Unto the battlefield, he stood, alone.
Until, he wasn't alone anymore- A green aura exploded from the flying tree, that aura spread through the whole battlefield as a dark shadow lured over Tiamat- Tharizdun, the Chained Oblivion, took upon himself to end this all, but the did not even account for the fact that there were more powerful deities put there...
Deities that also had Avatars.
"[Who-]" Tharizdun cried, their voices echoing like thousand as they shouted: "[Unknown Gods from beyond and above, reveal yourselves to the truth.]" From the body of the lovers Náttúrumaður and Mokzaxirrathan, a pressure fell upon the battlefield as two deities from beyond their realm fell beneath, the two giant dragons turned and stared at the great evil of Tharizdun before... They vanished, just like that? No, they took Tharizdun with them, leaving behind Tiamat and their avatars to defeat and kill her, ending her reing of terror among the land. It wasn't sasy to defeat Tiamat, not only was she resistant to most damage they could do, but she also damaged them harshly as well, even though Náttúrumaður could easily heal the damage she did she still hurt them pretty badly.
Nine heads were reduced to two, the White and Black heads, because even though Mokzaxirrathan had his large red claw and his divinity consumed everything she did, she still had her abilties as the unwilling avatar of the God of Evil, so she could phase through his attacks even when he used his divinty to hurt her, she held on to her life as she roared and destroyed as much as she could- Then, she decided to just... Release it.
And like an nuclear explosion, a huge mushroom cloud spread upon the horizon as we watch the battlefield from far away- The blast of wind from the explosion expanded for miles and miles away from the epicenter of said explosion, the cloud was of black and darkness, death and decay fusing itself deep within the core of this world by the will of the still Alive shard of Tharizdun within her. Talking about Tharizdun, where is he right now?
-Scene Cut-
"Hęxith, come here baby!" A large draconic quadruple creature with fins and shark-like features charged forth towards the large black haired man with purple eyss, beside him stood a pink haired man with pink eyes holding a grumpy-looking black cat with chains around their body. "Dad~!" The large shark dragon roared to his father, wagging his large wolfish tail, covered in dark skin. "Look what we got you!" His mother, the pink haired man, showed him the black grumpy-looking cat with a smirk to his face. "Friend?" The giant puppy-like eyeless shark dragon unhinged his jaw like a large snake, from where a long and thick red tendril of muscle moved and licked the black cat, making it wet with his thick saliva.
"Well, maybe." The black haired man chuckled as the second tongue of his son came to lick his chin in a greeting, since he was an eyeless giant monstrosity who only knew his parents hy smell and taste! "Or maybe..." His mother lifted the black cat as one of his tongues wrapped around the black cat and lifted it up: "A mate."
There was a thump sound as his tail came to the floor, right before it started to wag so fast and strong that a wind destroyed the florest behind him- Every single tree was destroyed.
Looks like Tharizdun was delt with... Or something like that.
-Scene Cut-
But his corruption was not- Tiamat has been in control of this continent for years, 50 of them, her presence itself corrupted the land and spread hunger and doom to every single place, reducing farms and fresh land to deserts and dry sand. The land around her scorched deeply, so deeply that her layer was deep within the earth... The corruption of Tharizdun was worse, way worse.
Because it spread to the whole world hy contaminating the very core of the world, this world would die if nothing was done to prevent it.
Luckily for this world, there were two Gods who knew what to do- Well, they were told what to do, which was hard.
Like, really hard.
They were tasked with splitting the world into two different dimensions and to prevent the world from dying- They had to get as many creatures out as they could, before they all get corrupted and end up dying.
Yeah... Fuck!
Like, how is one supposed to split worlds in two? Metaphysically speaking, of course, because that's what they got to do, split the world into two different ones them being the not corrupted one and the corrupted one, then they had to take the creatures from the corrupted world and put them on the not corrupted world, then they had to heal and clean the corrupted world... Complicated and hard to do, and if they complete this, then they receive something from their Gods. They both explicitly invited them to dinner with their family, which sounded important, but they didn't know if they could refuse such invitation, so they accepted it.
Now, they had work to do- Which was healig and cleaning the battlefield after the war, with several mortals dead, some corrupted, and some fine due to their magical or psionic abilities that they used to protect themselves from the black miasma from Tiamat's suicidal explosion, but they would be corrupted if they don't do anything- With black clouds in the sky and the ground covered in black blood and flesh, they had to act quickly. Tiamat suicide bombing was sudden and a surprise, but at the same time they received a lot of information from their Gods and they had to act quickly or else this might be bad for them.
Mokza pulled every single living being away from there, while Nátt had to spread his life aura to get rid of any of the corruption in their beings- They needed time, and they didn't have time, because the corruption was like a trigger, it happened and they had to deal with the consequences as fast as they could.
Now... They had to rush.
-Author Notes-
Tiamat was basically (unknowingly) playing Plague Inc, spreading her disease removing any powerful or deadly symptoms until the whole world was infected with the disease, only then she "activated" the deadly shit.
A basic strategy.
Now we start the next phase- the two worlds.
