Chapter 119

Standing up straight while trying to show that her punch didn't affect me, which it did, I crossed my arms and explained to her about our agreement.

Sage-"Hmph, I may have agreed to be allies but don't expect us to become friends or anything."

21-"Of course cupcake, If I didn't have to I wouldn't have ever wanted to become your ally in the first place, but we have a common enemy and the situation calls for it."

Sage-"Tsk, since you've planned this all out, I'm going to assume you have more information you hadn't told me yet?"

After I said that, 21 asked me to follow her as she made her way out of the room, we went through several hallways and doors before finally reaching a room with a giant machine, which I have no idea what it does.

21-"This is a space-time machine, what it does is create a portal to anywhere in our multiverse as long as I have the coordinates, and by doing so it rips a hole through space and time, allowing us to instantly be transferred where we want to be, though it takes a good amount of energy to power it."

The machine is about 7 meters in diameter, it has 4 prongs connected at the edge of the base that curves inwards, all in all, it was a big machine.

Sage-"So it's like an improved version of Bulma's time machine, that's great and all, but can you stop taking breaks in between talking, and just tell me the whole idea."

When I respond back, 21 looked like she was setting up the machine before tinkering on a computer, once she had finished she finally explained her plan a little bit.

21-"Currently I don't know where Mira and Towa are, as after my drone was discovered they moved locations, and I was only lucky that I even managed to find their first base, now though I would have a far better chance of finding a needle inside a universe than locating them again, as I'm sure Towa has improved the defense and secrecy of their new base."

Sage-"Hmm, so does that mean we're going to use this machine to travel back in time to before they left their old base?"

21-"Sadly that won't work, Towa is a master of time and space magic, if we tried doing that she would spot us a mile away and vanish before we could arrive. So I thought instead of trying to locate her alone, why not force an entire group that is specialized in dealing with people like her."

I didn't know what she meant at first, but by the time she had finished doing whatever she was doing, I finally realized what she was referring to.

Sage-"The Time Patrollers!"

21-"To think you guessed correctly cupcake, but yes that's what my plan is, travel to their base and once I tell them about Towa's plan to free Demon God Demigra from the crack of time, they'll be forced to interfere whether they want to or not."

I don't know how the Time Patrollers will act upon our illegal entry on their base, but what 21 said is smart, it would be much better to have a group of people suited for this type of stuff.

Sage-"I assume we're leaving right now?"

21-"Yep, everything's ready, I just have to provide it energy, and you don't have to worry about Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks as they've already returned to their timeline after losing to Zamasu. Though that means my cattle is almost ripe for the taking."

Like always, she had her sadist smile when talking about devouring Gouk Black or anyone in general, but I ignored it like I always do, standing aside I watched as 21 stepped onto a small metal square before she suddenly charged up her ki, causing her to be surrounded by a pure pink aura. I was confused about what she was trying to achieve, but then I noticed how her ki was getting absorbed into the metal square and while that happened I saw the machine start powering on, after a little bit, 21 stopped what she was doing and made her way over into the middle of the machine.

21-"What are you waiting for c'mon, I've already inputted the coordinates of Toki Toki city, so hurry up."

Grunting in response, I make my way over to her and stand beside her, both of us in the middle of the machine.

Sage-"You going to be fine, the machine seemed to suck up a good chunk of your ki?"

21-"Aww, to think that cupcake would care for me now that were allies, you're making my heart flutter."

She said that in a coquettish tone while holding onto her chest where a heart would normally be and started blushing before looking away.

Sage-"Tch, do you think I care about your well-being, now that we're allies I have to trust you got my back, and if you're not at your peak that means I'm in more danger, understand!"

After I said that, 21 looked at me with an annoyed expression, before pressing a few buttons on a remote she grabbed from her pocket, and once she did the machine started making a humming noise, while the 4 prongs started spinning in a circle around both of us.

21-"Tsk, no fun, I guess that's what happens when you're in your 40's."

I wanted to tell her that my lifespan is far longer than a Human's or Saiyans's, but I didn't feel like dealing with her antics anymore and just stayed quiet while the machine did its thing. A few seconds later, the machine created some bubble that encased us, and before I could ask what this is, we were suddenly whisked away through another tunnel similar to the ones I've been in before, after a while of traveling through the tunnel, we suddenly passed through something hard before we landed on the ground, with the bubble popping right afterward.

When I looked at the new scenery in front of us, the first thing I saw was a giant hourglass with hollow gears circling it in the middle of the city, the surroundings looked highly advanced compared to what I'm used to, and another thing I noticed after a while was the giant dragon statue that circled the entire dimension, starting with Shenron's giant head looking at the city.

21-"Welcome to Toki Toki City, Sage, now let's go and find the Supreme Kai of time, and make her join us!"
