CHAPTER - I

After everything went black for Derek, after a few seconds when he regained his vision what greeted him was the cold touch of the sidewalk and the smell of garbage and if what you thought in an alley.

"Shit atleast you should've warned me damn it"

As Derek tried to get up he was greeted by an incredible pain throughout his body that almost made him fall to the ground again but with only will power he was able to resist and crawl to a wall to support his back.

Also a lot of memories of the former owner of this body were returning of all his life until the previous owner was 16 years old, from what he could see in the memories that this boy was a genius level prodigy despite being orphaned at the age of 5.

When the Chitauri invasion happened, as well as the person who saved him was one of the avengers as well as the person our mc admires just like Derek, well that may be something we share the former owner of this body, in spite of how depressed he was by the death of his parents, he did not shut himself up in that pain and went ahead so much so that when he was 11 years old he got a scholarship from the Avengers thanks to the thesis.

He presented about a way in which the human being could unblock 100% of the capacity of brain with the CPH 4 that pregnant women uses and abilities like seeing a summarized version of Lucy. ( A/N : Lucy Movie )

Two weeks later he received the letter of acceptance where he had to go to the event where the Avengers were and he would present a new energy source, but everything went to shit when everything began to fail plus the terrorist attack the approximate number of deaths that day was a thousand without counting.

Captain America who sacrificed himself preventing the new energy source to explode and take all Manhattan although I know he did not die.

That day they called it tragedy known as "A-Day", a few months later he awoke his powers which were pyrokinesis and a little control over the met, but in the adoption center where he lived they found out about his powers and ended up kicking him out of there.

So, all this time he was living on the streets for the last 5 years until one day a group of racist idiots with beings with powers or as they call them Inhumans found out about it, One afternoon while he was entering one of the alleys he always took as a shortcut to get to his hideout he was surrounded by them and without letting him react they began to beat him with sticks, metal bars and kicks until they left him on the verge of death, that's how I came to possess his body.

"I can only say that I am sorry for taking your body but I promise you that I will give my all and live for both of us, it seems that I have already assimilated all his memories, I will have to go to the hideout before it happens."

After saying that it was as if he had raised a dead man's flag as a notification sound rang in his head and suddenly a blue screen appeared.

"I gotta say, if I was in good condition I wouldn't complain but now I don't know if I could do.it, I promised myself and him that I would go ahead with no regrets, whatever it takes, I have to do it".

Since I was still on the floor I took the opportunity to start with the FLEXIONS (IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE MUSIC SO I WOULD NOT CONCENTRATE SO MUCH ON THE PAIN THAT MY BODY GIVES ME EVERY TIME I MOVE).

So Derek spent 20 minutes doing push-ups, despite having higher stats than a human and any normal inhuman but thanks to his body being very injured it was hard for him to finish the 100 push-ups, once he was done with that he took a 5 minute break to recover some energy to be able to continue with the sit-ups.

After about 15 minutes he felt as if his abdominal part was being stabbed with red-hot knives,

'I can do it even though the owner of this body is no longer here, I promised him that I would give my all just like he did, that's why this won't stop me, besides I don't want to go to the punishment zone with those damn worms and giant centipedes that are stronger than me'

When he finished he was in a puddle of his own sweat, but suddenly he heard another notification sound and another blue screen appeared.

LEARNED SKILL

"HAHAHAHAHAHA I knew you wouldn't leave me system, this is the best notification you could have given me my beautiful system, with this skill I really can make it."

Still smiling Derek got up with new strength to start doing squats, with the new acquired ability he was doing better than at the beginning although for a normal person it would be a torture although he also has to see that for Derek this is his second life besides to see assimilated all the memories of the previous Derek made his will become stronger, when 30 minutes passed he finished the squats.

But he did not sit down to rest but he did it standing up because he knew that if he sat down he could not get up to continue with the last one, when another five minutes passed he started to try slowly (in the memories of the former Derek there is a park about 3 blocks away) after 10 minutes trying he arrived to the park which looked totally abandoned and it was obvious that it had not been maintained in years.

"Well here we go maximum effort" and started jogging a few meters to start running with all the strength he could muster at that moment.

While Derek was running, elsewhere a young brunette about his age can be seen at a computer trying to find a password to get into the AIM archives.

"Let's go to where they were told they must be around here somewhere there must be an ista somewhere here lemme see you"

She clicked it without hesitation and a small window popped up with the STARK logo asking for the password, just as she was about to enter it there was a knock on the door and a man in his 50's came in (Kamala's father, Abu).

"Can we talk for a moment honey"

"Yeah sure."

"The girls are leaving for the mosque retreat in a couple of hours you could still catch them on the bus."

"It's tonight"

"But honey we had already talked about it, going to the retreat would be a good occasion to get away from..... all of this."

She said pointing to the whole room

"Please do"

"Okay I'll think about it"

Kamala said to Abu and he started to walk out of the room only to leave and smile warmly at her and say "I love you Kamala"

"And I love you too" (but you don't understand).

She thought, once Abu left she turned the chair back to the computer to continue trying to find the password, first she put in what she thought would be Iron Man's first love and put in Pepper Pots only to be incorrect.

"Come on you can Kamala."

Thinking about what the password would be she put in Tony's favorite band but it was just as incorrect, she got up and started thinking and looking at her Avengers posters and the odd Justice League one until she stopped at an Iron Man poster.

