7 nine: When there's no place to go

Dae Ju's body was still lying on the bed when he got his special visitors. Yeon Hoon and Lina were there to visit him. Lina was hesitating to go inside as some people were watching over him. Looks like they are his bodyguard and they are here to protect their idol after what happened some days ago. Yeon Hoon and Lina, both of them were wearing a mask so their faces were not seen properly.

"Who is she?" a guard asked Yeon Hoon.

"She is my cousin. She is a big fan of him and she wanted to meet him. I am also here to visit him." he told a simple lie to the guards.

"Don't take much time. Outsiders are not allowed but we are giving you a chance. Come back within ten minutes." another guard said. They were standing in front of the room where Dae Ju's body was kept. He was looking just like a sleeping prince. Though the room was neat and clean, his attractive look didn't let anything to attract anyone's eye. A machine was set just beside his bed for checking his pressure and oxygen level.

"Come inside!" Yeon Hoon said to Lina. He was afraid because he didn't tell anyone about this. If the manager finds out, he will scold him and tell him to leave immediately. Yeon Hoon wanted to come some days ago but their manager didn't permit him. That's why he came here secretly. Lina went inside and stood beside Dae Ju's bed.

"Hello!" she said.

"He can't see you. You don't need to be that polite." Yeon Hoon whispered in her ears.

"Ah! You are right. Then what should I do now?" Lina looked at Yeon Hoon with a worried face.

"Whatever you want! Though he can't see you I am sure he can hear you. Tell him whatever you want and try to comfort him by your words." he also looked at her then he looked at the body. Maybe he loses his weight so he was looking more thinner than before.

"Dae Ju-sshi! No, Oppa!" she looked at Yeon Hoon by saying this to get sure if she was doing right or not. Hearing her, he felt jealous of Dae Ju because he knows that Lina can never call him as Oppa. He looked at her with his hurt eyes but he didn't tell her anything.

"Oppa! I know you are not feeling okay. I am extremely sorry for that. But I really like you a lot. I really love your songs. It's really refreshing to watch you on TV. So, get well soon. I need you. We all need you. I am your poor fan who could never come to any fan meeting because I don't have money. But, I support you from behind and I will always. I know your days are not going well but I am sure you will get back your happy days.

As I said, I am not a lucky millionaire fan. So, I couldn't bring any gifts for you. But I want to give you something. I don't know if you like it or not." saying this she went close to him. She pulls off her necklace which Dae Ju gave her before. There were Lina and the original Dae Ju's photo inside the heart. She wanted to put it on his neck but how she couldn't find the way. She sat down on the floor beside Dae Ju's body and searching a way to put it on him.

"Give it to me. I will make him wear it." Yeon Hoon also comes to the body and said to Lina. She gave him the thin chain with the locket though she knows she was not doing right. But she thought what if she gave it to her dream man? She thought it was a cheap one so she didn't hesitate to give it and also she thought she will forget about her married life with her husband. So, actually she was giving him all the pain she has, with the necklace. Yeon Hoon took the necklace and put it on Dae Ju's neck. He hid it under his shirt so that nobody could see it.

"Let's go now." he was afraid if someone came and saw him here, it will be trouble for him.

"Can I touch him just for once?" Lina asked like she was begging him. Finding her cute, he couldn't forbid her.

"Sure! But hurry up! We should leave!" said and looked at her. She didn't hesitate after listening to him. She grabs his hand and puts it on her cheek. She closed her eyes. She kissed his hand and said with a very little voice so that nobody could hear her.

"I love you." Looks like she was dreaming but someone was there who couldn't bear it anymore. He hears her to say that and after he hear that he regret his life decision. If he didn't tell her about him, it could never happen.

"Noona! Let's go! Maybe someone is coming!" he said and went to her.

"Oh? Okay." she left his hand and stood up. Both of them put their mask on and came outside.

"Please, don't tell anyone that we came." Yeon Hoon begged to the guards. And since he was like their child so they couldn't say no to him. He is very cute when he asked for something. So, finding him cute one of them laughed and told,

"Okay, We won't tell anyone about you."

"Thank you! Thank you!" expressing that he was very grateful he looked at Lina and told her with his eyes to follow him.

When they reached his home, his mom was working in the kitchen. When she saw her son came back she gets happy but when she saw that his friend was also with him, her smile vanished. She likes Lina but who wants to feed and take care of others without getting something back for a long time? That's why she thinks that Lina should leave. She has another fear in her mind because of her grown up son. Though Lina is a good girl she should not get too close with her son. It's okay if she is his friend but how long it would take to become more than a friend? She thought Yeon Hoon went with her because he is gonna left her in her house but seeing her with him, she felt disappointed and a little angry with both of them.

