Chapter 4: Curing Qi Yue

The morning sun began to cast its golden rays across the serene landscape of the cultivation world. The sky, painted with hues of orange and pink, hinted at the promise of a new day. A gentle breeze rustled through the emerald green leaves of ancient trees, carrying with it the sweet fragrance of blooming flowers. The harmonious symphony of birds chirping filled the air, their melodious tunes blending seamlessly with the rustling leaves and the distant babbling of a crystal-clear stream.

Su Yang's POV

As I open my eyes I can hear the chirping of birds. The feeling of waking up to the sound of birds is much much better than waking up to the sounds of horns of cars stuck in a traffic jam. 

"Countryside life is indeed the best. Unfortunately these people don't know how to appreciate it."

I check my cultivation level, [Eighth level of Elementary Spirit Realm]. This is the result of cultivating for two hours at night. I also found out yesterday that I can even conceal my cultivation level. I don't know about the upper limit of the cultivation realm from whom I can conceal my cultivation from, but deep down in my heart I felt that in this entire sect, nobody could see my cultivation level if I don't let them.

Getting up from my carpet, I roll it and place it at the corner of my room. People don't really bath here that much as they can cleanse their bodies with Qi. But as a man from 21st century, I can't help but feel dirty, but we don't have bathrooms in our living quarters.

I also just found out that I don't need to pee or poop anymore, as the food I eat will directly be broken down into energy.

Moving outside my quarters, I see two figures moving towards my living quarters. They were Tang Hu and his partner. Tang Hu came forward and greeted me,

"Good morning, Su Yang."

I also returned the greeting with a smile, "Good morning to you both."

I passed by them, I don't want to involve too much with some random people. I have my plans, all I need to do is execute them.

I brought a large piece of cloth with a few things written on it. I walked towards the training center as this was the most populated area in the entire sect and also the place where Su Yang met Qi Yue in the novel.

As soon I reached the training area, I saw that the whole area was densely populated with sect disciples coming in and out from the Training hall. This was the perfect place to start a business, as there were so many disciples.

I stood at the side of the way to the Training hall and took out the piece of cloth, now a sign, spread for the whole world to see.

"Get cured of all illnesses, body pain and other abnormalities. First three customers are free of charge."-this was written on the piece of cloth. Now placed at the end of a stick that stood still, making it look like a flag.

I stood beside my flag like advertisement board and soon enough crowd started gathering near me.

"Cure illnesses? Isn't that Su Yang? What foolishness is he up to today?"

"Hahaha! He just wants to touch girls!"

"Damn! This bastard is getting really desperate!"

Many of the male disciples around me started to pass comments on . Well, considering my previous reputation as a trash, it was quite normal. I kept ignoring them and stood still.

Soon enough a limping girl arrived and stood by the crowd. This was my target, Qi Yue.

Originally, In the novel Su Yang met her through someone, but since I changed the plot from Massage to Medicine, she was probably attracted here. Well, this was good for me.

Qi Yue was looking towards me, and I looked back towards her with a smile. I then looked back at the three male disciples who were still passing comments.

I released a bit of the concealment on my cultivation realm and gave off the aura of [Fifth level Elementary Spirit Realm].

This was enough to shock all of the disciples here, as with my previous reputation as a guy with mental issues and my cultivation level stuck at [Third level Elementary Spirit Realm], nobody expected this.

One of the guys shouted, "How are you at [Fifth level Elementary Spirit Realm] ?! This is not real, you must be faking it somehow!"

I was annoyed a bit and spoke, "I don't have any time to deal with you guys, especially not when I have a customer." saying so, I released a bit of killing intent like yesterday, but not on that level, as it would alert the elders, not that I am afraid of them but I don't want to antagonize Lan Liqing.

This much killing intent was enough to scare the shit out of the three male disciples and make them run away.

I look at Qi Yue again and said with a smile "Welcome, my first customer."

Qi Yue was also shocked by what just happened, but quickly gained her composure and asked,

"What makes you think that I am a customer?"

I spoke with fake sad expression, "Oh are you not? I thought with the so much poison in your leg, you were definitely here to seek treatment, but alas, I was wrong! Sorry to have bothered you."

Her facial expressions changed instantly and her face went pale for a second and she asked, "How do you know all this?"

To this I just smiled and said, "Trade secret."

She puffed her cheeks on hearing my reply, she truly was just a twelve year old child.

I spoke again, "So, do you want me to treat it?"

She looked surprised, "You...can you actually cure me?"

I spoke with confidence, "Indeed. Just follow me back to my quarters."

Saying so, I rolled the cloth on the stick and took it in my hand. My goal was to meet her and now that it's done, there's no need for me to keep staying here.

She was still in a daze when I looked at her and said, "Let's go."

She didn't question me and quietly followed me back to the quarters. Fortunately, there wasn't Tang Hu there, or the scene of him bringing a 12 year old child would have been disastrous. And if it were in his previous world, then someone might have called FBI.

As soon as we entered my room, I asked her to sit on the carpet. I said, "Give me your hand."

She was confused and spoke, "But the snake actually bit me on my inner thigh."

I put on a disgusting look on my face and said, "I don't have any fetish for a girl who isn't of age yet. And I won't need to see your thigh, now just give me your hand."

Her face flushed red with embarrassment and she gave me her hand. I took her had and started to infuse Celestial Qi into her body, the healing properties of Celestial Qi soon eradicated the poison in her body.

I spoke again, "It's done."

She looked at me and said, "So soon? Are you actually scamming me? Do you thi--"

She stopped talking midway and spoke again with a surprised expression on her face, "It really is cured! Thank you so much!!."

"No need to thank me, but if you actually are thankful then I want you to tell elder Lan Liqing about your experience. I recently heard that she's getting ill for quite some time now and if I were to cure an elder then, my reputation and credibility would definitely get boosted."

She looked at me and spoke, "Okay, I will definitely tell her about this!."

I smiled and said, "Now, it's time for you to leave."

She thanked me once again and left my room.

"Seems like my reasoning about reputation and credibility convinced her."

Now all I need to do is wait. I guess, I will just cultivate till Lan Liqing visits me.

Saying so, I unrolled my carpet and sat in the lotus position and began to cultivate.
