Litchi somehow warned and helped Su Bai, but that was only because his mother was so kind. Actually, Litchi had nothing to do with Su Bai; to a great extent, that was because he didn’t carry on the "philanthropy" after he inherited his parents’ fortune after their death but ignored what they had done. Otherwise, he might be qualified to ask her for more help.
Su Bai himself could feel that. Therefore, he didn’t have much hope for Litchi. Or to say, he was not craving for too much.
As for the relationship among Ego, Fatty, and Su Bai, they seemed to be very close because they had gone whoring together and fought side by side, but no one would take such simple friendship in debauchery too serious; that would be stupid.