"Hoon-ah! Come here. I need to talk with you." she called her son and went to the kitchen again. Yeon Hoon thought that his mom was gonna ask him about today's menu. But something else was waiting for him and he doesn't know about it.

"Noona! Go upstairs. I will come soon!" he sent Lina to his room and went to the kitchen.

"What mom?" he was happy when he entered inside.

"How long she is gonna stay here?" his mom whispered and said.

"Why?" he surprised by her sudden question.

"I mean, doesn't she has any home? She should go to her own house! Until when she is gonna live here?" she asked. Now, her voice was not that low.

"Ah! She was sick, mom! She has a home and she will go. But let her stay here for a few days more! She just came here yesterday!" he was saying this with a smile and wants to make her understand.

"Yes, I know but I think she gets better than before and she can go now! Why you are taking her side?" Now the environment becomes heavier than before.

"Mom! What's your problem with her? Did she come to fight you? Or she looks like a villain to you?" he asked and now his voice also increased. It was true that she didn't come to fight her but it was true that she thinks the evil got the prettier face and she was afraid if she took his son away from her through her son is not old enough.

"No! I didn't say anything like that! I said....Just tell me why you keep taking her side? Don't you think you are doing too much? You keep glued to her since she came here! You didn't even come out from that room except for having a meal! I mean, I know she is a guest but it doesn't mean that you have to stay with her for all time! You have your mom, dad, younger sister! You can also spend some time with us too! But, no! You are glued with her!" she was exposing her all anger on him.

"You are suspecting us! Wow! Daebak! Seriously mom! I didn't expect this from you! And if you're asking for my time, then when did you get time for me? Tell me! Whenever I came to you, you just keep busy in talking with your friends or talking about your friend's children which I don't want to listen! And tell me where is dad? I didn't see him since I came on vacation! Where is Ji-Min? Did she ever stay at home for a minute? I can't understand why you are doing this?" they were loud and quarreling with each other. But whatever he said was true and for a reply, she has no answer. And when the elders got no answer then they got a dry on youngest and they behave as the kids are behaving too much like adults and then they wanted to remind them their place.

"Enough! Did you forget how to speak with your mom! Did I teach you these! You are quarreling with me for that girl? Who is she? Since when you met her? Don't forget your place! I am your mother and you can't do anything against me!" she was like screaming.

"Fine! If you can't let her stay, then she will leave! But remember, I will not also come back! I will rather die in my dorm but I will never ever come back in this house!" he also shouted and left from there.

But when he came out of the kitchen, he saw Lina was there. Actually, Lina was there from the beginning and she heard all of it. She felt guilty as she never wants something like this. Her face got pale and she couldn't look at Yeon Hoon. "I am sorry! I will leave today. I said you many times but you didn't allow me. That's why you get scolded. If you let me go then it would never happen!" she smiled through the pain and turned back and start walking to the entrance.

"No! Noona! Listen to me!" he was running to her for stopping her.

"She didn't mean that! I mean...." he couldn't say anything else.

"Forget it, Hoon-ah! I am not mad! She just tells the truth. And I am really grateful to you that you bring me here and take care of me. I don't know how I can repay you but if you need anything from me, tell me anytime. I will help you no matter what if it takes my life too." she smiled again.

"But,....." he was very sad and also mad at his mom. Lina stopped walking and coming back to him.

"Hoon-ah! I don't want to hurt you but I think you should listen to your mom and don't get harsh on her. She has to suffer a lot to grow you up. So, don't tell at her and always gentle with her. You know what I am trying to say, right?" she put her hand on his shoulder and said to him. Then she went to the kitchen to say goodbye to his mom.

"Hello Auntie! You had to suffer a lot for me in these two days. I came to thank you though I know thanks is not enough to describe my gratefulness I can't do more than that. You are very lucky that you got a son like him. He is very good, caring and adorable. I am sure you are proud of him. So, express your true feeling to him. I can't advise you since I am too younger than you but I mean what I said. I am really grateful to you. Thank you! Please allow me to leave your house now. I know you won't be disappointed." saying this very gently she bowed in front of her. Then she turned around and start walking slowly. She doesn't know where she would go now. But she has to leave the place as soon as possible.
