11 Avenger's Assemble

After a year, Lucifer and Death finally came back to their home. When they arrived, they felt that Steve wasn't in the building and that their clones were getting at it. Looking at their clones, the Morningstars deadpanned as they absorbed their clones back into themselves.

Lucifer didn't absorb his clone but he just took back his soul and disintegrated the body of the now soulless body. Seeing the memories of his clone, Lucifer deadpanned and thought, 'What in the bloody hell? They just fucked when they weren't with Steve and only left the room in the morning!?'

Death looked back at him were her own deadpanned face and said, "We shouldn't have gone to an uncharted island and made a house there and had sex for the whole year. We could have just done what our clones did." Lucifer looked at her with seriousness on his face and said, "Agreed."

Seeing that the Avengers Movie was already happening right now, Lucifer just went back to the bar with Death in tow. Lucifer thought that the waiter was kind of weak looking and couldn't handle the pressure of stopping a fight in the bar so he just made him a bartender after teaching him some things.

Death looked at him in amusement and just shook her head and grabbed a waitress's uniform and wore it. She then started to go to the people who were just sitting there and started to entertain them.

Lucifer just looked at her behind and smiled pervertedly and shook his head and thought, 'You just finished a year-long of sex and you want to do it again? Focus on the job Lucifer!' Lucifer then helped his wimpy looking employee and waited for the 'Battle in New York' to happen already.

After 2 hours, aliens started to appear on the street and the people inside the bar started to panic. Lucifer just shook his head in amusement and said, "Don't worry people! You're are in safe hands!" Lucifer then walked towards the aliens but suddenly stopped. He then thought, 'Why in the Hell am I trying to help these people!? Oh, right. They're my customers.'

Lucifer then started to walk towards the Chitauri soldiers again and when he arrived in front of them, he just waved his hands in the aliens that were near his bar disintegrated. The people inside the bar looked at him in shock and Death just cocked an eyebrow and said, "Showy much? I thought that the mighty Devil didn't care about any humans?"

The people looked at her with even more shock on their faces while Lucifer turned towards her and said in an amusing way, "Well, I don't care about them. Luckily for them, they're my customer and that Keith is one of our human minions." Keith, the bartender, looked at him with shock and nervously said, "I am?"

Lucifer walked towards his direction but stopped beside a quivering couple and said, "Of course you are! You work for me so you are my minion." He then looked at the quivering couple and whispered, "The evilest of people have the most normal names, I've experienced. Beware anyone named Keith."

The couple then looked at the bartender with suspicion in their eyes while Keith looked at them with confusion. Lucifer then clapped his hands loudly and said, "Well! You can go back to your business people!! The aliens are now dead and you don't have any imminent danger on your heads now."

Many of the people then shakingly grabbed a shot of beer and downed it in one go, while others went to Keith for more drinks. Lucifer looked at them in confusion and thought, 'Why aren't they running and screaming like normal humans do when they learn of my identity?'

Death walked towards him with a knowing look and said, "Because you save them, Lucy. You do know that all of them were supposed to die today but didn't because of you?" The people that were close to her widened their eyes and even had more fear appear in their eyes. They then thought, 'How would you know if we were supposed to die today?'

Lucifer just sighed at her and said in a disappointed way, "Well, I always like the running and screaming they do when they find out that I'm the Devil. Don't you like that feeling, Death?" Death deadpanned at him for exposing her identity like that while the people who were drinking choked.

After 30 minutes of the people drinking and eating the food, the aliens in the street finally died out. Seeing that they were finally free to leave, the somber people in the crowd carried their friends who were already drunk and rushed out of the bar.

Seeing them run like that, Lucifer had a look on his face saying that he wasn't amused and said, "Really? They just run out of here after all this happened?! Did they pay?" Lucifer then looked at Keith when he asked the last part.

When Lucifer saw Keith shake his head, his eyes then turned blood red and raised his hand, and suddenly all the people who were in the bar earlier appear out of nowhere. Seeing that they were in the bar again, the crowd let out a terrified scream when they saw Lucifer's red eyes.

Lucifer then walked slowly towards them, increasing the people's fear. When he arrived in front of the group, he then said in a frightening voice, "You forgot to pay." Seeing that he only needed money, they just grabbed all of their money and threw it at him and ran off.

Lucifer felt dumbfounded at being thrown money at and shouted, "HEY!!! I'M NOT A STRIPPER FOR YOU TO JUST THROW MONEY AT!!!!" Death then busted out laughing at the hilarity of what just happened. Seeing her laugh, Lucifer just rolled his eyes and picked up all the money with his telekinesis and put it in the cash register.

After a couple of minutes, Steve showed up in his front door with the rest of the Avengers and waved happily at Lucifer. Or so he thought. Lucifer then cheerfully waved back at him until Steve said, "Hi mom! I brought some friends over so I hope if you don't mind."

Lucifer then lost his smile and looked back and noticed Death behind him containing her laughter. He then looked back at the Avengers and saw that the others were containing their laughter with great difficulty. Lucifer then scowled at the confused Steve and went behind the counter.

