Chapter 87

"I didn't know you'd actually manage it." Akeno was the first to speak to Damian in quite a while, dried tears covering her cheeks as she wore the same angelic apparel as the two of them. It had taken a long while for her to calm down and even now she didn't want to let go of Shuri.

As soon as she had received Damian's message she had run over, even skipping her contracts for the day. Luckily, Rias was more than understanding and had dealt with it all skillfully. It was times like this Akeno was glad her King was such a caring and smart person.

"It wasn't overly difficult so don't feel pressured," Damian replied casually, a sincere smile on his face as he looked at the two embracing. Although Shuri looked noticeably older they still seemed almost identical.

"You're going to make me fall for you if you keep this up." Akeno jokingly replied with a chuckle, her voice nasally from all her tears. Despite her words, she was sure she was already halfway there. How could she not like him even a little after he returned her mother to her?

"Then I guess I should keep going." Damian teased with a smile, Akeno and her mother chuckling at his bold joke that wasn't much of a joke. Damian wouldn't go as far as to say he loved her but her perseverance in trying to 'fix' him was enough for him to appreciate her.

"Baraqiel will be happy to hear you have a good partner Akeno." Shuri said, the smile on Akeno's face instantly wiped away. This was the start of the second half of Damian's plan to deal with Akeno's issues.

"Mom, don't talk about him." Akeno desperately tried to restrain herself from sounding too frigid but her tone still made it abundantly clear that her relationship with Baraqiel wasn't good let alone what Shuri remembered.

"Akeno… what's the matter?" The gentle tone of Shuri was exactly why Damian had left this task up to her. No matter how eloquent he was or how good he could manipulate her emotions he could never compare to her mother.

"He wasn't there Mom? How am I supposed to forgive him for letting you die?!" Emotionally shouting, Akeno cried even harder than she had when she met her mother again. Pulling her daughter closer, Shuri softly hummed for her child.

"Don't blame your father too much. He blames himself enough already." Shuri requested softly, her gentle tone worming its way into Akeno's heart. Baraqiel was, as far as Damian knew, an emotional man. If his wife was killed while he wasn't home he would blame nobody but himself.

Adding Akeno's hatred of the man it was a miracle he hadn't taken his own life to atone already though somebody in his position couldn't do that anyway. No matter how much he wanted to, Azazel and the other Cadre wouldn't just let him die. He was a leader and a brother after all.

"But… but…" For the first time since Damian had seen her, Akeno didn't know how to retort. It was obvious to her by now that Baraqiel wasn't at fault but she needed somebody to blame or she'd blame herself.

She could blame the Five Principal Clans for not stopping the people that murdered her mother and she could blame the supernatural world itself. But to this day, she blames Baraqiel the most because he said he'd protect them from everything, that he'd be there. And then he wasn't.

"But nothing. Your father failed us but we can't blame him. You've failed by now, haven't you? I doubt you'd appreciate others blaming you for something you couldn't control. Especially if it was eating you away inside." Shuri rebuked her child gently.

"Alright." Akeno agreed weakly, her head cushioned in the familiar yet alien sensation of her mother's breast. Despite her agreement, however, it was obvious her hatred wasn't gone. It may have dimmed slightly but it still burned brightly.

But how could it not? No matter who said it, anger that lasted so long couldn't be thrown away so easily. Damian would know although he wasn't the best example. Yes, he took revenge for his parents but at the same time, it was sex that made him come back to his senses so…

"Now, I think it's a good time for your punishment, don't you?" Shuri abruptly spoke, pulling Akeno forward with ease and resting her daughter over her knees like she would a disobedient child. Though, to Shuri that may be what Akeno was.

"Huh?" Akeno squeaked in surprise as her skirt was pulled up to reveal her plump ass and her panties pulled down to reveal her clean shaven garden. If it weren't for Damian's mental interference magic the entire store would have seen something amazing.

Spanking her daughter Shuri obviously took pleasure from the way Akeno squealed under her touch and how Akeno's supple ass rippled like waves with each smack. It was an amazing ass, it truly was. And Shuri would have fun with it.

"Should I leave?" Damian asked awkwardly, his hand raised like a shy schoolboy. As nice as Akeno's ass may be, it felt wrong to watch a mother punish their child even if both mother and child were deriving sexual pleasure from the experience.

"No, it's fine. Look, Akeno seems to be enjoying you watching." Shuri spoke huskily, her hand raised for Damian to see the lines of clear liquid dangling across her fingers thickly like a spider's web.

Nodding his head awkwardly, Damian was forced to watch as Akeno was punished by her mother. It was only when Akeno's poor butt was a terrifying shade of crimson that was even deeper than Rias' hair that Shuri decided to stop.

"That was fun, right Akeno?" Shuri spoke excitedly, a slight gleam covering her skin as she wiped off her completely soaked fingers. Placing her daughter down on her meaty cheeks, Akeno hissed in pain and pleasure.

"Mhm." Humming in agreement, Akeno didn't feel like it was a punishment at all. Her mind was hazy from all the pleasure but she could already imagine doing something even more intense with somebody else at the table.

'Rias, this family is scary.' Damian murmured inwardly with a fake smile on his face.
