Chapter 76

Zucci-"Get out of the way, I'm trying to have a fight!"

Vegeta-"Don't interrupt my battle!"

Both my mom and Vegeta got angry at the surprise interruption, they backed away from him and no longer suppressed their power, once they were at full power, they charged at him and started attacking Mira, but it had no effect on him. Mira was easily deflecting both of their attacks with just one hand, and he wasn't even paying attention to them, he was looking at me. Vegeta and my mother seemed to take offense at how disrespectful Mira was treating them, so they decided to take it up to the next level, luckily Nala figured this would happen, as she has put several runes around the arena and stadium to protect the audience.

Backing away from Mira, their power started rising tremendously before they transformed into Super Saiyan, and while mother is a little bit weaker than Vegeta, it seems she has also mastered Ssj.

Vegeta-"Get ready for round two!"

Zucci-"I'll beat you first blue man!"

After transforming they started fighting again and this time they managed to force Mira to take them seriously, but it still seemed like they couldn't force him to show all of his power. But even though Mira didn't look to be that powerful, the moment I saw him my instincts started going crazy, and even now they still are. The moment I realized who he was, I was constantly ready to interfere at a moment's notice, but Gohan must've noticed how tense I was.

Gohan-"Sage, is this person the reason why you've been on edge lately?"

Luckily everyone else was too busy paying attention to Vegeta and my mom getting beaten up by Mira to notice our conversation.

Sage-"Tsk, yeah he's definitely the reason why."

Gohan-"While he does seem to be powerful, he doesn't seem to be able to compare to you."

Sage-"While I hope he can give me a challenge, I'm sure he's going to give me more than that."

Focusing back on the fight, we look to the right where it seems the two Saiyan have been smashed through the arena, causing the stage to get destroyed, while Mira floats above with a look of disappointment on his face.

Mira-"Is this the best you can do, if so, I'm disappointed."

When he finished expressing his disdain for Vegeta and my mother, they decided to respond with action rather than words, just like a Saiyan. They flew out of the hole they were in, but this time they were emitting far more power than before, their hair was spiked up even more than before as well as lighting arcing across mother's body.

Sage-'Vegeta had mastered Ssj2 about 3 years ago so I'm not surprised, but it seems mother hasn't managed to master Ssj2 yet. If she had she wouldn't be releasing ki like that.'

Vegeta looked like he was about to say something to Mira, but before he could, Mira moved his hand to his ear and unhooked one of his earrings, and the moment he did his red and black ki erupted from his body, surprising everyone.

Mira-"Just as you said before, 'get ready for round two''."

Once again the battle started but this time, Mira completely demolished them one-sidedly, they couldn't even attack back. Everyone else seeing how badly they were losing decided to join in on the battle as well, with Kakarot going first after transforming directly into mastered Ssj2.

Goku-"I'm going on ahead."

Followed by, Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, Gohan, my father, and even 18, although it was obvious mother and Vegeta disliked everyone else intervening, they didn't exactly have any time to complain during the fight. Now it was only me, Piccolo, and Videl who woke up a little bit ago, looking over to Piccolo, I asked him why he was still here.

Sage-"So, why didn't you join the battle?"

Piccolo-"I'm learning his moves, I'll join when it seems like they can no longer hold on."

Videl-"S–So can someone tell me what's happening?"

Sage-"They're in the middle of battle."

Ignoring any more questions Videl started asking, Piccolo and I continued watching the battle, but after about 3 minutes when it looked like they were at the end of their ropes, Piccolo finally joined the battle. Once he joined, Mira mainly focused on Piccolo only, which allowed everyone else to take a breather before joining back into the battle and helping Piccolo.

This continued for about 10 minutes, and by then everyone looked terrible and was exhausted, but sadly Mira didn't look even the slightest bit tired.

Mira-"I'm done playing around, I've come to eliminate the Saiyan named Sage, and while I'm at it I might as well dispose of everyone here, can't have a potential problem for Towa in the future."

Everyone, including me, was surprised by his claim, but before anyone could question him, Mira removed the other earring he was wearing, increasing his power once again. This time his ki didn't explode outward like before, but everyone could still sense the amount of power he was released, and it was astonishing.

Krillin-"I guess if he wanted to kill Sage, he would need to be at least this powerful, right?"

Tien-"No wonder he never got tired."

Once Mira released his power, he blasted away everyone else, and locked eyes with me before charging right at me, I quickly pushed Videl out of the way otherwise she would've exploded into red mist. I attempt at putting my arms up to block but, I'm too slow and I get punched in the face, sending me to crash into the stadium behind me.

Mira-"For you to be this we-"

He didn't finish his sentence, because I punched him in the stomach and kicked him, launching him in the distance.

Sage-"Tch, you couldn't at least wait till I take off my bracers?"

Looking in the distance, I see Mira get back up, without so much as an injury, which gets me worried but also excited at fighting someone so strong after so long. Getting into my fighting stance, I focused seriously on Mira knowing it won't be an easy fight, but then again I can feel my heart pumping blood through my body more intensely than usual.

Sage-'Haha, being a Saiyan is awesome, but it does come with its downsides.'

Mira-"It seems you're not as weak as I thought you were."

I didn't bother responding to him, as I charged straight at him while going for a punch, which he managed to block, but I kept up the assault, not letting him get enough time to retaliate. But while I was fighting him, I could tell he was slowly getting stronger, with each second passing by, no, he wasn't getting stronger, he was slowly using more of his strength. This continued for about 2 minutes, and by then his strength equaled mine, but it didn't look like he was slowing down at all.

Blocking a punch from him, I dodge a kick and block a ki attack before getting blasted away from behind, quickly stopping myself, I flash away to give me some distance from Mira, who is now stronger than me.

Mira-"Don't you think it's about time for you to transform as the other Saiyans did?"

Smiling at him, I use Ikari which causes my hair to spike up even more than usual, and increased height as well as muscle mass, making me even bigger than before.

Sage-"Tch, I don't need to transform to defeat someone like you!"
