Wronged

Jin is not just any rodent, the fact that his father is in human form means that he's not any ordinary beast.

Every beast, animal, plant, and other entity can have special abilities. And when they have these abilities, they are called Magical Creatures and Cultivator Creatures.

The distinction of the two is interesting, but at the same time, there is a big difference in power.

Magical Creatures normally look with disdain upon humans. Retaining the grace and authority of possessing the body, they are born with, is a source of pride for them.

They possess a core called Magi, which functions as an extra reserve of elemental magic, however, is not a necessity to fight or use magic.

But the Cultivator Creatures are different, they are closer to humans, you could say they are allies of humans, and they can make use of Dantian and Meridians.

Their Dantian works differently from that of humans, the Cultivator Creatures possess Dantian with white energy, which the body of each of them transforms into attacks or elemental energy. They absorb any kind of energy or, as they usually call it, QI, transforming it into transparent Qi.

Depending on its attribute, race, color, and among others, the Cultivator Creature can control elements at a slight level.

Therein lies the difference between the two.

Magical Creatures do not need to have full Magi to use magic, they can use the surrounding elements, making them evolve quickly and effortlessly, but it makes them stronger because they are baptized with the elements directly, nature blesses them with its power.

While the Cultivator Creatures, must fill the Dantian inside them, little by little until breakthrough to the next level, it is more tiring, requires more time and dedication.

It may seem unfair, that one works harder than the other to be stronger, but that is the law of the jungle within the continents. Lower, Middle and Higher Realms work in the same way.

That's why the most respected and valued creatures are the Magical ones.

But there is a third type of creature that has been a mystery, no matter their attributes or their gender, let alone their race.

These creatures do not receive a specific name, but many normally call them Hidden Creatures.

These do not belong to any category, because they are exceptional, being born with a Dantian and a Magi inside them.

They can cultivate and use magic without any impediment.

Jin belongs to the third type of creature, he is a 'Hidden Beast'.

Her eyes widened as she saw the hallway outside her room.

Dirt everywhere, potted plants are on the ground, destroyed, not only that, but there is water, making the soil turn to mud.

A disaster. But she didn't notice anyone around, her heartbeat fast and her steps quickened towards her daughter Xiao Ling's room.

When she went inside, she felt it was the only clean place, and approached the crib, where Xiao Ling pouted, and her eyes watered, about to cry.

Of course, Xiao Ling felt wronged, her older brothers began to chase their new pet, with nothing to bent she furrowed her eyebrows, her lips pressed into a line, her eyes with tears, which wanted to be released, but she struggled not to let them out.

Not forgetting her arms which she tried to cross in front of her chest, but being too small she did not succeed.

Seeing her daughter like that, she didn't know what to do and just reached out her arms to carry her out of the crib.

But the beauty didn't last long when they heard the screams of the maids and two childish voices.

"Catch that rat!"

"Don't let it get out there!!!"

"AAH!"

"NO!"

"Rat, stay where you are!!!"

When they saw that the rodent got tired of scurrying around, they would find an opportunity to knock it down, but at that moment a childish scream rang out, making everyone stop.

The other servants returned from their reveries to see that the Madam of the mansion was in front of them when she should be at rest.

But the ones who were most panicked were the Long duo, having grown up under the strict mother that is Madam Long, they have a certain dread towards her.