"Impossible!!!, but could it be!" and she started typing Iron Man and this time if it was correct, five windows opened right up.

"Yes I got in, I can't believe it, to certain copy everything, bless your ego Tony Stark!"

She began to copy all the information on her USB, just when the download finished, the computer began to be covered with a purple energy and began to erase all the information.

"No no what's wrong" she screamed and unplugged the computer, she started grabbing her hair very nervously.

"I have... I have to take it to the barracks, to my laptop I know I found something."

She opened the window to start climbing the roof, when she went up the first thing she saw was a ship from which many robots and droids were coming out.

"I think they figured it out, I have to get to the barracks and see what's in the memory."

She said only to start running and jumping over the buildings to from there hold on to a steel rope and enlarge her arms and stiffen them and slide.

Once she reached the next building she kept running and sabotaging it or hiding so the drones wouldn't notice her when she jumped to the last building she pushed herself and stretched her arms a meter to hold on to a metal bar and pull herself until she reached an old unused water container.

"Well I made it... This is a mess, though." - as she looked for something to stand on so she could climb to the other floor, she began to pull a box, she climbed up and stretched her arms like a rubber band to climb, once she climbed up she looked for her laptop she turned it on and put the USB in.

"Well let's see what's there, this is THE CHIMERA?, it must be the security video of the reactor room" only for the video to change.

"Doctor Tarleton.... But it's supposed to... I was in the command room, now Cap is there, what's going on? What did Tarleton tell him?" only to see Tarleton lock Cap up.

"It can't be that Tarleton have locked him up? There was never a flaw, he killed Cap or God killed him."

While she was thinking about what she saw suddenly her laptop rang and a name Tiny Dancer popped up, she walked over and saw a message from it.

(Tiny Dancer: AIM is coming for you get out of there now!)

"Oh no" she said and started typing (Kamala: What do I do?)

(Tiny Dancer: Heroes Park Statue of Cap. Meet me there.)

"Mmm I don't know, it might be a trap, but if it's not".

While thinking whether to go or not she looked at the poster of her heroes and made up her mind.

"Someone needs to see this."

She grabbed her stuff and started to climb up the dumpster and out through the roof and look in the direction of the park.

"Alright just hand over the proof and you will have accomplished" and she jumped onto a metal rope with her enlarged and hardened hands to grab the rope and slide and jump onto a ladder to grab a metal bar from a ladder but one of the bars broke and she almost fell so she had to walk along the edges of the windows.

When she reached the last edge she jumped and stretched her hands as far as she could to start pulling herself to the next building and so she continued until she was close to the park and made the last jump to grab a metal rope and slide and fall into the park.

"Phew I finally made it, time to the Cap statue" and ran up to the statue "Hi Heroes park I missed you, as a kid my parents always bring me here, but at the moment AIM is demolishing this to build their clinic what a waste" she said as she ran and jumped over a wall and saw the statue for a few seconds later she saw a person lighting trying to light some candles "Tiny Dancer".

As she was about to get closer she heard a group of people walking in the direction of that guy, if Derek saw that group he would recognize them as the guys that left the previous owner of his body half dead.

As the one who looked like the leader finished drinking what looked like a beer, the one believed to be Tiny Dancer started walking quickly to leave the place but the other guy stopped him.

"Hey, hey...where are you going?"

"Home" "Seriously dude but we just got here want some?" he said as he offered him of his beer.

"No thanks I don't drink"

"I see, then what are you doing here, are you paying your respects?"

"No mate I'm just taking a short cut".

"Yeah cool then what's the lighter for, or is it that you want them to come back so they can kill us all?"

"What? No no no"

"Then what? You like inhumans?"

As he said that Kamala got up to go help the guy, by the time she got there the leader had already thrown him to the ground.

"Stop it he didn't do anything to you guys" they all stopped but the guy who pushed the guy didn't listen to her and kicked him in the face.

"You know my little brother was at A-DAY, he wrote some nonsense about Captain America."

"It wasn't Cap's fault"

"it was everyone's fault! he turned monstrous and purple and then they took him away! and now he's dead" and kicked him in the stomach alone park one of the group tried to stop him "Zac, enough is enough" but he just kept repeating "he's dead, he's dead, while kicking him" but suddenly a white light mowed them down.

While Derek kept running at full speed and his body was screaming that they did not continue, he just gritted his teeth with more strength while he focused on continuing to run at that speed to complete the 10km, he had already spent 2:00 without realizing it, he had already run 7km.

After seeing the mission screen and that he only had 3km to go instead of slowing down a bit he increased the speed, by the time he finished the 10km he only had 2 minutes left to finish the mission once the alarm sounded that the daily mission was completed.

Those were the rewards it gave me I wonder what I should choose first.... wait what is that metal smell no it's not metal it's "blood, no time to waste, I accept status recovery" I said alone to feel the fatigue in my body both mental and physical disappear and all the wounds in my body as well.

When all that was finished, I knew that I had received all my rewards "I didn't know that I was also a mutant I wonder how is it possible if the stone or the gas that creates the inhuman is poisonous for mutants, it seems that this body is very special but let's leave that for later"

I got up quickly and ran in the direction where the smell of blood came from while running I realized that my body was stronger I could even feel that my muscles, bones and organs of my whole body were different from before maybe because of my slayer magic.
