.13 Chapter 13
The chief hands me 5 case files. "These are the most pressing cases we have on file right now." Looking at the files I see 3 assassination jobs and 2 catch and returns. "ok I'll have these done within the week good sir" Getting up I put the files in my inventory and head outside. Immediately i start looking around for clues and listening to the locals. 2 of my assassination targets are mobsters so surely there'll be talk about them at least.
Sure enough soon after I hear a heated conversation about paying off one of my targets and I grab the mans shoulder spinning him around. "Where is vincent these days my friend?" Looking terrified the poor man stammers out. "h..him and juan hang out in the warehouse district building 6 its guarded tho..." Chuckling I release him and activate my propulsion system in my boots shooting towards the warehouse district.
About an hour later I arrive just outside building 6 and sure enough there's 3 snipers 2 big thugs and a few foot soldiers patrolling the area. Using my suits guiding system I line up 3 energy shots with my arm guns and fire straight at their faces burning the snipers to a crisp in seconds. The thugs I bullrush sending one flying into the other before activating sms and proceeding to pummel them both into broken corpses. " 5 down and a few to go" I decide to go loud and tear a door off the warehouse throwing it at the first soldier I see before running them through and using my tazer gloves to shock guard after guard. Suddenly bullets start ricocheting off my armor and I see both Vincent and Juan with assault rifles. I slowly walk towards them letting the suit build up energy before activating the stabilizers and unleashing two separate spear shaped beams of concentrated energy that rip through the two convicts killing them instantly. "Sadly modern criminals just aren't as tough as arena gladiators."
Marking off those 2 contracts I start looking for the last assassination target. "Great gotta go half way around the damn planet to get her at least She's near one of the catch and returns."Activating my boosters I begin the 3 hour run to the next target raising my left wrist gun as I come around the corner into the alleyway and opening fire on the target and her 3 companions I reflect internally on the fact that I no longer feel remorse for those i kill... they're all just a means to an end.

Grabbing the targets ID card for proof of the kill I continue on to my grab and return missions. I grab some rope from the side of a building and as soon as I have eyes on my target I lasso the poor fool and knock him unconscious before calling it in and waiting for the extraction team. As soon as they arrive the chief calls me. "How have you managed to get 4 people in a day that we haven't caught for over a year!?" Chuckling I remind him "I'm a division one arena champion I have my ways. I'll see you after I get Mr. benoit" Hanging up I head towards the last known location of one 1 Samuel L Benoit. Walking up to the apartment I kick the door in and wrap Samuel in a headlock. "Mr benoit you've been accepted into a high security prison please do not bother resisting" Choking him unconscious I call the extraction team and hop in the truck with them to turn in my missions and accept all 5 payments. Arriving at the station, I drop off the 3 ID cards and collect about 200 silver for the lot. "Here's my number if you need anything else chief"
