannon so I thought I could find something or recreate abilities from other anime. During my time experimenting with touki I recreated the martial arts used by the marines in 'One Piece ' Rokushiki. When I developed those techniques I tried recreating other techniques or powers from other anime from my past life.

Which led me to finding a way to increase my sensory abilities by using wood magic. By using the roots of trees as medians I can expand my Ki through them I can sense anyone if they are near trees. Though my discoveries might not be anything game changing it's proof enough that there are still many more ways to grow strong than I originally thought.

Anyway I also spent the last 6 months trying to use Senjutsu and Youjutsu. Youjutsu was significantly easier to use since it's sending one's Chi to interfere with the target's senses to create illusions. I had enough experiences with Youjutsu because Bikou kept putting me in illusions that would haught me for the rest of the days.

Learning Senjutsu was the problem for me. The reason why there aren't many users was because it directly involves natural energy. With Youjutsu it was to send your own Chi to create illusions. While senjutsu was basically using Ki to give natural energy physical form such as the basic elements. Since natural energy has so many negative emotions you first have to purge all the negative emotions using your Chi than using Ki along with natural energy to give it physical form. It was an extremely delicate process, one wrong move and you could go insane.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when I sensed a familiar aura coming my way in highspeeds. I immediately got out Sky Piecer from the storage space I created to well store it. Something came out of the bushes and attacked me. I immediately blocked it with Sky Piercer. My opponent was smiling like the crazy battle maniac he was.

"Hey there Bikou." I said as I pushed him a few feet away from me.

Bikou looked at the forest I created and grinned at me. "So you finally did it." Bikou said and I nodded. "Great job now I can't wait to fight you now!"

"Yeah I know but why do you need it?" I asked absentmindedly while looking at the golden aura surrounding my friend. Huh so this is what a senjutsu user looks like.

"Gramps as a visitor he would like you to meet." Biko said

"Wait he's back from the errand from Lord Indra's." I asked curiously while cursing internally. I knew there might be a chance in meeting Indra due to the master's connection with the Hindu faction. I have been lucky these past 4 years but sooner or later my luck might run out.

Though master often complains that he is just an errand boy for Indra he carries them out faithfully. Even with all his complaining he does praise that Indra is a good man with a devious side. I however do not share master's sentiments. Indra used canon Cao-Cao as a pawn after naming him master's heir to 'Indra's Vanguard'. For his plan to start a war just to fight Shiva.

Even if I never met I know that he knows who I am and that I'm the current wielder of the True Longinus. That's not the only thing, if I remember he could see people's aura basically allows him to understand a person and their motivations. He can easily manipulate me to become his vanguard. Like hell I'm going to be someone's pawn just to start a war to fight 1 guy.I want to avoid meeting him at all costs.

"Who is the master's guest who wants to see me?" I asked curiously hoping against odds it wasn't who I thought it was

"Members from Grauzauberer." Bikou said

I sighed in relief but that raises more questions. During the past 4 years since master allowed me to check-out grimoires from Grauzauberer. I never had any contact with anyone from Grauzauberer except for checking-out and returning grimoires.

Master hasn't caused any problems for them. So why are they here?

As me and Bikou walked up to master's hut I was thinking about my future. I know my goal but not how to achieve it. The outline for my plan is using my canon knowledge to gain favors with the supernatural factions. Yet I know they wouldn't do much for a no name even if I'm the wielder of the True Longinus.

Should I join the Church to make contact with Jeanne and Siegfried? Should I find the team Slash Dog. See if Valerie Tepes is already in the hands of Riverzism and Qlippoth. And where the fuck is Leornardo and Hercules In fact how long do I got until canon starts? Canon never really specified The Hero Faction's ages or anyone outside the Gremory's group ages.

When me and Bikou arrived at master's hut I saw 3 people with him. One was a middle aged man wearing a red and blue costume with heteromatic eyes of the same color. When he looked at me and sent me a smile the sent shivers down my spine.

There were 2 children with him. There was a boy with spiky brown hair and rectangular glasses with an air of seriousness. 'Is that George?' I asked myself. I looked at the girl to his right. She had beautiful blonde hair along with brilliant blue eyes. She was wearing a blue dress along with a witch's hat. She sent me a beautiful innocent smile along with a wave. I felt a blush on my face. I shook it off my head. 'I feel like I should know her'

"Took your sweet time Cao-Cao. Yet me introduce our guests. This old bat is Mephisto Pheles and his 2 apprentices George Fraust and Lavinia Reni." Master said.

As I sat down I wondered if I was lucky to meet up with 2 potential recruits. One was a member of the original member of the Hero faction the other a member of Team Slash Dog. I looked at Mephisto Pheles who was the embodiment of the deceit and cunning nature of Devils.

"So this is him. What an interesting specimen." Mephisto Pheles said as I tensed up not liking the creepy air around him.

