Dungeon Raider System

The Mayan ceremonial dagger had an inscription in the ancient language that read: "Offer thy heart". It's obviously an instruction left by the past inhabitants of this forgotten place, but who would be stupid enough to stab himself in the heart with a rusty old knife found inside a tombstone? After activating my battery pack the dagger shimmers brightly in a cyan light, the creatures are coming, I can hear their steps. 'It's do or die.'

Crossing the pond Part 3

Luna rushed in to check up on Uriel and the first thing she did was to smell him suspecting he might have been poisoned. She then took her pulse and opened his eyelids to examine his pupils with a flashlight.

"He's just asleep." Luna informed without showing concern or relief in her accustomed aloof face.

"You don't say." Nika facepalmed as Uriel was snoring loudly enough for everyone to know it already.

"I just said it." Luna replied unblinking.

"Why isn't he waking up?" Nika insisted.

"Oh, I don't know. Maybe he's just tired." Although Luna's reply may have seemed obvious, it was actually helpful as it reminded Nika that she was able to check on Uriel's energy level by taking a peek on his smartphone.

She hesitated a few seconds before melting with his shadow, but did so anyway since she was worried about his safety. It wasn't rare for him to sleep whenever he had the chance, but he would always wake up at the first attempt.