Steve then confusedly said, "What did I do?" Then the rest of the Avengers and Death busted out laughing due to Steve's innocent answer. Lucifer looked like he was ready to blow up the world now and angrily said, "If your mother wasn't here then I would have thrown you out of the bar!"

Thor then happily walked towards Death and said, "It is so glad to meet the mother of my good friend Steve Rogers! But I did not expect you to be so young looking, my lady! My name is Thor Odinson and what is yours?"

Death smiled at him and said, "It's good to finally see my son have friends. My name is Death Morningstar and I'm his adopted mother." Thor, Natasha, Tony, Clint, and Bruce yelled in shock, "THE Death!?"

Steve sheepishly scratched his back and said, "Well, yes she is. My father, over there is Lucifer Morningstar and he is the real Devil. Don't call him a liar, he hates being called that." They then looked at the scowling Lucifer and gulped while Clint had sweat appear on the side of his face.

Steve then waved over to Lucifer and said, "Dad! Get over here and meet my friends!" Lucifer scowl increased and grumpily said, "I've already met them." Steve gave him a shocked look and looked back at his teammates and noticed that Bruce wasn't the only one to nod but shake his head.

Seeing Bruce's denial, Lucifer rolled his eyes and said, "Just because you were unconscious doesn't mean that I haven't met you already Big Green." Bruce widened his eyes and remembered waking up with Abomination being unconscious and realized that it was Lucifer who helped me that night.

But before Bruce could say his thanks, Lucifer said, "Don't thank me or anything. I just knocked him unconscious because he was irritating me and not because I wanted to help you." Death and Steve just facepalmed at Lucifer's words and said to the others, "I'm sorry about him/dad, he isn't always like that."

Tony just chuckled and said, "Yeah, I know. We hang out over a year ago and he was really chill then. It's because of you Steve that he became like that." Thor, Natasha, Clint, and Bruce chuckled at this while Steve just gave him a confused look.

Thor then walked away from the group and started to look around and suddenly said, "Is this a tavern!?" Lucifer sighed and said, "This is not a tavern, Asgardian. This is a bar." Thor then dashed towards the startled Keith and said, "I would like your strongest drink!!"

Lucifer smiled evilly and went straight on making Thor's drink while Steve had a horrified look on his face. When Tony started to open his mouth, Steve saw that and quickly covered it and said, "You don't want that kind of drink." Tony gave him an annoyed look and said, "Don't worry Capsicle, I can take it."

Steve just shook his head in disappointment and looked at Tony like he was going to die. Seeing Steve look at Tony like that, Clint and Bruce swallowed their saliva in suspense while Natasha thought, 'What kind of drink is Lucifer making to have Steve this nervous?'

When Lucifer came back with 2 sets of drinks, Thor and Tony quickly grabbed the drinks and drank it. Seeing Tony take his Celestial Wine, Lucifer smiled cruelly at him. After a sip, Tony suddenly flopped on the ground, passed out. When Thor drank the whole cup, he immediately started to sway and fall to the ground.

Lucifer laughed evilly at the 2 down men and Steve sighed and helped the 2 sit on a chair. Clint, Bruce, and Natasha looked fearfully at Tony's cup and then at Lucifer before turning to Keith to drink something else.

Steve then started to reprimand Lucifer over the drunk Thor and the passed out Tony but it seems that Lucifer wasn't paying any attention to him. When Steve noticed that Lucifer was ignoring him, his face got red from anger and said, "Why aren't you listening to what I'm saying?!" Lucifer just scratched his right ear with his right pinky and said, "I treat you the same as you treat me so it seems fair to me."

Death just laughed at their interactions and then turned to the other three in the group and chatted with them. Steve just sighed and said, "I'm sorry, okay? I may not know why you're angry at me but I'm sorry." Lucifer then deadpanned at him and said, "Why are you even sorry when you don't know what you're apologizing for?"

Steve then angrily said, "Because you won't tell me why you're angry at me and for you to forgive me already!" Lucifer just smiled at him in amusement and said, "Now see here, I'm not angry. YOU are and I already forgave you a couple of seconds ago when you said sorry." Steve just looked at him in disbelief and said, "Gah! You're unbelievable!" He then walked towards his mother in a grumpy way.

Seeing Steve like that, Lucifer let out a hearty laugh and went back behind the counter. He then watched as they interacted while looking at the 2 drunk men and thought, 'This is what I always wanted in my life as Daemon. A family and a few friends. Well, I can't call them my friends but still close though.'

When Lucifer thought hard about it, he realized that he felt like this in the second world war with Howling Commandos too. He then saw Howard's face overlap with Tony and the Howling Commandos image behind Clint, Bruce, and Thor while Peggy's image overlapped with Natasha.

Death looked at him and gave him a knowing look and mouthed, 'I know how you feel.' Lucifer then smiled warmly at her and thought, 'It does feel nice to be around people that you can communicate well again.'