"So much light in a human body. More so than the most blessed of Saints and a few angels do not have as much as you. Though that is expected of course to do to your longinus." I tensed up as he just took a sip of his tea. "As a devil I feel violated just by being near you." Mephisto Pheles said

'That's my line you creepy bastard!' I yelled in my mind. Mephisto Pheles just raises an eyebrow probably knowing what's going on inside my head. While George and Lavinia looked at me curiously. I looked at him with warily eyes, I knew the moment master introduce him to me he would immediately figure about the True Longinus

During my studies about the supernatural Mephisto Pheles is one of the oldest living devils. He alongside Zekram Bael could be considered the unseen leaders of the underworld. Zekram rules the noble house while Mephisto Pheles rules the extra demons. He's dangerous not only is he on par with the old mao's but of his knowledge that not even Ajuka Beelzble could match.

Well that's what the lazy dragon, Yu-Long, told me about him.

"It seems you will live an interesting life Cao-Cao." Mephisto Pheles said as I nodded. "Be sure to entertain me."

I stared at him dumbfounded; he only saw me as someone who could entertain him in the future.

"Any way you children should play me and Sun-Wukong have some catching up to do." Mephisto Pheles as he sho me, Bikou, George and Lavinia to leave with his hand.

Me and Bikou nodded as we took George and Lavinia to the gardens. George didn't look interested at the gardens but was trying to create a hole through my head with his stare. While Lavinia was chatting with Bikou and me as if we were best friends.

"So Cao-chan what do you usually do on this Mountain?" Lavinia asked. 'Wait Cao-chan?' I thought as she grabbed my right arm and put it right between her breasts. I tried to ignore it but damn it, I know she was oblivious to her beauty and touchy. Yet I couldn't believe that a 12 or 13 year old could be this beautiful or cute. She looked at me with her beautiful eyes and cute face. No Cao-Cao don't you dare use lose your common sense at the first beautiful girl who took notice of you. Wait a couple of years first. Wait no!

"Eat, train and sleep." I said as I fought down a blush and reorganized my thoughts as I looked away from Lavinia.

"Ehhh, that's all? Isn't that boring!? A boy your age should be having fun." Lavinia shouted at me as if she was my mother or older sister. While glaring at me which to be honest was a combination of both frightening and cute at the same time. No wonder she had Vali and Tobi under her thumbs.

"That's the life of a monk." I said trying to ignore the sensation of my arm between her breasts.

"Cao-Cao as in the ancient Chinese Warlord." George said and I looked at him and nodded

"Yeah I'm his descendant." I said

"Huh, what a coincidence I'm the descendent of John Fraust." George said as I nodded.

"I figured because of your last name. Though I don't have room to talk since I'm literally named after my own." I said.

"According to master you have a strong affinity for light magic and that you have enough of the light element that surpasses most Saints and rivals some angels so that means…"

"You must possess either the Seropth Graal, Incinerate Anthem or the True Longinus." Lavinia finished George's sentence

"So which one is it?" George asked as he tilted his glasses like a villain.

"Whoa you two smart he has.." I ribbed Bikou before blurting out my secret

"Sorry but I can't tell you. I only willingly tell people that I trust. I'm sorry." I said as I bowed

"There's no need for me and Lavinia both have Longinus. I have Dimension Lost." George said

"While I have Absolute Demise." Lavinia said

"Sorry, I still can't tell you because you might become a target and I don't want everyone to know my trump card for as long as I can keep it." I said with a apologetic smile

"That's very pragmatic of you. I can respect that maybe in the future." George said as I nodded

"Cao-chan." Lavinia apologize

"It's okay maybe in the future." I said

"So anyway what are your plans for the future? By what teacher said you are going to live an interesting life, so what are your plans?" George asked

"I wish to protect people like us." I said which got me confused looks from both George and Lavinia. "I want to protect people who had no choice but were forced into the supernatural world. Sacred Gears users who just want to live a normal life force to fight just to survive. The Biblical God created the Sacred Gears to help humans fight back against the supernatural beings so that humans can be considered equals among the supernatural. What a joke we all know that Sacred Gears users are treated as nothing more than tools. The Church sees us as tools to bolster their ranks alongside the Grigori. The Devil steals the potential of humans by recarnating them as devils. The Biblical God created the Sacred Gears system so that humans can fight supernatural beings on equal footing yet we are scattered throughout the world and forced to serve under the supernatural beings. I wish to unite people like that so we can protect each other so that we can have a semblance of a normal life." I said as I took a moment to look at my audience and they were enraptured by me. I breathed in and than continued

"Those are not the only people I wish to protect. I once heard of a story of a girl who was a half-breed fallen angel who was born out of love. She was hated by her mother's clan and by the fallen angels alike. Later on her mother was killed by her clan and the little girl was forced to live on the run." I looked up to the sky and continued, "After hearing about that story I wonder if there are any more people like that. People who were born halfbreeds and were mistreated by one or both sides. How many are forced to live on the run?"

