She shuddered, feeling cold sweat drench her shirt "What's wrong?" his magnetic voice sounded with almost inhuman dexterity, he held her by the waist. "Stay-stay back, don't touch me!" her voice was shaking, almost breaking into a shout, but was actually a whimper. She slipped into his arms, heart pounding, eyes darting. Feeling complicated, a mixture of reluctance and pleasure. His chiseled face leaned into her hair, noise sniffing greedily. Her hair stood on end with nervousness, seeing the sharp fangs at the edges of his reddish pink lips. "Now you can be mine forever" 'No' she thought, but couldn't bring herself to speak. She gradually closed her eyes in despair. "I won't kill you, you're to beautiful for that" seeing her disposition, the man was amused. Vera opened her eyes in bewilderment and confusion. Mustering her courage and will, she managed yo squeeze out one word. "Why?" Her imagination ran wild, doubts began to form and dissipate at astonishing speeds. She hated when she wasn't aware of the situation. Soon her fear became anger, and anger gave way to rage. "So you kidnapped me and made me feel like a piece of shit for nothing?" Farewell
Days seem to run faster in no time as it was the 5th day vera was still in the hospital. Of course, alivia her new friend kept her company, from duke till dawn as they both talked about themselves. It was just a short amount of time that they both grew fond of each other.
The acted like they knew themselves for a very long time, but who would believe they just met?
Today, she was getting discharged because she felt very strong and much more better though, she was unhappy that alivia would have to stay here a bit longer because she is suffering from mild contusion. Unfortunately for her, she won't be discharged anytime soon, because she needs adequate treatment and care that she cannot risk.
With a smile on her face, she stepped out of the hospital with alivia beside her. Her gaze swivelled around the hospital building as those beautiful moments filled her head. She turned towards alivia and gave her a big hug. They both stayed like that for few minutes, sobbing softly in each others arm. It felt like forever.
The clearing of throat broke their embrace as they both released themselves, looking at each other as if to say 'who would start first'
"I will miss you alivia" Vera started in a sober voice, still about to breakdown as alivia gave her a comforting hug.
"You know where to find me, don't you?" She asked softly, patting her back.
She sniffed and nodded "Yes, but I wish you would be there with me" Vera said, releasing herself from their embrace. Her head traveled from alivia's to the distance faraway.
"We are close to each other vee, just come to visit anytime and I will be here waiting for you okay?" she replied.
"Mm..but don't forget to take your meds alivia" vera sternly warned, giving her a serious gaze.
"Fine, fine! I won't forget now go ahead and leave already" She shoved her hand dramatically at her, as vera gave her a last hug before letting go.
"The time feels like forever. It just like yesterday I met you and now we are acting like it is a long-time-no-see period." She released a chuckle, looking at hugo who pointed at his wrist signifying her time is up already.
"Take care of yourself alivia...and I will miss you, my playgirl" She winked before biding her goodbye and then walked into the car and left.
"Farewell friend.."
Meanwhile...
A black car from a distance watched the girl as she walked out of the hospital. His face darkened, staring at the two girls in suspiciousness. Dropping the binocular, he started his engine before screeching away.
