And So It Begins...

It is at this moment he notice something. This happened previously too, when he was talking to the god that his a herald to. One moment it was speaking in some foreign language but after a tap from the back of his head by its weird appendages, he could understand it.

"... We are are willing to do anything if you spare our lives!" the goblin spoke once more.

Adam notice that while the goblins mouth moved, its movement did not exactly corelate to the words its saying. By tracing the movements of its mouth, it feels like it is still speaking the same gibberish it was speaking when he first met them but the words in his head is English.

Bewildered by what was going on, Adam asked in his mind "X-32, why is it that I can understand what it says?"

"Beep, your has been given a permanent buff by Lord Bahamut previously that automatically will translate foreign language to and fro." The voice of X-32 echoed in his mind.

"Ahhhh so that's why... I guess that is why it wasn't listed as a skill." Adam said quietly.

Knowing that what he says now will automatically translate to the language of whom he is talking to, he faced the goblin who was still kneeling on the floor and started wondering what to do with them when it hit him.

It was his mission to set up the dungeon for the Lord of Chaos. The dungeon is meant as a testing ground to bless those who are worthy. That means, not only must the dungeon be sufficiently grand to match his Lord as nobody is going to worship a God that is parade in a dingy shack, but also have monsters and minions challenging enough for the challengers.

He needs manpower.

Even with his summon ability, he could only summon once a day and the fact that even with a gaurantee rare and above summoning chance, he still got the lowest tier possible, who knows what garbage he might pull in his hundreads of summons.

But, if he have a tiny dedicated coalition of goblins to assist and facilitate, things might become easier for him to handle in the short run as well as in the long run.

Looking at the bunch of goblins, he notes that there is 13 goblins in total, 6 of them are still babies, 3 of them are female children while the other 4 are male children. The children goblins should be already a bout the age and size to do minor chores and task.

"This might work out..." Adam spoke as he stared at the goblin.

Hearing that the man infront of him has spoken in goblin tongue, Ha'kash, Tokkie and the goblins themself were caught off guard.

"Wow master wow. You cannot fend yourself against a mere goblin brute but you can speak their tongue. Was your actual intent to make love and not war with them?" Ha'kash teased as all of them try to cope with this new information.

After rolling his eyes, Adam continued speaking while staring at the goblin," I am the Herald of Chaos, the master of this dungeon. I happen to be in need of helpers to rebuilt this place and since you said anything..."

"We are willing!" afew of the goblin children who were listening intently to his speech immediately said in unison as they all kowtow to him.

"Good, since you spoke for your breathen earlier, I shall appoint you as the leader of the goblins, what is your name?" Adam asked.

"I... We... Goblins aren't given names until their 1st kill. Non of us have gotten our 1st kill yet... Master" The goblin spoke.

"Ah, if that's the case, it won't do for me to just go around calling you eh. From today onwards, I shall call you... Err... Gobu!" Adam said as he thought hard on a name to give it but all he could conjure was the digimon called goburimon in his head and thus the name Gobu.

" Gobu?! Thank you master!" The goblin now named Gobu said.

" Alright, is there a place we can all rest and talk Gobu?" Adam asked. Seeing how this was literally it's home, the person who would know the place best would noneother be Gobu.

"Yes! Follow me!" Gobu said as he lead the way forward.

Thoughout their whole interaction, both Tokkie and Ha'kash stood there bewildered at them speaking in goblin tongue. Even as the witness the whole thing happening in front of their very eyes, they could not believe what was happening.

Yo, didn't you say you just came to this world? How on earth do you know goblin language?

However, even with disbelief in their minds, they still followed Adam forward lead by the goblin Gobu. Ha'kash's hands were however firmly nearby his swords on standby to react at a moments notice. While he isn't particularly afraid of a gang of 13 goblin children or whatever traps they might activate, being cautious and prepared are both key towards survival.

It didn't take long for them to exit the ruins and enter an untouch part of the goblin settlement. Infront of them was another shady shack but this one was at least twice as large as those around him.

Pushing the blinders open, they were greated by a caveman like setting with an ashen filled campfire in the middle and a series of rocks around it and another rock at least 3 times the norm placed at the 12pm marker. Clearly, this was most probably the residence well and that is the sitting of the goblin brute.

"Now that that has been taken care off, perhaps we should all sit down and discuss a few matters?" Adam said as he looked at everyone.

"Yeah" Tokkie said as she made herself comfortable amidst one of the rocks facing the campfire. Ha'kash and the goblin followed suite not long after.

"Alright then, now that everyone is comfortable, let me be honest, you should all know by now that I am not off this word and all I want to do is to just kinda go home, but seeing that I am here and it is apparently my duty to set up this dungeon for the Lord of Chaos, I would wager that my ticket home is related to the completion of my task... Am I correct X-32?" Adam asked.

" Beep, that is not wrong" X-32 replied in a voice loud enough to be heard by all.

" Not wrong? Okay , I'm just going to take that as a yes. Anyways, if I am going to do this, I am going to do this right. There is afew things that we need to do to make this happen. First, the dungeon needs to be set up. Second the trials need to be set up. Third we need to spread our name far and wide without making those from the other religion to kill us all before we get enough manpower to defend ourself." Adam said with a stern face.

" Alright, anyone has any ideas?! " Adam continues with a question to everyone else.