I looked at them with determination about my dreams.

"I wish to create a safe haven for the out-casts of the supernatural world so that they can live in peace. No matter what obstacles I face I will achieve my dream even if I have to fight Great Red or Ophis myself." I said and I looked at my audience.

I saw Bikou jaw drop at my proclamation even though he heard it a thousand times. George had a look of reverence. He looked like he was about to kneel down and utter his undying loyalty to me. Dam Cao-Cao wait isn't it my charisma doing the magic? Nah I was an ordinary antisocial guy.

I looked at Lavinia who was wiping away tears. Her eyes looked like they were sparkling as she looked at me with red cheeks. Wait is she blushing?

Lavinia lunged forward at me with unnatural speed and hugged me tightly.

"Waaaah that's incredible Cao-chan! You're amazing!" Lavinia cried in my chest. I knew my speech about half-breeds strung a cord in her because of Vali but I didn't expect this!

I felt something on my chest and I looked down to see her breast being squished into my chest. I felt a blush coming. Damn it where is that mature and innocent beauty from canon. She is currently acting like Serafall. To be fair she is just a kid. 'I wonder what that says about Serafall.'

Not good at the current rate I'm going. I'm going to become a useless pervert!

"Lavinia can please let go of me." I said as I tried to pry her arms off me.

"Only if you call me Lavi! Say it Lavi!" She shouted.

I sighed, "Very well. Can you please let go of me Lavi." I said

"Yeeaahh" Lavi said as she slowly got off me.

"Now that this is over I agree with Lavi. I could never imagine someone would have that ambition. It's incredible!" George said

"Yeah that's one cool dream dude." Bikou said

"I know it sounds impossible but 1 day I will achieve my dream." I said with a confident smile on my face.

"Cao-chan if you need any help you just need to call me." Lavi said

"Me too. I will try help as best I can but my main responsibility is with the Grauzauberer." George said as I nodded at that.

I can tell I sold him on my dream yet he seems conflicted to join me fully the same goes for Lavi. That's okay I made the connection, I'll give them a few years to decide whether they want to join or not.

"Now that the serious talk is over let's have some fun!" Bikou said

So we spent the rest of our time talking about anything. I talked about my hobbies, favorite food and places I wish to go with Lavi. As for George we mostly talked about magic theory and some spells I wish to create in the future.

At the end of the day we were all exhausted and it was finally time for Lavi and George to leave.

"Send me lots of letters Cao-chan!" Lavi said as she innocently kissed my cheek. My face immediately went crimson red. I could hear the 2 dam monkeys and Mephisto laughing at my blushing face.

I said goodbye to George and Lavi as they teleported away.

"She's cute and I bet you she will become quite the looker in the future. If you play your cards right you might lose your v-card with her in a few years." The perverted monkey I call master said. I whipped out the True Longinus and ran after him trying to kill him as I heard Bikou laugh his ass off at me.

But that's how I met 2 future companions.

[2 years later]

Sun-Wukong the oldest Sage of the world was currently looking at his star pupil saying good-bye to his descendent Bikou. The brat turned 14 last month and he grew well. His muscles were well tone fit for a body that met to balance out speed and strength. His pitch black hair and piercing blue eyes were enough to yet the lady swoon. He was currently wearing a chinese attire with a gakuran. 'Brats these days have no sense of fashion.'

'He grew up well' The Sage thought fondly.

The old monkey could definitely say that Cao-Cao made him proud. He took Cao-Cao on a whim. Even as a snort nose brat he could see ambition, determination and potential, enormous potential. He could probably say that Cao-Cao was the best student he ever had out of the countless humans and youkai he took under his wing.

He learned everything he taught to near perfection, of course he didn't teach him everything some techniques are for family only. Yet that didn't stop the brat for experimenting and creating techniques on his own. Some of which even rival or surpass some of his family's techniques.

"Master this is it." The brat said as he bow his head down in gratitude,"I thank you for everything you have taught me."

"No need Cao-Cao whether with me or without you would have realized your true potential on your own." I said

"Even so I thank you for taking me in and training me." Cao-Cao said

'What a polite one' "I'm proud of you Cao-Cao now go to fulfill your dream." I said

"Take care buddy don't forget you have home right here." Bikou said with a sad face saying good-bye to the friend he saw as a brother.

"I will. Take care brother." Cao-Cao said, "Come forth Kin'to" A magic cloud appear in front of Cao-Cao and he jumped on it. "See ya."

"Oi before I forget, lose your v-card sooner rather than later!" I tease my student one last time in a while. I watched a blush appeared on his face as he nearly fell off his cloud

"Fuucckk you master!!" Cao-Cao called out

'Shishishi' Watch out world a new player is on the board.
