wishes

On a hot day. We see are main character walking down a sidewalk on his phone. "Can't wait till a new chapter comes out today" said our MC otherwise know as Mark. He gets to the light and waits for it to turn red. By the time he looks up from his phone he sees he can walk again. Right next to Mark is a construction site building a new skyscraper. Then all of a sudden lighting strikes hitting Mark to which is the cause of his death. Now Marks soul is wondering around earth.

POV changed 1st person

So I have been wondering the world for 20 years. At first I was sad that I couldn't see my dog again. My parents dead when I was 20. After I dead I wanted to see if my dog could see me and it turns out to not be the case. So as I was bored I decided to just watch my dog. After a year at the shelter, she got adopted and she lived a happy life. Anyway I just explored the earth, it was awesome seeing different cultures and food, ho how I missed food. The first thing I did though was go to area 51 and there were no aliens just plasma guns. Anyway back to the endless abyss.

"So where is that ROB" I said trying to keep my mind intact after so many years in this place. At least I think years cause I can't tell I have just been counting.

"There is no being know as ROB in this dimension child" said entity.

"Well either your GOD or a demon or an outer God" I said to the entity.

"Well one of those are correct" said entity.

"is it a demon" I said still counting and barely paying attention I'm almost to 1.5 QA.

"No I'm GOD and would you please stop counting it's annoying" said GOD trying not to get a headache even though it should be impossible

"ok so can I ask why I'm not in heaven or hell" I asked

"The reason is I'm bored so your going to be my entertainment and don't worry I'll send you with a system and three wishes but they have to be interesting" said GOD in a disobey me and you die type of tone.

"okay so can ask where I'm going and if I have to wish for my memory or not and my appearance" I asked hopping to not have to wish them

"hmmm they don't require wishes and your going to DC" said GOD (AN: don't know much about DC so if you have tips I'm all ears )

"okay so for my first wish is to have what ever I draw become real and if someone destroys the page my drawings on it won't disappear unless I want it to and if I write something in detail it becomes stronger.Also they are 100% loyal to me and me alone." I asked hopping it will be a interesting power.

"granted on to the next one" said GOD

"for my second wish is I want to be a really good artist so I could draw whatever is in my mind" I asked

"granted" said GOD

"my last wish is to ask for skills for my system" I asked

"granted but you can only get 11 skills" said GOD
