The boss in the form of Rui’s shadow activated a skill. Tan remembered the skill Rui received from the auction house. They helped him bid for that goblin card with a huge sum of money.

The boss stood there beside the harp. Rui’s shadow started playing it. Once the sound from the harp spread, the true power of Eternal Sonata… appeared from a dimensional tear appearing above them.

Hundreds of bright dots appeared above. Countless numbers of beams hit the ground in a great area, causing heavy damage, as to be expected from a Limit Break level enemy. They were lucky that they were not together. The damage caused was not consecutive. So, Blanche had some HP left, though not much.

Lin quickly healed the party’s only tank and in that same second, Tan and Kelvin… started the plan. While their friends could still hold the enemy.

“Destiny Command!” Tan initiated.

“Destiny Command!” Kelvin used the same skill but when they resolved, what they hoped to see was not there.
